 Lellum The Zoroark Gijinka Lellum, a Zoroark Gijinka that was pregnant, was on the run from her Original trainer as she overheard him saying he was going to give away her baby as soon as it was born if it wasn't shiny. She ran away the first chance she got, and didn't look back. She had no money, and took to stealing from trainers and accepting handouts from those that would give them to her. She was at a campsite, heavily pregnant, watching a trainer that seemed to be doing very well on the road. She sighed to herself not wanting to steal from anyone but she had to do what was necessary to survive and care for her unborn baby, whom she was going to name Zaria for a girl, and Zero for a boy. She was really looking forward to being a mother, but wished she had a safer place to have her baby, as well as raise her little one.

 Ethan Weber looked at the campfire as he had finished putting some fire on cooking a stew up with hearty ingrediants he got from the last town they had visited. As Lellum was watching the campsite from by a tree, a figured approached from the side but kept his distance, "Ahem." came the voice of an Empoleon Gijinka, he wore a decent suit with a blue and black cloak over his shoulders. The golden mask with three spikes blocked his face from view, save for eye slots between the golden spikes, "If you wish to join us at the fire, please step forward." the gijinka spoke kindly but firmly, as if being formal but hearing his Gijinka's voice Ethan looked up, noticing the woman, "Oh, hello there, come closer, join us by the fire, its going to be colder tonight." He stated kindly, he could pick out his partner's form but he couldnt tell who was nearby.

Lellum was taken by surprise when the Empoleon gijinka came up beside her before he spoke. She jumped a bit as the Empoleon spoke to her, inviting her to join them. She wasn't very trusting but says, "Uhhhh Thank you." in a confused way not sure what else to do as she stood and came out into the light of the fire. Zoroark were really rare in this area, and to find one here let alone pregnant was really rare. As she sat by the fire, she felt her little one kicking but didn't wince or anything having felt worse pain before thanks to her trainer. It was obvious from the various bruises that were on her body that she'd had it rough. The many scars on her body were from both her trainer and various pokemon battles he put her through. Plus the ones she'd been in as she traveled too were rougher since she was pregnant.

Ethan looked at the visitor and saw that it was a Zoroark gijinka, but even more so, she was pregnant and seemed close to her time. However her belly wasnt the only thing he could see, he found that she also had seemed to be in a bad state physically by her scars and bruises. He gently smiled, "My name is Ethan, and the Empoleon is Lance." he introduced as Lance nodded his head a bit to her. Ethan got up and got some stew in a bowl, and gave her a big helping, "Here, help yourself." he said kindly letting her have the bowl and spoon with her big helping as he would then make himself and Lance a bowl of the stew as well. Lance stood close by but as a steel type, he still kept himself from the fire.

"I'm Lellum....Thank you for helping me." She says as she gently takes the bowl of stew. It smelled wonderful as she had been living on handouts from others, which was only enough to get by. She ate the stew happily, knowing her little one was happily enjoying it too. As she ate, she seemed to be on edge. Almost like she was looking out for someone, or something, which she was. She knew her original trainer would be looking for her by now and let's just say he wasn't the nicest guy around. Any time she heard something, either her ear would twitch or she would look in the direction it came from like she was expecting something to happen.

Ethan nodded to Lellum as she spoke before eating, however he watched that she ate rather hungrily, "If you would like seconds, by all means have some." He offered kindly incase she finished her bowl and was still hungry. He could see how her ears twitched and how she jolted her head around to watch around them, "I take it your scared of something Lellum?" He asked figuring that was why she kept looking around them, he wondered if she was alright.

Lellum knew her behavior was strange and felt she had to tell someone what was going on. "To be honest.....I'm scared of my trainer finding me....He plans on getting rid of my little one if they're not what he expects. I had to run away to protect both myself and my baby.....Plus he isn't the nicest person...I'm sure you've noticed the bruises that have yet to heal....While some are from battles I've had while out here, a lot of them are from my last interaction with him....Fortunately I was able to take my pokeball with me but I know that he's looking for me...and will do anything he can to find me and my baby...." She explains as she looks down, unable to keep the truth inside any longer.

