Sophie was rather delighted by the sweets she had purchased at the bakery earlier in the day, and had both of her sibling’s on the kitchen counter with happy little notes along with them. The one she had bought for Rose was in her room, along with the one she had purchased for herself…though. Hers did have a rather large bite taken from it.
She had invited her friend over yet again for another sleepover. Sophie very much enjoyed their sleepovers, and enjoyed spending time with the corrupt senshi. She was fun. Sarcastic and maybe a little bitter, but fun. And…fun to be around too. Which, definitely made the bitter sarcasm far more bearable.
Her face was pressed against the window that showed the hallway of the apartment, and when she saw Rose walking towards the door, Sophie grinned and yanked the door open before the other girl could bother knocking. “Finally! I’ve been waiting so patiently, I’m so glad you’re here! I missed you!”
And without further warning, she kissed the other girl lightly on the lips. “I have a present for you!”

Rosie bounced up to the door, none too surprised when it was thrown open almost instantly. "What do you mean you missed me. You were literally just on the phone with me an hour ago, on top of texting me all day." Rosie laughed, trying not to trip over her own two feet as she was pulled through the door. Rosie hummed at the kiss. Though her eyes lit up at the mention of presents. "Oh oh oh oh. It's funny you say that, becaaaaause-" She said as she jerked her bag in front of her and started rummaging around in it. "I brought you this!" From her bag she pulled out a small wax warmer. "I uh... wasn't sure what kinda design you wanted so uh... I just kind of picked one." They could always go exchange it for a different design if Sophie really wanted. "I got a bunch of different waxes too."

Sophie looked terribly pleased and squealed as she took the gift, her eyes sparkling. “Holy s**t, Rosie. I love this so much? This is amazing! What kind of waxes did you bring? I’m so excited now, this was not anywhere in the plans that I had thought about for tonight but I love it.”
She hugged the other girl tightly for a moment and pulled out the chocolate chili cupcake. “I was told that it’s spicy, the guy at the bakery said it was too spicy for him, but that it was still good so I hope you like it, Rose. I got myself an eclair and it…I mean. I was going to wait but I got hungry so I ate most of it but. I thought you deserved something sweet for how sweet you always are to me, you know?” Sophie winked and once more turned her attention to the wax warmer, trailing her fingertips over it with such gentle excitement. “I really do love this. It’s going to look amazing in my room.”
A small, rather sly smile lit her face. “Shall we go up and see just how nice it looks?”

"We'd been talkin about waxes before.. and I wasn't sure if you have one and I figured if you were gonna be testin any waxes I make..." She waved her hand. "Well, you get the idea." "As far as waxes... I have stuff like Black Cherry, Honeysuckle...Watermelon Kiwi Lemonade. Fruits and flowers, mostly. Though I got two that I got... simply cause I liked the packaging and I have no idea what they smell like." Rosie shrugged lightly. The himalayan salt defuses some of the light from the bulb so it not super harsh of a light." She tilted her head curiously at the mention of cup cakes. "I've never had a spicy cupcake before." She had to admit, she was definitely curious. Rosie nodded. "Yeeees. I wanna see how it looks!"

“Oh god, I want to smell all of them!” She reached out and took hold of Rosie’s hand, drawing her to her room and shutting the door behind them. “Eat your cupcake while I set this up, and throw me all of the waxes, I need to figure out which one will be best for us, I’m kind of excited for the Honeysuckle. I didn’t realize that it would come in that scent and it’s one of my favorites.”
Swiftly, Sophie removed the wax melter from the packaging and set it up on her dresser, admiring how nice it looked. Rustic. Chic. Maybe she’d start collecting rocks or something. Get some new hobbies.
It was worth a thought, at least.
Quietly, she took another bite of her eclair as she plugged the small lamp in, admiring how the light came through the pink stones. “Oh yeah. This is going to fit in very well here…now…gimme those waxes! Let’s figure out what we’ll smell tonight!”

"Oh my god they mix Honeysuckle with everything." Well at least Rosie knew what to look for next time she went shopping." She dropped her bag on the ground and carefully rooted through it with one hand, tossing any wax packages onto the bed. "You can reuse em till like, the wax has no more smell, and then you can just... ditch it. Clean up is a little bit of a pain, but you get a cotton pad or something and it gets most of it." Carefully, she licking at the frosting of the cupcake, trying not to make a mess on the floor. "I thought about an oil defuser? You know where you add the essential oils or whatever to some water and it sprays it like a humidifier??? But I wasn't sure if that was your thing? I feel like those can be a little over powering sometimes with the smell. These seem to be calmer? But I'm sure that there are some strong wax smells out there." She shrugged again before pausing and blinking. "The frosting is spicy too! I didn't expect that." She probably should have but, she didn't. "As long as your brother doesn't get mad at me for giving you this.... Pick your smelly poison and lets get this sleep over started."
