Energy draining was a tiring affair--not because it was actually difficult, but because it was sort of boring. Mirzam liked to spice things up, if she could, but frankly...it was a tedious thing, and anything she could think of to make it more entertaining sounded like it would be too much work.
Also, it was hot, and she didn't want to move.
So she had draped herself approximately as dramatically as she could manage across a bench, and was fiddling with her bracelet, contemplating teleporting to Helena and just going home, but that was also effort.
"Ugh," she grumbled, and she produced a water bottle from subspace. She stared at it for a long moment, contemplating whether it was better used for drinking or dumping on herself to cool off.

Leona was pleased that there had been no more hypnotic fireworks or…whatever they had been lately. She hated them. That was the final verdict that she truly hated fireworks.
With a sigh, she walked, tilting her head back and watching the sky as she did so, but paused when the feeling of…someone cropped up on her internal radar…it wasn’t another Dark Mirror, but it was something like it. Chaos, of course.
Hopefully friendly.
She made her way towards the aura and paused when she saw that black clad, green haired senshi, watching her with a thoughtful expression for a long moment. “...It is hot out, isn’t it? I can help a little bit if you’d like me to.”
It might not be great to just…use her magic. Perhaps giving a warning. Getting permission was better than just…
Attacking someone.
Ah well. Lessons were learned, no matter how slowly.

Mirzam sat up, partway, looking over her shoulder at the approaching Senshi. One of those Dark Mirrors--she had some experience with them, though admittedly not much.
"Cold magic?" She asked, flicking her eyes up and down. Hard to judge for sure, she didn't have any obvious markers of sphere, but then, it was hard to guess Mirzam's without asking too, so perhaps that worked out.
She swung her legs over, sitting up and tapping her cheek. "If you've got it, I'll take it. Does it do any damage?" Probably a good thing to ask, though... "Not that I necessarily care, I just want to be ready."

“Yeah, cold magic. It shouldn’t be any kind of issue if you’re sitting down, it’s cold and shaking. I’m Leona with a sphere of Cryoseism. So it’s like, you shake a little and it’s cold. Like the whole name of the magic is Trembling Cold so…”
Leona hesitated and made a face. “...********. I’m so sorry.”
If she didn’t have such an easy attack name. If she didn’t just.
“It’s stupidly easy to cast and I don’t mean to, but it’s so hard to describe what the attack does without like…saying it!”
She watched the corrupted senshi with some trepidation. Sure she had been given permission but. This was like being given permission to go to the pool with someone and then knocking them in while their back was turned.

It seemed like poor Leona was a little quick on the draw with her magic, but...it did exactly what she promised, vibrating through her entire body and settling a cold chill all around her. Mirzam sighed, relieved. This removed the possibility of doing something as undignified as dumping a water bottle over her own head; she'd have hated to go home dripping wet, even if powering down would have fixed it.
Much better to be rattled around and chilled a little.
"It's fine," Mirzam said, "that's...ah, a relief. Seems like you might have done this before." If this particular Senshi was going around helping people beat the heat, Mirzam was glad to have met her. "I'm sure you've already been told to be more careful with it, so I won't say it. But I appreciate your assistance; this weather is...ugh. Disgusting."
To say the very least. She hated every second of it. Unfortunate that she had to go out and drain in it, but such was the lot of things.
"I'm Mirzam, of Bedlam. Pleasure to meet you, Leona, and thank you very much for your assistance."

“The weather has been disgusting! You’re not wrong at all. And yeah, I have done this before but, I don’t mind. Maybe one of these days I’ll be able to actually hold back on using it until I get the legit okay from someone.” She grinned and laughed softly. “God the first time I used it, it was a complete mistake and I felt horrible. I was just talking about the magic and I said the attack and the poor thing almost fell over!”
The expression on Leona’s face might have been filled with a little too much mischief. “I’m not going to lie that it wasn’t fun. And I do like that I can help people with it when it’s this disgusting outside. It’s nice to meet you too, Mirzam. Do you come out often?”
Maybe it was past the time for small talk but…
Now she was at least a little curious.

Mirzam laughed. "I don't think I've ever cast my magic by accident before, but it's a lot nastier than yours, so I've got to be a bit careful with it."
Well. It had gone off, or not gone off, as it pleased, once upon a time, but that wasn't the case anymore. Anomalies and abnormalities had been smoothed out, and her magic now did exactly as it was supposed to, every time it was supposed to.
She sighed. Stood. Stretched.
"I should head home." Helena would be waiting. "But thank you for the relief." She gave a little wave, and turned to leave. Perhaps they'd meet again, and she could ask some more questions about the Dark Mirror. Tonight, thoguh, it was too hot, and she was too tired. Another time.

Leona nodded and gave a little wave of her own. She watched Mirzam walk away and then with a soft sigh, she made her way home. It was interesting meeting senshi who weren’t a part of the DMC but…truthfully, she wasn’t quite sure that she trusted them.
It wasn’t that they were bad it just.
…They were different.
And perhaps, that was okay. So long as they didn’t attack her…she would do her best not to attack them…on purpose at least.
