Flaws // Virtues
Virtues:Protective: Be it, friends or family, it is best not to mess with what Jayce deems to be his. He'd much rather put himself between those he cares about and who or whatever is threatening them. Consequences are damned, their safety is most important. This, to a degree, extends to young kids and the elderly; while they too are capable of being the aggressors, Jayce doesn't tolerate any form of abuse be it verbal or physical.
Genuine: What you see is what you get. Jayce has nothing to hide. Yes, he did something that got him in trouble with the law and he'd do it again if given the chance. He is honest, truthful, and sincere in the way he lives his life on a daily basis and how he presents himself in relationships with other people.
Flaws:Defiant: Jayce has a tendency of putting morals above rules and law. If a rule sounds wrong and feels wrong, it's probably wrong. Just because someone is in his face or someone else's, doesn't give him the right to physically assault them. He disagrees with this and is perhaps the reason he is staying with his Aunt and going to Ramono's. Tell him to do something but the logic or reason behind asking him isn't sound, then he'll push back especially if it is something he's not interested in doing.
Blunt: Ask him a question, he'll give you an answer. Might not be what the person was wanting to hear but Jayce isn't one to beat around the bush. He'll call people out with regards to their behavior without second thought or consideration to their feelings. If he doesn't like someone it's likely because they're an a*****e, if they don't like him in return it's probably because he told them and they didn't much care for the words he chose.
