So as the title says, this is something that I have been working on recently. It's been about a month now and it's a little challenging for me to be honest. sweatdrop
One big thing I have noticed is my stomach is not nearly as upset anymore! I thought that was the first thing that would backfire for me by just drinking water throughout the first 16 hours of the day, but boy howdy was I wrong. eek
This whole experience too feels like a challenge that I actually want to try and conquer. Am I always perfect with it? No, but it really more of a mental thing at least for me. Like having to rewire your brain a bit and completely change. burning_eyes
Side note, I do in fact still eat breakfast. It's just called lunch or dinner for most people, lol. xd
