Bodice -- Something similar in style to
this, but minus the under shirt and shoulder straps. Solid black with a single stripe along the top [minus the middle part] in
376d97Chest Bow -- Something small-ish, similar in design to the bow on the chest seen
here, but with solid edging and the brooch in the middle of it. Placed at the top of the middle part of the bodice. Main color is

Sleeves -- Kimono-esque in shape, stop at the elbow and bare the shoulders, attached to the bodice barely. Black, with a stripe in

Gloves -- Gloves in
376d97 that go just above the elbows, to cover the skin not covered by the sleeves.
Buttbow -- A sash below the bust, covering from underbust to waist similar to what's seen
here, with a bow in the back similar in shape to what's seen
here. Main color is
376d97, stripe around the middle is
d3f0fc Bottoms -- Skirt is knee-length and similar in shape to what's seen
here. Black with a stripe near the bottom hem in
376d97.
Shoes -- Plain knee-high stockings in black, with black boots similar to
this in style, minus the fancy heel part. Lacy part at the top would be
376d97Accessories -- Simple tarnished silver stud earrings, tarnished silver arm bracers over her gloves that cover a good portion of her forearms [similar in shape to
this], transparent overlay in

Whispering the name of the attack, Earendel points to her target [within 10 feet of her] and a dull blue glow settles on them. For the next 30 seconds, the target will struggle with a feeling that what's going on around them isn't what they want, but it's what's going to happen anyways. Those with weaker wills may find themselves in a bit of a stupor from it [more likely with civilians than powered individuals]. This attack has 3 uses.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Earendel's Burdened Heart
Whispering the name of the attack, Earendel points to her target [within 15 feet of her] and a dull blue glow settles on them. For the next 30 seconds, the target will struggle with a feeling that what's going on around them isn't what they want, but it's what's going to happen anyways. The feeling is stronger than its previous incarnation, making it more likely that first-and-second stage powereds will find themselves in a stupor for at least part of the magic's duration. This attack has 2 uses.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Earendel's Elegeia
Earendel throws her arms out while whispering the magic name, and a dull blue glow rushes out from her. Anyone not Dark Mirror Court in a 20 foot radius from her is suddenly overcome with a crushing feeling of resignation, of their defeat being unwanted but inevitable, for 45 seconds. Weaker willed third stages, along with first and second stages and civilians, are more likely to end up in a temporary stupor for any period of time during the magic. Fully realized fourth stage characters will not be affected. This magic has a single use.
