That's awesome! I am excited to get a routine too. Glad to be back at home again. Are you guys like getting up and driving to the gym or working out at home in the mornings?

Working out at home. We have 5-30 lbs weights which pretty much covers all of our needs for now. I haven’t been to the gym in like a month probably
eek I get sick of how crowded it is. Plus when it’s nice out I like to do my cardio (walking) outside anyways. Sometimes the energy though is good in the gym and is a nice change of pace. But yeah we are just committing to 30 minutes of pure strength training early in the morning at home every day and cardio walking/ddr after T gets off work and see how that goes. It felt really good today; and it also feels good to have a better planned bedtime!
