Sophie was delighted to have another friend to drag around on her escapades. She held tightly to Rosie’s hand and tugged her back towards the apartment where she stayed with Kelly and Leander. “They’re the greatest siblings, you’ll see. But, they might not be home, but that’s fine, if they’re not we’ll just hang out and I'll make you some dinner.”
There was some food in the house, as they had gone shopping the night before and truthfully, there was some frozen mozzarella sticks that were loudly calling Sophie’s name.
“Tell me about yourself. I know you said you’ve forgotten a lot, but what have you found that you like now? Do you have a favorite food, or a favorite place to patrol? What do you want to do in the future?”
Pausing, Sophie had to give a rather sheepish grin. “Look at me asking the hard questions that even I don’t know the answer to. I’m thinking about maybe going to school, but. I’m not sure what I’d even want to study. I finished high school at the very least so…that’s great and all but. I’d like to really just do my best in the Negaverse. That’s the future that I’ve chosen and that’s the one that…I really want to pursue.”

Rose had almost tripped once over her own two feet as she tried to keep pace with Sophie. But that was nether here nor there. "W-what are they like??" She asked, trying to catch her breathe. "I can help." She chimed in quickly. "With dinner I mean. I don't mind helping." "Ah.. Yeah. There was a big battle months ago and apparently a lot of people were caught in the cross fire. Lots of side swapping and stuff.. I was involved but I don't know if I was one of those who swapped or if I started there." Rosie shrugged lightly. "Though, it doesn't really matter does it? I'm here now, and if I was Order someone would have come to fight and get me back right?" No one had. "As far as favorites... I kinda like energy gathering in places that have a lot of people? I know that's a bit dangerous but.. There's just something about all the people and the energy there... It's like fire." She couldn't really explain it all that well... She just felt like a moth drawn to a flame when it came to those kinds of places. "As far as foods... I kinda like fruits? Short of bananas. Yuck." Rosie made a face at the thought alone." "When it comes to the future though... I've gotten into making candles and wax melts... I've thought about maybe something involving that?" Sure, it might not last and maybe she couldn't compete with some of the bigger names out there but... Sophie brought up school and it got Rosie thinking. Had she finished? Had she started taking college classes?? "I guess... I should look into taking some classes too. I hadn't thought of that." Oh well.. Something else to eventually look into.

“Oh, I wasn’t there but I have heard a little bit about it, yeah! I’m glad that you’re here now, if you weren’t before, I’m glad that you are now. It’s good to be here, I think. And my siblings? Oh they’re perfect. Kelly is very sweet and very protective..and so is Leander. He’s literally the greatest brother in the world and he takes care of us like we’re princesses. You get spoiled so easily at our place.”
Sophie swung their hands as she walked, thoughtful. “I like that though. Going in big crowds, it’s easier to blend in, kind of. Like, hiding in plain sight. Besides, that’s just fun. A little danger always makes things easier, I think. Fruits are wonderful, but I am both shocked and appalled that you don’t like bananas, I’m not saying that’s a deal breaker, but it’s a dangerous path you’re taking, Rose.”
She waggled a finger and then laughed, eyes growing wide at the idea of candles and wax melts. “s**t, if you do end up getting into that, sign me up as a test subject okay? I love things that smell good. Especially flower scents and fruity ones! Just saying.”

Rose smile as she listened to Sophie gush about her siblings. "They sound really nice. I don't know if I have any siblings... But either way. I'll survive." Plus, that didn't mean she couldn't make her own family. She nodded. "I mean, the hair poses a challenge on my end but... I mean, have you seen what people wear in some of those places? No one's going to think twice about my outfit.. On top of that, make up trends these days are so far fetched that people think my cracks are just that. Rosie grinned a little devilishly. "I'll take my chances not liking em. If you hadn't guessed, I like playing with fire. Plus... I think I make up for it in other ways." Rosie giggled. "If I need someone to test candles and waxes you will be the first person I call then. I make no promises how good they'll be out of the gate, but between the two of us, I'm sure we'll get somewhere."

“There’s no harm in playing with fire at all, seriously. You can’t grow if you don’t push yourself.” Sophie was quiet, thinking it over for a minute and shrugged. “Well, if you mean actual fire, than at least make sure you have some water and aloe handy, yeah? I’ll make sure that I keep some with me just in case I ever come across a little burned senshi someday.”
She nudged the girl and grinned, nodding. “Hell yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. Give me all the candles and waxes. I want to test everything for you, Rose.”
This girl was fun. Exciting and different and Sophie liked that.
By the time they finally reached the apartment, she unlocked the door and let them both inside, calling for her siblings, but receiving no answer.
“Guess they’re both out, so you’ll just have to hang with me, which is fine! Come one, let’s grab something to eat and then we can keep figuring things out about this new friendship of ours.”
Right away, she made a beeline for the stove and cranked the oven up, pulling the box of mozzarella sticks out of the freezer and setting them on the counter. “...Since my brother isn’t here…we can pig out!”

Rosie's grin only grew. "I will neither confirm nor deny if I meant actual fire or not. Gotta feel the burn to know somethings working... right?" "You can have all the test and sample things I make." Rosie snickered. She followed closely behind, looking about the house but trying not to be too nosy. "Oh no. Hanging out with you. Whatever will I do? Just how will I survive?" Rosie mocked dramatics, putting the back of her hand up to her head. "Woe is me." She lamented, before giggling. Rosie tilted her head curiously. "Does... your brother not let you pig out?"

Sophie shrugged. “Nah, he does but he doesn’t like to. We’re his baby sisters and when he cooks or has us cook it’s nice balanced food, you know? But sometimes, I just want to cook a whole box of mozzarella sticks and eat until I’m sick with my new bestie. Maybe even eat them in my room where we can’t be caught.”
She gave a sudden grin, nudging Rosie’s side with her elbow. “Look, Rose. If you have to get burned, I’ll be sure to have some nice cold water to sooth your mouth if you bite into one of the things and it’s too hot.” She hesitated. “Or I’m sure I could find some other way to soothe your burn. Just saying.”
With a slow wink, Sophie grinned and then turned back around. She did indeed empty the whole box of sticks onto a sheet tray and shoved it into the oven.

"Oooooh. Oh my god please don't get sick on my account." Rosie said, holding her hands up. "Though... You know how you can work around that if he comes home?" Another grin spread across her face as she held up two fingers. "Two words... Sleep. Over. What's he gonna do? Say no???"
Then her grin turned sly and she propped her chin in her hand as she regarded Sophie. "Oh my my... Just what do you think I'm doing with the wax Sophie? Hmmm??? Do you wanna play nurse for me Sophie?? Hmmm???" Rosie tilted her head slightly, looking the other girl up and down slightly.
Oh tonight was gonna be fun.
