It had been a while since he'd seen his kids. With work and not wanting to draw too much attention to his visits he still had to space them out. Dovian wasn't happy about it. He would have liked to be able to spend more time with his children. See them when he got off work. Tuck them in at night. Do dad things. That just wasn't how things went considering who he and his partner were.
But now he was on his way to his sisters to spend time with his family.

She was sitting on the porch with a hoop and cloth for her to embroider. It wasn't the most fun thing in the world but it made clothes look nice. Siofra liked little designs. The one she currently had was a shirt of Thea's. She wanted to put a nice design in it so that her aunt had something pretty to wear instead of the plain shirts she often saw her wearing. But she was also out on the porch because she was waiting for a visitor that was supposed to show up today.

When he saw the house come into view he smiled and that smile grew wider when he saw who was sitting on the front porch. Unlike the twins' mother he used the front door not the roof. Then again, unlike Ade, he had a direct connection to Thea and her hoard of children so he could use the front door. And he'd visited often enough before having his own children that it wasn't suspicious.
"Hey little Sprite." He called out to his daughter to get her attention.

She was in the middle of a stitch when she heard the greeting called out. Siofra popped her head up and locked her eyes on her dad and instantly grinned from ear to ear. Her embroidery was set to the side and instantly forgotten as she got up from her seat and rushed to greet Dovian with a hug. She didn't get to see him as much as she saw her mother. Ade was sneaky about her visits and her dad wasn't.

When she rushed to give him a hug he stopped walking so that they wouldn't go tumbling over. Dovian wrapped his arms around her and placed a kis to the top of her head. "Glad to see you too." He told her with a smile. "Where's my lovely sister?" He questioned.
If anything he figured Thea would be hanging around the house since she couldn't really do much else at the moment.

She was pleased to get the hug in return and her grin showed it. When she was asked where her aunt was she leaned back a little before moving one arm away so she could point to the door of the house. Thea was inside cooking. Or more accurately she was likely just supervising Ari as he cooked since her brother liked to do it so much.

Seeing that his daughter pointed to the house he figured his sister was inside doing something. But at least she was home. So he could visit with her later. He looked back down at Sio and smiled. "What are you doing out here?" He was curious to see what it was she had busied herself with before he'd shown up. It gave him a bit of insight into her hobbies and what she liked.

Her hands were brought up in front of her so that she could sign. 'Working on some stitching.' Siofra then moved so that she could pick up what she'd forgotten in her haste to give her dad a hug. Once she had it she turned around so that she could extend it out to him.

With a smile he took what was offered so that he could look it over more closely. "This looks good little Sprite." He praised her work. Dovian wasn't good with small details like this so he assumed she had to have gotten such talent from her mother instead. "You'll have to show your mother." He figured Ade would be impressed as well.

The smile that took over was big and bright. Siofra loved having praise like that, especially from her parents. 'You think she'll like it?' She signed with question. Knowing that her parent's liked her work made it more fun too.

"I know she will." Anything one of their kids made was instantly loved by Ade so he had no doubts. Of course he was partial to what his kids made too. Who wouldn't be? Sio was obviously good with making things and Ari was a good cook.
"Been staying out of trouble?" He figured he'd ask and keep the light conversation going.

Knowing that her talents would be appreciated was nice and made her grin. As her dad asked her is she had been staying out of trouble she shrugged her shoulders as she looked up at him. Her hands signed to him a bit slowly. 'I don't really go out enough to get into trouble.' Mostly she stayed home.

He frowned a little at that. His eyes taking in what her hands signed. "Don't lock yourself away. Enjoy time out and playing with others." Dovian worried that she might be spending too much time inside. He'd have to ask his sister about it all.

She cringed a little. She didn't really lock herself away but she didn't go out of her way to go outdoors either. Mostly Siofra liked being inside curled up in a corner doing some kind of project. Still she nodded her head at her dad to let him know she'd at least try. Maybe she'd just have to stick close to Zohra or Ari.

He noticed that she took a second to give him a nod and he sighed. Dovian reached out with one hand and ruffled her hair. "I know it tough little sprite." He could just imagine what being a kid was like now. When he was younger it was difficult without his twin beside him all the time.
