There was one person that Ilse still had to contact. She hadn't intended to put it off, just--she needed Soleiyu's help, to get everything set up, and then she had to figure out her Senshi phone, and all of it, and....everything with Lysithea and Faustite and....there was a lot.
But Albireio had offered her a home, and she wanted that. Wanted to give Lysithea the space to figure herself out, and not be a lingering ghost in her pretty wedding whites, making things harder. Especially since....she had the impression there might be something going on between Talia and Zac, and she needed to be out of the way of all of that.
So she'd slipped out and found herself somewhere nice and quiet to sit, and she sent Albireio a message on her fancy new Senshi phone.
[Hello! This is Ilse, I made it out of the Negaverse! If you'd like to talk again, I'm by the Times Circle Fountain!]
There. A nice, polite invitation.

There was no answer sent to Ilse’s phone. No return message. Five minutes passed, and then ten, and still no answer. As it was nearing fifteen minutes, an aura came into range, moving swiftly towards Ilse. It was Albireo, running at speed, an excited expression on her face. She gave a laugh and a breathless whoop when she saw Ilse and threw herself at the senshi. The purified, super senshi. “Oh my god you’re so beautiful! Ilseeeee! You did it! I’m so proud of you oh my god!”
Albireo’s voice was thin, she had been running at speed for quite a few minutes, but when she plowed into Ilse, she hadn’t been thinking and ended up pushing them both into the very cold water of the fountain.
Well. That was more than enough to wake anyone up, a nice…cold dip. “Oh s**t!”
She flailed, laughing helplessly, but trying to get up, get off of Ilse so they could both get out of the water as quickly as possible. “Oh my god I’m so sorry! I was just so excited, you’re beautiful! Oh Ilse!”
Thankfully, the fact that they were both covered in cold fountain water hid the fact that she was tearing up. The sheer amount of joy and pride that she felt in this senshi were far too much to just…deal with.

Ilse waited, anxiously. There was no message back--maybe she was wrong? Maybe Albireio didn't want to see her again? Maybe she would have to go back home, and stay with Lysithea and everyone, and....
She wring her hands as she waited, frozen on the edge of the fountain.
And then, there was Albireio, and she said hello in the most reassuring manner possible--collided with Ilse and knocked her back into the water. She yelped in surprise, but as they splashed down, it turned into delighted, joyful laughter.
"I did! I did do it, I got out, and so did Lysithea, and--it's so much better now" she said, and her voice wobbled a little, but there was a bright light in her eyes.
"It's fine, really, it's all good, I'm just....so glad to see you," she said. "And I saw my planet--Albireio, it's amazing." She didn't seem all that concerned about getting out of the water; she was already soaked, after all.

Albireo grinned and snuggled closer to Ilse, nodding and listening to what she had to say, her bright eyes sparkling with delight. “You went to your planet? Tell me about it, Ilse! I want to hear everything! But…” She grinned and managed to climb out of the fountain, pulling the other senshi up with her and after a moment, let her henshin drop, pleased that it was so easy to dry off. “Now! Let’s go grab something hot to drink, and I want to hear literally everything!”
She loved the idea of Homeworlds, and the fact that Ilse was here. That she had done it. That she was free. It delighted Albireo far beyond what she thought would ever be possible.
“I’m so proud of you, by the way! I’ll say it a hundred times if I have to! Are you ready to go home? I have a room all set up for you, but of course we can redecorate if you’re not a fan! Whatever makes you happiest, Ilse!”

Ilse let Albireio pull her out of the fountain, still grinning; yeah, okay, it had been a bit of a misadventure, but it still felt nice.
She let her powered form drop, too, so that she could also dry off--and it returned her to the form of Rosie, clad in a fluffy sweater, a cute skirt, and leggings.
"Something hot to drink sounds great. And yeah, I'm ready to go to your place whenever you have space for me." She couldn't help but keep grinning. This was...wonderful, exactly what she'd hoped purification would be like. She had friends who loved her, and people who were kind to her, and....
This was so much better than the Negaverse.
"Thank you so much," Ilse said, "I'm not sure I would have had the courage to do it without knowing you would be waiting for me. I....my world is so pretty. There's not much there now? Just a dead rose garden? But i found one bush that was still alive, and I trimmed it back some, and then...in the morning, there was a rose." Her eyes welled with happy tears. "It was so....special, and I want...I want to work hard and restore the garden. I want it to look like it used to."

Olivia gushed and hugged Rosie once more, careful to not push them both into the fountain this time, but again..it was a rather near thing. “I want to see it sometime. I want to help you with it! I hope that soon, you’ll get life back on it. Oh, I am so excited to share so much with you!”
She gave one last, gleeful squeeze and pulled away. “My name’s Olivia when I’m not Albireo, and I need to let you know that I love you just as much no matter if you’re a civilian or Ilse, and again, I’m so very proud of you. We’ll restore it all. I promise you! You’ve got me to help, and you’ll meet my husband and I’ll introduce you to all of my friends. This is going to be wonderful, for all of us. You made the right choice and you won’t ever be alone again. I promise that!”
For once, it truly felt like a promise that she could keep.
