As mentioned in the bio of the guild, upon completion of In-Processing and MOS Selection, all new recruits will undergo an immersive T1 & T2 rp Qualification Course in order to obtain their right to be called a Green Beret and wear the Special Forces tab. You will be put through a physical preparation phase where you will be given a strategic amount of time to prepare yourself for the rigorous challenges ahead. Then your survival skills will be put to the test, such as land navigation and self-aid. Finally, you'll be placed in a scenario where you put all your skills to the test to overthrow a corrupt government in order to liberate the fictional country of Pineland.

Upon completion of the training, you will earn a new rank dependent upon your performance throughout your training. No matter the rank earned though, all thats important is that you guys graduate as there will be plenty of opportunities to improve your skills and rise in the ranks. Who knows, maybe some day you'll become an officer too.

As for standard duties, patrol and guard duty will be conducted a few times a week. For patrol duty, there will be teams posted in towns, rally, and virtual Hollywood. Your mission will be simple: Keep an eye out for suspicious activity and protect civillians from those who have ill intentions. Teams will consist of 4 personnel. Teams will be rotated throughout the day. The team on shift will give the incoming team their shift report, and the NCO of the last shift of the day will send their shift report to the Platoon Sergeant (SSG or SFC).

Guard duty is very self explanatory. All base of operations will have one soldier posted regularly throughout the day to maintain safety and protection. When conducting field exercises and/or reconnaissance, guards will be posted in the Objective Rally Point (ORP) site, providing protection from all angles of the ORP. Ordinance not contained in an Ammunition Holding Area (AHA) will also require a guard detail.
