So hard to get a really solid workout routine together. It’s so yucky out all I feel like doing is loading under blankets. Also I just feel like eating a lot. Luckily I have just been eating my work meals or at home so it’s not like it’s “bad” or expensive, just a little extra sometimes. I kinda feel like a failure and I am afraid of getting fat. I’m just trying not to be too hard on myself but I feel like I’m just not doing enough but then I feel like I never have any time to relax. But then I relax like too much. Ugh. At least I’m lucky I have time and money and a job and an able body.

We’ll guess what? I got my exercise planner out and had a convo with T and we have a new plan! I’m really excited about it because we are gonna start working out in the morning before work! That way I’ll get it done and have time after work to chill and I do really well with a routine! Yay for action!

I’m really happy we found something to try that will be fun and motivating. It’ll also be nice to go to bed early. I don’t feel like I prioritize sleep enough.

Last night went to be at 9 got up at 5 and worked out! I think I’m really gonna like working out in the morning. So far it’s great. I used to get up early a lot a few years ago to do stuff but kinda just got out of the habit. I have to work at 7am today too ahhh so early

Working out at home. We have 5-30 lbs weights which pretty much covers all of our needs for now. I haven’t been to the gym in like a month probably eek I get sick of how crowded it is. Plus when it’s nice out I like to do my cardio (walking) outside anyways. Sometimes the energy though is good in the gym and is a nice change of pace. But yeah we are just committing to 30 minutes of pure strength training early in the morning at home every day and cardio walking/ddr after T gets off work and see how that goes. It felt really good today; and it also feels good to have a better planned bedtime!

Also I had time to drink tea and kinda chill a little before going into work, which is good for me. And knowing I set aside even just 30 minutes and getting that done first thing in the morning means I have more time to chill later on. Sometimes I wouldn’t be motivated to work out after work or when T gets off because I just want to flop on the couch for a bit and when we finally got around to it it was like kinda late before Wed start exercising and thats annoying lol

That sounds really nice. I woke up early this mornning and thought about like doing a 20 or 30 minute ride on the peloton...maybe I should start doing that to wake myself up better. I liked when I was on the west coast and went to bed by 10 and was up at 5:00-5:30 honestly, but I've always been more of a night person than a morning person

I am actually a morning person I love getting s**t done in the morning like exercise or journaling watch t the sun come up all before work. If I try to do more at night I just get more and more frantic the later it gets because I have trouble sleeping and I need to not do a whole bunch of stuff before bed and that’s kinda how it was getting for me and I wasn’t sleeping good and I was getting really frustrated
