Love is in the air and it is exhausting. It seems everyone is so excited to meet someone new and see if they 'click'. To the point where this new trend has spread across Tendaji - Blind Dates.

The concept is pretty simple - you have a friend (or a matchmaker) set up a date with someone you've never met before. Some find this exhilarating - a chance to go beyond the same old and meet someone new. But others see this as unnecessary anxiety forced upon them by their friends or society's pressure.

Either way, you find yourself set up on a date not of your choosing, with a stranger who you've never met before. This could either be the person of your dreams...or a big mistake. Guess the only thing you can do is see where this date takes you.

For those who are already in a relationship, it's hard to host a 'blind date', but you can get close. It's time to surprise your significant other with a night date, just the two of you. No family, no children, just a chance to spend time with the one you love.

If you're RPing your character with another, we ask that it be someone new (within reason to where your character is currently located). If you're RPing alone, create a new NPC and see where the night takes you.

Who knows, maybe this will be your character's future partner...or maybe an awkward enemy. What's the harm in the name of love?

For those who have characters already in a relationship, we're instead looking for a "Surprise Date" where one of the partners surprises the other with ad ate experience. ]

Hanaeko had dressed up for the occasion. While her mother had been talking to her more recently about boys, Naevius never did have to worry too much about Hana as she had with Nicias. Unlike Nicias, Hanaeko was much more social and was not opposed to the parties and balls that usually required the attendance of someone of her station, she took to them happily. Yet, none of the sons of the most prominent noble families had piqued her interest.

However, a friend, Eitana had recently told her she met someone she thought Hana would like and had set up a date for her. They were supposed to be meeting at one of the nicer little bakeries in the middle of town. Far enough out that Hanaeko wouldn't be swamped with people but close enough as to not endanger her. She would of course have at least one guard following behind and Hana severely hoped Miss Varinia had volunteered though she knew it unlikely. No time like the present, Hana told herself before stepping out of the carriage that had stopped about a block or so down from where she was supposed to be meeting her date. It was a quick walk down and she looked for someone wearing the clothes that Eitana had described to her.
