Holi couldn't explain why she was so excited when she received the text from Rick, but maybe it was because of the fact that it was for four wheeling?! Like, who would say no to that?! Granted she’s never been four wheeling before but there is a first for everything. She had on her only pair of jeans with some nice cowgirl boots that she rarely wears to protect her in case anything happens. She was walking a little stiffly coming off of the bus, sighing. She hated the feeling of wearing pants, too tight, not enough room, her thighs were rubbing….Ewwwwwwwwwwww!
She paused when she thought she saw a light, but shook her head. She has been seeing things lately. Either Way….
She looked down at her phone just to make sure she was going to the right place, spotting Richard from afar [nobody should be that tall or big]. She sent him a text to let him know she was here, waving when she got closer, “Hello Rick!”

He had been double checking the safety equipment he brought when he got the text from Holi and he quickly finished the check over then leaned against his jeep to wait for her to walk over. “Hello, glad you could make it.” He said with a smile. Richard then tilted his head back to gesture to his jeep which sat there with a trailer attached and a four wheeler on said trailer. “We have to drive a little bit out of town to get to the pathways, hope you don’t mind.” He gave her a once over to check her outfit then gave her another one with a chuckle. She certainly looked prepared, clothes wise at least. He himself was in jeans, heavy duty work boots, and a shirt with a logo on it. He did have a jacket he was going to be wearing when actually riding to protect his arms of course but it was sitting on his back seat at the moment.

Yay mini road trip!
She tilted her head at the looks he gave her, smirking slightly and deciding to do the same. His outfit wasn't that bad at all."Nope! I don't mind a mini road trip~" the only time she ever really went on any trip was if she was going to a con. She moved to study the four wheeler, poking a proving at it with a curious smile. "This is going to be so much fun!" She walked over to the passenger side of the jeep, wondering just how the heck a big dude like Rick fits into it.

He gave a lop sided grin then moved to the drivers side door. “Then hop in, it’s unlocked.” He said as he saw her moving around to the door. “I brought some safety gear for you since I wasn’t sure if you had any already. Helmets and the like.” He got in and buckled up, twisting the keys that had been sitting in the ignition already to start the jeep.It wasn’t like Richard had moved away from his jeep and if someone did try to steal it? They would have been a free starseed for the Negaverse.

Holi opened the door, "hoping" into the jeep, closing the door behind her. She was just buzzing with excitement! "O-oh!" She turned to look at him, "I actually do need you to stop by my house~ I need you to try on your outfit and I need to make sure no adjustments need to be made." This time, she wouldn't embarrass herself, her home was extremely clean and she would tell Richard to go get dressed in the bathroom like a responsible adult. "Do you want to do that today? After the four wheeling?"

“Sure we can head there after.” Richard agreed easily enough as he brought the jeep out of park and carefully pulled out of the spot it was in. “Though we might be a little sweaty after.” He said as a forewarning, a small smirk curled at the corner of his lips. “Have you ever gone atving or have watched videos of people doing so?” It wouldn’t be a problem if she had no experience but if she had watched videos of people only doing stunts that could give her the wrong idea.

Eh, that is what bathrooms are for! "That's fine, I have two bathrooms." One was Bellamys but she used his sometimes if she was being lazy since it was on the bottom floor. "Nope, never been atving, I've seen videos where they crash though…." She did wince slightly knowing how that sounds. "YouTube is where I've seen most of them…Do I ride on my own? Or do I ride with you?" She blushed a little at the question, figuring she sounded dumb.

Richard nodded his head when he heard she had only seen crash videos, though he didn’t take his eyes off the road. “That’s fine, I’ll explain everything once we get there. It’s safer than crashing videos make it seem.” He did glance at her briefly here then looked back to where he was driving. “You’ll ride with me, I only have one atv and since it’s your first time I imagine you would like the experience without the pressure.” Did he get a small smirk at the words? Maybe but hard to prove if one wasn’t looking.

Holi nodded, frowning at the last bit.

She thought about it, and thought about it.
Then damned near choked, coughing a bit and trying to clear her throat. There was no way he knew about….THAT right!? She never mentioned ANYTHING whatsoever. "Y-Yeah! I mean….I…..Erm…." She shook her head, nah, she was just being a weird lewd. "That makes sense!" The thought of riding an atv on her own would be embarrassing. But riding with Rick….
That would be nice.
She cleared her throat, looking outside of the window.
When did she become a pervert?

Richard did his absolute best to keep his laughter in at her response to his phrasing. If Holi was looking his way instead of out the window she would have seen his shoulders shaking in silent laughter though. “Indeed. Although once you’ve got a little experience in it you could take the lead if you want to see how that goes.”

Holi whipped her head in Richard’s direction, voice coming out with a higher pitch than normal, "I-I……IIIIÌIIIIIII don't think I can lead. Uhhhh….ummmmn…" her face was all tomato then, "W-Would be nice for you to erm….S-Show me though? I'm good with instructions!" When she wasn't short circuiting that is.
They were still talking about atvs….Right?

Yep, totally talking about atvs and atvs alone. Richard bit back his snickers and gave another nod. “That’s fine too, I’m quite good at giving instructions.” A quick glance at her red face have him unable to hold back the amused grin any more.

Oh! Riiiiiight.
Holi tried to calm herself, but man it was hot. "A-AC please?" She wished she wore a dress, everything was so restrictive! She had a feeling she would need a cold shower after this trip. But….Maybe….Deciding to try something different, Holi looked over at Rick with her head tilted, "Are you?" She was still pretty embarrassed but she has also read enough smut to pick up on SOME things.
She was going to put her knowledge to work here.

As he reached over to turn the ac up from its low setting he gave her a smirk and a quick wink. “I’m quite good at it, I've been told.” He then turned back to the road once his task was done. “After all, I tend to take things slow and thorough.”

She almost short circuited but now she was determined. She was going to win this! He infinite well of knowledge would guide her! Holi imagined she just had to act like she knew, "What if……What if slow and through wasn't what was needed? What if something quicker was needed?" That was a response from a fiction she read two days ago. But what happens if he throws out a curve ball or something? How long was this drive going to be?
Holi was sure she might not make it.

“Oh well if it’s fast you want to go that is of course easily done.” They weren’t that far from the area they would be parking at, only a few more minutes, and Richard would prefer to be mostly serious about the safety instruction so she would only have to hold on until then. “But that would depend on how well you could keep up. Wouldn’t want to overwhelm you.”

That sounded like a challenge.
Holi frowned and leveled her gaze at him, "I'm sure I could keep up just fine thank you!" She didn't really understand why that was challenging but damn it! She's never had a hard time keeping up before. "You wouldn't overwhelm me, I could overwhelm you though so…." She huffed, feeling like she won somehow.

Richard chuckled, amusement plainly on his face. “If you say so.” She was welcome to try anyway. “We’re here though so sadly this conversation will have to be shelved for the moment.” He smoothly pulled the jeep into a park just a few feet away from where the trail starts.
