Firstly, EWA: Discordia is an alternate path in EWA history and is treated as a continuation of the history of EWA, and these shows took place on the Infinium server on Discord, if you know you know.
Certain people couldn't figure out how it works and still haven't been granted access.
But basically
This is me continuing the legacy of the legendary EWA guild, my characters, and giving closure as well as a bit of... Redemption to others' characters (whose permissions I was given to use)
Gradually some characters will be faded out, some will be put in.
These events/stories and matches will ALWAYS have priority on the Infinitum discord channel FIRST (except once in a blue moon)
Timeline placement
These shows are mostly cinematic and pin-pointed starting at the start of 2020
I consider these shows to be during the pandemic era of wrestling, I know for the most part wrestling wasn't as great but...
The Cinematic matches, being able to see stories play out without fans chanting WHAT!? every 2 seconds was a blessing.
This isn't me trying to revive the community, I'm telling my stories and using my characters (and others) to continue telling stories (at my own pace) as a way to sort of keep the legacy going.
I met a lot of awesome people in this community (and my wife) and I'm just keeping the candle lit.
At least for me.
As the community started to come back and increase, several more projects came to mind, and I realized that EWA became too big to archive and move everything.
This place originally home to 'just' the stories became the new home for EWA and the like.
Figured I'd drop some questions/concerns people 'might' have that I've prepared for:
When does EWA Discordia take place?
The dates of the events are listed on each show, but these events are from 2020 - 2022, anything after that? Is subjective.
NSFWrestling is 1972 - 1990
FWD International is 2020 -
Why are you doing shows in the past?
These shows are meant to take place during the years when the world was shut down, and the guilds were closed.
They're meant to be 'gap fillers'
Also creatively it allows certain things that can be done, like 'Cinematic matches' or Unique gimmick matches.
One 'could' consider it the 'Thunderdome era'
Why are shows written like they're results from a news site?
Easier format, easier read, a lot less thinking
When you get to the 'present', what happens then?
In theory, I have roughly 60-65 shows until EWA's timeline is in 2022, I'll be busy for a while, especially doing it by myself
By that point, it could be 2025 by then. Who knows.
Are these shows canon?
I choose to think they are, whether people consider them (or other guild owners, which I would hope) consider them canon, is their prerogative.
According to WWE:E and EEW's Title History....
These shows are indeed Canon!

Why are you writing everyone's characters?
When the guilds died out, a lot of stories were left unresolved so I used other peoples' characters (with permission) to finish their stories, and presumably get to a specific point where I could phase them out, and use mine. (which you can see if you read).
There are also some stories that never got to see the light of day, because of either in-activity, burnout, politics, etc, and I wanted to do those stories without outside factors.
I don't want my character to.... / You jobbed my character out
Firstly, let the story play out. Give it a couple of shows and see if your concerns resolve themselves
If your character got "jobbed", they more than likely were built strongly in the first place and they lost because of ___
Keep in mind, eventually " There's always a bigger fish", or 'You can't win all the time" and let things play out
I do accept feedback, this is what this thread was created for, but I also recall asking it multiple times and getting nothing, at the time of this post, so I'll presume you're completely fine.
Will I get to RP my characters?
I've given plenty of opportunities for people to portray their own characters, plenty of 'Outside arena areas', and added new 'shows'.
The rest is ultimately up to 'you'
You're using characters that haven't been on gaia for years that you wouldn't have been able to get permission from, why?
There are amazing characters like Mardy, Fatsumudo, and Disciple that I feel never really got to have a finale to their arc, if that makes sense. They're fun to write, and I do my damnedest to respect their characters (as well as characters I do have permission to write for)
Some characters I would love to use, but out of respect for people's wishes, I'm not.
Why are you incorporating other guilds' championships? (EEW, WWFG, WWE:E, etc)
For EEW and WWE:E, it was to honor those guilds.
Certain stories were unresolved in both of those places, as well as adding a bit of humor.
In WWFG's case, it's murky because there are three different timelines of WWFG, the era where Miranda sold WWFG to Chrono, the era where the WWFG titles merged with WCWG, and the current era now. (2022)
The first era had Kody Gordert merge the WWFG Championship and the EWA Zenith Championship
The second era had Kody lose the FG championship to Drako, who unified the WCWG title with it
The third era of FG started Oct 2022, and seemed to ignore the events of WCWG, just noting that WWFG closed in 2019
As EWA Discordia installed a WWFG World Heavyweight Championship to differentiate the championship history from 1st Era and 2nd era, and now WWFG's title is the WWFG World Heavyweight Championship, I'm just going to write to the point where WWFG reopens.
In Layman's terms, these titles were used as 'gap-fillers' til the guilds either came back, use them for a specific story or give them one last spotlight
Will those championships be merged with the EWA Zenith Championship or EWA World Heavyweight Championship?
No. Any guild that I do not directly own will not have their titles merged with them (without prior approval), respectively the guild owners are letting me do this, and I'm not taking liberties with them.
You will gradually see other guild championships phased out, as of this writing the EEW Speed Championship was phased out in favor of the FWD Heritage Championship (to start a new brand), there are others planned as well.
Will you be using other guild titles?
There is a big plan upcoming with Hammerlock Pro Wrestling,
FWD International is a thing, NSFWrestling I believe will be featured eventually, but as that's a retro thing, it'll be interesting to see what happens with it.
I can say that there is another guild, or rather a major character from a guild that will be incorporated and be prominently featured for Season 2 of EWA Discordia
Season 2? How many seasons are there going to be?
Currently, there are two planned seasons I'm doing. Could there be more? Possibly
How long are the 'Seasons' ?
As long as they need to be, I like to think each 'year' is a different season 'but' depends on how the story plays out.
Suave Shark?
Is an absolute national treasure.
Will you be using mid-card/tag/women's titles from other guilds?
Women's titles? Probably not. Kurone was in a storyline that unified all the major women's titles from many promotions into the Undisputed EWA Women's title.
Although it seems, there may have been one or two titles that have slipped through the cracks....
Mid-card titles?
Not sure, selfishly... I'd love to use BBW's Crimson City Championship because Crimson Collective, and it would fit. Alas, that would be something I'd have to discuss with someone.
Otherwise... Not sure yet...
Tag Titles? WWE:E, EEW and ICW...
Will the Time Mazine / Flashback Friday matches return?
Eventually
