Danalite was making her way through the night, feeling strong and secure in her choices, and still so very pleased that she was who she was, instead of who she had been. She was stronger now. Could defend herself now.
She wanted to find Marialite, and Caledonite but…thus far she hadn’t found either. The Captain was so happy to have her brother and sister, even if she couldn't remember much about them, it was simply so comforting to know that they were there. That they loved her. That she was safe.
The feeling of Dark Mirror Senshi weren’t things that she didn’t understand, especially since she spent so much time with Arnica and Kibirev, though…neither of them were this…both of them were stronger than she was, so the fact that this one felt weaker than her own level was…interesting. Obviously it was someone that she didn’t know, and that was rather exciting.
The knife was held in Danalite’s hand as it always was. She enjoyed her weapon…her actual weapon more than she thought she ever would. It was so nice to feel strong. To feel in charge.
When the senshi came into view, the captain looked her up and down and gave a sincere smile. “I love your outfit, you’re so pretty!”

Ariadne wasn't sure how she felt, looking a Negaverse officer in the face. This one seemed friendly, so far, but she couldn't help but remember that awful battle, where one of theirs had lost his temper and turned into a whirling firestorm that could have killed a bunch of kids. So Ariadne was, to say the least, a little uncomfortable.
Still, she broke into a smile, and crossed one leg over the other, giving a little wave.
"Hi! Thanks, you look fantastic, too! That black against your hair..." She brought up her fingers to her mouth, doing a little chef's kiss. "Perfect. Really digging the contrast. I'm Ariadne, Dark Mirror Senshi of Mourningbrides. You?"

Danalite couldn’t stop the grin that crossed her face at the words and let her dagger vanish as she did a little twirl. “I think so too. I’m very lucky. I was given a fantastic uniform.”
And the broken stars that adorned it delighted her and gave a slight thrill in her chest every time she saw them. No longer was she bound to Cosmos. To weakness. She was free. Forever free. “Danalite. It’s truly a pleasure to meet you, Aridane. Mourningbrides? Just what is that?”
Perhaps she had known before but…now? The word called up no images that she could draw from. There was nothing connected to it. “I apologize for my ignorance, when I was brought into the Negaverse, I’m afraid that my memory was affected so…if I knew the answer, it’s lost now! But, I’m excited to know for the future, if you’re willing to educate me!”
She hesitated and looked so pleased for a moment. “I like your court. The Dark Mirror Senshi? My brother and sister are both your kind. They’re the greatest.”

So few people knew her sphere--but then again, Ariadne hadn't known herself when she first powered up. "They're a type of flower--you probably didn't know before, it's no big deal." Gosh, this girl was really cute, and she seemed so happy--and her weapon was gone, anyway, so she probably wasn't secretly a threat.
"It's really nice to meet you, too, Danalite," she said. Then, she frowned, a little, but mostly her expression was curious. "So you were brought into the Negaverse? From the other side, I guess? What was that like? I've only ever bene a Dark Mirror, my sister brought me in as a birthday present." She snorted, quietly. "Right before I turned twenty-one, she was like whoosh, you get to be magic now. It was really cool." If anyone was safe, someone with family in the Court was safe.

“Oh! That sounds fantastic. I love flowers, my siblings are both flower senshi too, I think. You should hang out with them, we could all be friends!”
Danalite always did want new friends. And maybe…when she had been friends with Ariadne for a while, the girl would let her see what her starseed looked like. They were beautiful things, starseeds. And now that she had the power to remove them…she intended to see them all, if she could.
Perhaps she could collect them all too, keep the prettiest ones for herself. “Siblings are the best, aren’t they? What a fun birthday present! I only wish I had known that they were involved before all of this…it would have made my decision to come and change things so much easier. Yes, to your question, I was a Page, Dinara of Cosmos and I was weak and silly. I’m stronger now. I have a weapon that can actually protect me.” There was a gleam in her eyes, not quite fanatic, but something that could easily be fanned into it. “I’ve never been so happy with a choice that I have made before. This…was the right path for me, without question.”

"Oh, I'd love to meet them," Ariadne said brightly. It sounded nice--to make more friends in the Court, besides her boyfriend, her sister, and of course Lacerta. The more people she knew, the better.
Danalite's story was interesting, and Ariadne took it in with a thoughtful look on her face. What must it take to decide to change sides? To leave behind what you had? Maybe it was easier if you had someone waiting for you, like Danalite had her siblings. And there was something she wanted, obviously--the ability to protect herself.
Even if the light in her eyes made Ariadne just a little bit nervous.
"I'm glad you got to be where you wanted to be," she said. "I think I'd be really devastated if I found out my sister was on the other side, and I'd probably want to get over with her pretty quick. And...what, did your weapon before really suck? Because that knife looked pretty sweet."

“Arnica and Kibirev! Kibi is an Eternal Senshi, and Arnica, my brother is a super ranked one. They’re fantastic and I know they’ll adore you. You seem so nice.”
She summoned her knife again and looked at it with such a fond expression. “Mm, me too. No, my old weapon was a jar of glitter. I’m not sure how I was supposed to survive with nothing but a jar of glitter but. That’s how the White Moon decides to deal with their sacrifices, I suppose.”
Danalite was quiet for a moment, and then shrugged. “I’m glad too! I’m happy now, happier than I have ever been. I have the most wonderful support system…I just need to find the rest, but…I’m sure I will soon enough.”
Oh, how Marialite would praise her. And kiss her. Ah…the thought was intoxicating.

"Arnica and Kibirev," Ariadne nodded, noting down those names in her memory. They'd be good to get to know, especially since they probably had more--and different--experience than her. She couldn't rely on Amytis for everything; that wasn't fair to her sister.
So, okay. She'd find these two and figure out what their deal was.
"Oh, that's so stupid, though. A jar of glitter? I mean, Senshi don't get weapons, but--did it have magic? That'd at least suck less...." Sometihng told Ariadne the answer was no, but she had to hope. No one sohuld bve sent out into this war utterly helpless!
No magic and no real weapon, though, would definitely explain....
She swallowed.
That poor Page. She'd never had a chance.
"I....I'm really glad you're with the Negaverse now. It sounds a lot safer." Even if sometimes the Negaverse were the stab-happy ones. They probably didn't stab their own people.

“Nah. No magic. The few times I could actually get the cork out I was able to get some glitter into people’s eyes but. That didn’t do very well, since it would get in mine too.”
Danalite gave a small, mostly amused smile. “I’ll tell my sibs that you’re looking to meet new friends, I hope that you’ll come over sometime too, we could be real life friends as well as night time ones, yeah?”
The smile grew and Danalite’s eyes flickered over the senshi again before she nodded, pleased and still hoping that she could manage to get a peek at her starseed before too long. But until then…she’d simply have to keep being herself, which…wasn’t a difficult thing to do either. “I’m excited that I got to meet you, but I should be heading home now, I think.”

Ariadne frowned. That was terrible, to be armed with just...glitter, and no magic, and nothing else. It seemed lucky, to her, that any Pages at all seemed to make it past that.
"I'll look forward to meeting your siblings," she said, "and to getting to know you better, too. Thanks for being so sweet to me." This had been a pretty lucky encounter, all things considered. Not only did she have one friend, she had a lead on two more.
"Have a good night!" she wiggled her fingers in a wave, and turned to leave herself.
