 The King of Beasts lies back in his hot tub, enjoying the beautiful weather on his estate. He stared up at the sky as he took a long drag from his cigar. With all the management handled on XLL, the Lion had no worries as all he had to do was enjoy his time off as he recovered. No thoughts of those any of those annoyances like Cartwright, Salem, or any of the masked freaks causing trouble. Not his problem!

A young woman in a grey butler suit, her black Puerto Rican hair tightly pulled back in a pony tail.
"Excuse me, sir. A guest has requested a word of visitation with you. Emiko Sone. What shall be done, Master Leone?" Spoken soft and clear.

The Lion turned his head towards the interruption, "Of course... Maybe she just wants to use the pool?" Cyrus smirked as he took a sip from his glass. "Ahhh, Mariana, please welcome Ms. Sone in, and see if she would like anything. I'll be right here."

A short nod, before reply. "Yes, Master Leone." A turn and disappeared from view to fetch Ms. Sone. It wasn't long before Mariana returned. "Sir, Ms. Sone." Then stepped away, as Emiko Sone stepped casually into Cryus's full view.  A hand in pocket, she faced the smoking man in a bubbling tub, breaking the eyeline momentarily, briefly peek at the view Cyrus chose to face behind her. Returning to eye contact. "Hi. I, um, came to see how you're doing and.. uh, have some questions."A slight tilt to her head, she added. "If you could, would.."

"I'm getting by as well as anyone who's been run down by a shitty electric car." Cyrus took a puff from his cigar. "Here I thought you couldn't stand to be around me, and yet you have questions you couldn't call about?" He stared at her for a moment before giving her a nod. "Alright, what can I do for you today, Miss Emiko?"

Looking back analytically. "Yes. Much has happened in two years."
Taking in a breath, with a clenched jaw. Mustering up admittance of her lacking. "It isn't my place of concern, yet it seems..
being under a rock, has put me behind on current state of affairs and I find myself stepping into it regardless."
Tucking her bottom lip to bite it agitatedly, her brows scrunched lightly, looking down at in front of her feet, that reposition, and gathered her thoughts, she looked back up.
"What I'm asking is.. why not your family? Why me?"

The King of Beasts thought for a moment before letting out a laugh, shaking his head from a thought. "I love my family, but have you not met my siblings already? Both great athletes, they belong in the ring. However, Luis is an idiot, and Luca is too sweet or stubborn for her own good. Neither are qualities I'd allow anywhere near the management side of my business." He pointed at Emiko. "So, why you?"

Emiko's lips grew smaller and edged into a frown, barely nodding at this answer.
"So. You sit in solitude, making a recovery into a vacation? Luca-" Inching her face off, her lips tight and parted, as she found the approaching words. In finding them, returned course. "Luca has placed her stubbornness upon me. And, her sweetness is turning sour.. that isn't completely on me." Tone ending in more of a warning.

"Trouble in paradise already? Why, Ms. Sone, you spent the last few years following my sister around, fooling her with disguises. Don't tell me you've lost interest already." The Lion set his cigar in the ashtray. "Being a leader is a lot like being in a family except for one thing." He pulled back his shades to look up at Emiko. "If you don't like someone, you can fire them. So regardless of how you see her, I expect you to deal with it."

Lowering head lightly, letting these words sink in. "No. Dealing is not an issue."Tilting her head, as she drew out a brown and white bottle from her sling. Walking closer to The King of Beasts. "You've made a fatal flaw." Placing the bottle beside Cyrus. "Have you seen my family?"She turns away, leaving final parting words. "Shame, I was warming up to you."
