» PERSONALITY ales and banooosbanooos
Polite and pleasant with adults, Julie thinks of herself as an agreeable girl- mostly due to how much time she's spent with adults instead of other kids. She isn't afraid to refuse to do something she doesn't like, but for a sheltered and spoiled kid Julie is exceptionally curious and open to trying new things.

» BACKGROUND ales and banooosbanooos
Julie lives in her parents' penthouse in Castelia City, though she spends more time with her nanny and their assistant than her mother and father. Her parents come home rarely, and when they do it's usually to attend a party or gala. They bring Julie along when they can, but of course, not everything is child-friendly. She didn't have any close friends, except perhaps a slowpoke she saw sometimes in the local park. The real highlights of her childhood were when her aunt Victoria came to visit.
Victoria, who lived in Lumiose City and worked in fashion, was more than happy to spoil her favorite niece whenever she visited. And, as a special treat for Julie's 11th birthday, convinced the girl's parents to let her visit for an extended stay in Lumiose. Except that wasn't even the real present. No, the real present was that she'd be covering for Julie to have her own pokemon journey. Better to ask forgiveness than permission, non?
Julie, inexperienced with pokemon but excited all the same, couldn't wait to get started. She was a little (read: a lot) nervous, but Victoria promised to be but a call away if Julie needed her.
