Race: Earthling Hybrid
Species: Leaf/Geian
Gender: Male
Class: Prentice
Personality: The first born of twins, Yonas is content to fade into the background and let his sister shine. It's one part the fact that his sister is such a strong personality, but another part is his insecurity from his stutter and inability to form his words correctly. It's not that he is ashamed of such things, but simply feels that they represent something he wishes he could hide.
That being said, Yonas is a compassionate man. His sensitivity toward others means he does desire to help out, even if it's indirect (which it mostly is). If he finds someone who is hurt, he'll help them up - though disappear before they can fully thank him. He cares about others in a way where he may even risk his own health to help them out. Though it would be rare someone would take advantage of this, considering his sister often hovers around like a momma bird ready to strike anyone who looks at him funny.
He also is quite dependable, considering he is reliable in his mannerisms and trustworthy in his desire to do best by others. Though his confidence is low, he still will put others before himself and lament if he ever feels he didn't do right. He just needs to find someone who will help him raise his confidence, instead of stifle it like his sister has done (though both he and she do not realize her desire to protect him is inadvertently harming him).

History: Deep in the forests south of Yware is a remote tribe of stubborn Tale. It's not that they are resistant to their neighbors, but simply that their desire to stick to their own ways has left them resistant to depending on others. Sure, trade does occur between settlements, but most who grow up in this small tribe are part of multi-generational families who have tended to this land since seemingly the dawn of their tribe.
Raizeh was from one of those families, seemingly having been there since the tallest trees of the forest were planted by tiny seeds. He knew his place in the tribe, to be a craftsman of the tall platform homes his people lived in. It wasn't a demanding job, but a necessary one. Being such an old and reclusive tribe, they often required workers to tend to the homes and secure them before the next rainy season. Raizeh was content and desired little in his life.
Moira had other plans. A spirited Geian who was raised in a large family, she too followed the path laid before her. Her training was in the Sector of Community, and her studies landed her as a junior member of the Academy of Steam. She had little desire to make a place of herself, but instead wished to do field study now that Tendaji was open. Specifically, she wished to spend her time researching the practices of the remote Tale. And her research trip was approved with little restrictions but limited funds.
As she finally arrived in the small settlement to conduct her anthropological research, she found herself snubbed by the tribesmen. But she was determined, and day in and day out would spend her time observing and asking questions, slowly learning the language of the people and the culture they followed.
It was eventually to the point, a few months in and before the rain season, that the elders accepted her presence and offered her a platform to camp out in. And Raizeh was the one to build it.
Not missing an opportunity to study, Moira observed the men working from afar, casually asking questions to Raizeh when they took breaks. Her curiosity made him feel valuable in a way he hadn't felt before, and he willingly took the time to talk about his techniques and the history behind the activities. Eventually those discussions turned to other topics, and the two found themselves spending most of their days together.
When it came time for Moira to leave, Raizeh begged her to stay. He admitted his love for her and she in turn, but she knew she needed to return. And so she did, with a promise she'd find a way to see him once more. It would take over a year for her to wrap things up at the academy and make her way back, either with a permanent work study or with her turning away from her duties.
Moira returned and married Raizeh in a ceremony akin to his tribe, determined to take on his ways that she fell in love with just as much as him. She claimed she still was part of the Academy, but donned tribal garb without any concern and never again left the tribe. He didn't know if she was still a member, and eventually that part of her life was forgotten as they establish their own family.
They first had twins, Yonas and Maizah. Then, when the twins were eight, they had one more little girl, Kamber. As parents, they do their best to support all of their children, encouraging them to follow their dreams wherever they may take them.
Yonas deals with insecurity that has resulted in him struggling to move beyond his weaknes. While the eldest and only son of his family, he is often content to fade into the background and let his sisters take the spotlight. As a result, he hasn't quite worked through his stutter, as he usually doesn't need to speak up thanks to his sister. While his family has shown him love and support, his self-inflicted mental anguish is something he both needs to address but prefers to avoid.
Yonas really doesn't like forcing himself to speak around others, and he appreciates his sister's efforts to protect him from others. But he doesn't realize that by letting her take charge, he hasn't gotten the chance to truly recover himself. His insecurity leads him to struggling to connect with others, and he still needs to find himself while he's lost under his sister's shadow.
It's going to be an issue for him connecting with others, and his growth will be learning how to stand up for himself and find his own voice. At this time, I do not have solid plans if he'll work through his stutter or not, but I do know he will grow up to become confident, which as a result will make it less obvious when around others.

Growth Blurb: Yonas knows he is not meant to follow the hunting path many of his tribesmen follow, and finally has accepted that he didn't need to prove himself to anyone. He is now preparing to follow in his father's footsteps, learning how to build and repair the homes and supplies of his tribe.
Physical Description:
Outfit inspo (though he's not into showing much chest skin): X X X - Tale colors.
The tribe he is raised applies thick clay-based body paint. Design is CC based off of the link provided. It should be different from his previous stage.
Body Type: Lean, isn't a fighter but does help around the tribe. So he's got some muscle but not a body builder. Serious and a little bit meek, no smile from him.
Preferred Artists: Scar Full if possible to keep with Maizah's style.
