She learned a lot more than she thought she would, learning how to gather energy effectively without alerting or even overdoing it was something Proto needed. She wasn't out to hurt anyone and if she could get energy without causing harm [unless necessary] then she would take it. Looking up she frowned just a tiny bit before remembering what happened before she decided to reveal herself. “Y-Yes?” What were they going to talk about? She went back through the events in her head, figuring nothing was wrong here. She was on birth control, he “wrapped” it up so……
As much as going home would be nice, she figured Rick's place might be better, just in case her roomie was home. “We can go to your place~” She's never been there so this would be a nice little introduction. There was a tiny light, hiding above her head. Proro could feel it's presence and she tried to ignore it, really she did. So when she looked up, as expected there was nothing there. She sighed and pouted slightly.

He gave a nod and gestured in the correct direction for them to go. “Then follow me. We can talk once we get there alright?” He said with a smile. It didn’t take them terribly long to get to his apartment and soon enough he was powering down, fishing out his keys and letting them in. Once the door was closed he paused for a moment before a smile spread across his face, amusement clear. “Daddy’s home.” He crooned out and soon there was the sound of claws on flooring as a lanky white ferret tore her way through the apartment and climbed him like a tree just to wrap around his neck like a scarf, making happy squeaks.
“Holi, Lexus, Lexus this is Holi.” Richard said though he clearly wasn’t expecting the ferret to care.

She nodded with a smile and followed Richard home. She powered down just as he did, when she walked in, Holi held back a squeal at the little white ferret that came towards him. It was a FERRETTTTTTTT! Holi was vibrating with excitement, wanting to hold and love the tiny slinky ball of fur. She walked up to where Lexus was, ooing and awwwing, “Oooooh so cute!! Hey Little Lex~” She looked up at Rick, “She's so adorable….!”

Richard raised a hand and started to ruffle Lexus’ neck fur when got more happy ferret noises. “Yes, yes she is the cutest girl in the world.” He tilted his head towards the couch. “And she’s more likely to accept new people if they are sitting down first.” That said, he led her over to the couch, sitting down carefully so as to not upset his tiny living scarf.

Holi happily went to sit down on the couch, still looking around with wonder. Ricks apartment was pretty nice! She was so excited to maybe hold Lexus, she didn't want to scare her. If she had time she would love to have a ferret as a pet. “What did you want to talk about?” While she wasn't nervous….She was still a bit on edge. She hoped she didn't do anything wrong.

Richard took a moment to make sure Lexus was settled, and sure enough the ferret had flopped down happily and didn’t seem like she would be moving any time soon. Though what that really meant was fifteen minutes of snuggling then he would have to spend an hour amusing her. “It’s nothing bad, we just need to talk about if that was a one time thing, if it was more of a friends with benefits situation, or if there is something more here.” He got straight to the point once he turned his focus away from Lexus.

That took Holi for a big loop, she was not expecting that…
She looked down in thought. A one time thing was definitely something she didn't see happening. One doesn't simply have sex for the first time then go about life without experiencing it again, that much was for sure. Friends with benefits was a thing, but that meant that she would potentially have to look elsewhere if Rick was busy and vice versa. Also meant that she would have to BE attracted to someone else and while it was trying, that was effort and a bunch of time being a tomato.
Maybe they could try the third option?
But what if it wasn't something he agreed with? Guess she would just have to do the Friends with benefits if that was the case. "I…." She huffed, words were being hard and her brain was trying to short circuit, but she worked through it. "There is something m-more here if that's what you would like to do." She looked down nervously, half hoping, and half preparing for rejection. Rick was a good looking man in his 30s and she was basically just leaving teenagehood at 21. Maybe she wouldn't seem mature enough for him or something? That was also a possibility. Either way she was pretty nervous.

Richard let out a hum and gave a light stroke down Lexus’ head as he watched Holi carefully during her response. “I’m not opposed to being something more, in fact I would enjoy it.” He wasn’t about to leave her nervous about that. “If you are willing and want to then I’m all for it.”

Holi looked up at Richard with surprise. "R-Really?" She tried to school her voice a little but she was super happy! "That's amazing! I am willing and I do want to~" she gave him a beaming smile, carefully laying her head on his shoulder so she didn't disturb the adorable sleeping ferret. This was perfect, she had some one she could learn from and grow with as well. She didn't have to hide what she does at night, and she could even do more things, like atving! Looking up she did want to mention a couple of things, "You know about my YouTube channel and twitch right?" Working at the manga shop was a side thing she enjoyed, it allowed her to meet new people. He already knew about the cosplay so she didn't have to mention that.

Richard carefully slipped an arm around her with a smile. It was nice to have a someone to call a partner again. “I believe you mentioned it before, yes.” Though it had just been mentioned and not expounded on if he was remembering right. “Was there anything in particular about them you wanted to talk about?”

"Wellllll since it is technically my actual job, I do gameplay videos on YouTube in cosplay, same thing on twitch. I also do just chatting and challenges as well." She pulled out her phone to show him, "I would include you too sometimes. I'm sure the viewers would like the Jojo outfit I made." Of course she couldn't say why SHE liked in in particular, but that was fine. "My Harley Quinn Cosplay is the most popular." She had a sneaking suspicion that it was because certain….Assets were on display. "What do you think?"

Richard looked at what she displayed on her phone then gave a small shrug. “I suppose it wouldn’t hurt from time to time.” He said after a bit. Honestly he didn’t really have much opinion on it either way since he wasn’t one to really watch a lot of YouTube or Twitch, though he supposed that he might have to start a bit now that he was with Holi.

Holi figured Rick would be chill about the YouTube and Twitch, "Well….At least it's not Only Fans…" she held in a small laugh at that one. She had considered it since she knows a couple of friends that do it on the side. Right now, Only fans was a pretty booming business. Since Lexus was asleep, she decided to try and pet her gently, smiling at how soft her fur was. "How old is she?"

He chuckled and nodded at that. If she had one he wouldn’t have been bothered by it but he wouldn’t have been as willing to participate himself depending on the content. “She’s six, so she’s actually fairly old for a ferret.” Richard said as he carefully stroked the white fur.

Holi smiled, "Still a baby to me~" she wanted to try holding her but didn't want to cause alarm. She also felt the strange notion to cuddle. Figuring it was leftover sleepiness from earlier, Holi yawned and shimied her way down till her head was laying on one of Richard's legs, facing his stomach. Yep, she was exhausted, Rick's leg was comfy enough.

Richard gave a smile and started to pet Holi’s hair with his free hand after she laid down. “She will always be my baby no matter her age anyway.” He agreed with a chuckle.
