Anyone who managed to see it in person may find that when they blink, there is a residual glow before them. Strangely, it even seems like there’s a trail of faded, glowing light guiding them somewhere. Maybe you’re led to some special place, or some special person, or–maybe the trail ends before you ever find out where you were supposed to go.
At the moment he was standing on top of a two story building looking down at the milling crowd below and debating on whether he wanted to collect more energy or if he had collected enough for the night. He was leaning more towards it being enough though since it would mean he could head back with no guilt and work on some new recipes. Besides, if he didn't take anymore then it would mean more people could enjoy the festivities and he didn't really need to interrupt that more that he was over quota right?

Protogenia was wandering along the rooftops again, trying to figure out just how she could gather some energy without hurting the person she was going to take from. It made her wish she had decided to go out with Acuben's instead of on her own again, the guidance of a much more experienced senshi would be amazing! Either way, she was here, she was out and about....There was a weird power signature to her left....Oh! This one was chaos, so that meant this person was like her right?! Quickly changing directions she started towards the signature, hoping to make a friend. Or at least some one that could answer questions, because boy did she have a lot of questions. A blonde with a red and black suit was who she found, and she tried to remember what the business uniforms meant...Oh! This was an officer, she's never met one of them before! "Hello!" She waved, keeping her distance just incase they were not so fond of senshi.

When he had first felt the Senshi's power signature he had tensed a bit before relaxing again when he recognized the feeling as being chaos. Cuprite turned to face the direction in which the signature was coming and didn't even blink in surprise when the young woman who showed up didn't seem particularly hostel. His team had worked with Mirror Senshi before, though it was rare, and he personally hadn't met any Mirror's who had attacked an agent on sight yet. "Hello." He nodded back with a small smile. "Out enjoying the festival as well?" The Captain asked politely.

Oh wow! This guy didn't seem so bad! Maybe she could ask him questions? "Yes! Well....I do have to gather energy but...Other than that I am enjoying myself!" Proto moved to stand by the agent, giving him a curious look, "What do you call yourself?" She knew that the agents used mineral names and not planets or celestial bodies for their names, some of them sounded really cool if she was to be honest! "My name is Protogenia~" Maybe instead of asking question she could gain a friend instead?

Cuprite nodded in understanding. He could understand why there was that tone when the Senshi mentioned having to gather energy. He himself wasn't one that liked hurting anyone but at least when gathering energy he didn't have to hurt anyone if it's done right, just make them tired. If he was required to bring in starseeds for his quota, that would be a lot harder though he would do it as ordered.
"I'm Captain Cuprite, feel free to call me any mix of that." He said, turning his thoughts back to the conversation now and his smile growing a bit. "Pleasure to meet you Ms. Protogenia, glad you have been enjoying it then." Did he have to add in the Ms? No but teacher habit kicked in and ti got added on. Oh well, she would more then likely let him know if she minded it or not.
"Is this your first festival powered?" Her's wasn't a name he knew but he didn't tend to have many interactions with Mirror Senshi so that could either be she didn't make waves with the Negaverse Agents or that she was new.
It was a reminder that he should probably be more active in learning whenever a new Senshi shows up no matter the faction rather then just looking at any updates to the system or listening to what his cousin had to say. Something to work on another time since he had the free time to do so.

Proto giggled a bit at the name, "Is it okay to call you Cup?" the Ms was a bit strange, but she supposed it was something of a sign of respect? "Yes, this is my first festival, I've learned lots from it though." She came a bit closer, moving to sit down beside him. She started kicking her feet, looking up at the blonde beside her. Something told her she would be safe with this agent so she decided to get closer. "Is this your first festival as well?" She was curious about other things too. "What's it like being an officer? You get to use cool weapons right?" She just has bubbles that freezes people....But even then, her stasis bubbles are super cool and there was no one that could tell her otherwise. "What weapon do you have? How do you use it?" Her questions were all over the place, "How tall are you? Are those heels? You look like Hux from Star Wars! Cept your hair isn't red and youre not bossy and annoying, kind of like a cool version of him! Does this mean you guys have a Kylo Ren there too?" From what she knows Kylo is bratty and angsty. What if his weapon was some sort of lightsaber?! What color would it be? She thought hers would be purple mixed with blue if that was possible. "Would the Negaverse be kind of like the death star?!" That would be exciting! She hopes she can see it one day, that would be pretty cool!

Cuprite chuckled and gave a shrug. "Cup is fine, it's not an unusual nickname for me." He had heard it before and it wasn't something he personally was against. "It's not, I've been powered for a while now, though I've only recently been promoted. A lot of the festivals and holidays in the city is like this in a lot of ways." Of course their were differences too, but generally there was always good chances to gather energy, magic and chaos events happening around the city with no faction responsible for it, ect.
Another shrug happened as he thought on how to explain what it was like to be an Agent. "Well there is a good amount of structure, rules in place and training so we know what to do and what to fall back on when needed. And yes, we do get to use weapons, some are cooler then others." He raised a hand to show her the blades at the end of his knuckles. He personally didn't like them but that had to do with how easy it was to seriously hurt someone.
His smile grew at her continued questions and he patiently tried to answer them all the best he could. "I'm 5'11, and yes those are heels so they bump me up two more inches so I'm 6'1 in them." He laughed in delight at her comparing him to the Star Wars character. "Fun fact, in civilian form the name I got by is Hux." He wasn't worried in telling her that since it wasn't his legal name. "I don't think we do but I haven't met every other officer and there is always the possibility of being one in the future. And probably not the Death Star, maybe instead it's Exegol."

Proto stared at the weapon on Cups gloves. They reminded her of Wolverine, "My heels make me taller too. I'm actually 5'5. I look like I'm 5'7 in these~" It was nice to have a conversation about any and everything without offending some one accidentally. Personally, she liked the name Hux better, but understood that it might not be a good idea to call him that. "I dont have a nickname sadly, but that's alright! One day I shall receive one~ I can tell you my YouTube though if you want?" Sure that was her civilian life, but maybe he could become a follower! She makes great content~ Or at least she's under the impression that she does. "Do you think I could visit the Negaverse one day?" She really was curious.

If she had commented on it, Cuprite would have agreed as they did remind him of Wolverine as well. "I'm sure it wont take long before you get one. After all your Senshi name is quite the mouthful." He chuckled. At the mention of her YouTube though he paused and shook his head with a smile. "Better not do that. We just met after all, better to not compromise our identities."
At her question about visiting the Negaverse he gave a shrug. "It's always possible. Sometimes large events happen and different factions end up there, sometimes we bring in visitors and the like. It's hard to do so safely though as Youma do not like Senshi, they barely tolerate the Senshi Agents."