Ethan looked at her when she spoke but he thought it over, he was quiet but he seemed like he was tensed up some. He shook his head, "Judging by the neckband collar and the charm, youre worried if your child isnt a shiny, then he would get rid of your child." He said as he noticed the shiny charm, which was a jewelry item trainers could buy for their gijinka, but even though it didnt garantee a shiny child, it was rumored to help increase the chance. However he looked over at Lance who nodded his head, "Well then if you wouldnt mind, please travel with me and Lance here. We are on our way to the next town, it looks like youre very far along so your going to need a gijinka center soon i imagine. If you allow it, your old trainer wont lay a hand on you or your child." He spoke sincerely, Lance nodded, ready to help protect her if need be.

Lellum was surprised that Ethan was offering to take in both herself and her unborn child but says after thinking for second. "Are you sure? I wouldn't want to impose on you." As she waited for his answer, she continued to eat her fill of the stew happily.

Ethan nodded to her when she questioned it, "Of course, and you wouldnt be imposing at all." He reassured her as he figured that it would be okay, "The first thing i would want to ask you first, is what do you want? To have a safe place for your child is a given but do you want to travel and show your child the region, or would you rather find a place to plant your feet and settle?" He asked kindly. He would be more then happy to help her but he doubt she would want to stay with him for all time. It wasnt uncommon for Gijinka to find new homes or be independant if aided by a trainer.

((Mind a time skip to just after she has her baby? Was thinking her OT would show up at the Gijinka center by chance and happens to see her holding her baby in the room while Ethan and Lance are talking to the nurse or getting food or something.)) Lellum had always wanted to travel the world and share it with her baby. "I'd love to travel with them, and maybe settle down later on if it's possible." She says finishing her stew having had her fill. Lellum was very appreciative of Ethan and Lance's help. It was very much welcomed.

(Sure) Ethan nodded to her as she spoke, thinking that he could try to help find her a trainer that could allow her to travel with, that way she can be happy. Either way, for now, he figured that they should get some rest, he rolled out his sleeping bag for her to sleep in, she looked like she desrved the rest and he had a spare blanket for himself to sleep with to keep off the ground. He didnt really let Lellum argue, he figured she needed support while sleeping. In the morning, they would pack up and begin heading towards the town, they were just outside of the town when Ethan noticed Lellum seemed to be in pain. Figuring it was probably time, Lance gently picked up and carried Lellum as they rushed to the Gijinka Center. They got there and Lellum was taken to a room to be taken care of, Ethan figured he needed to stay outside, but he told Lellum she would be okay. After some time, the nurse would allow him to go see her, it had been some time but he walked into the room to find Lellum holding her baby, "How is the baby Lellum?" He asked wondering if its a boy or girl.

Lellum smiles as she holds her daughter, Zaria. When Ethan entered the room, she says in a quiet voice. "She's fine. Would you like to hold Zaria?" Lellum asks as she looks at Ethan. Zaria was sleeping in Lellum's arms, wrapped in a little pink blanket for warmth, having just been fed before Ethan's arrival. Her little Zorua ears were poking out from the top of the blanket to allow her to hear more of what was going on. Suddenly, Lellum caught a familiar scent before a look of fear came over her face. "No.....He can't have found us already......" She thinks to herself as her trainer then comes into the room saying "So this is where you've been Lellum." He says in an angry tone. Zaria picked up on this and started to cry in Ethan's arms.

Ethan walked over and gently smiled as he looked at Zaria, she was so adorable but was more surprised by Lellum allowing him to hold the child. He smiled seeing her little nose, and seeing her ears twitch as she could hear all the noises. That was til one noise had been really loud, which Ethan looked up to the man who walked in, but as he could see Lellum's fear, he guessed this was her trainer. He gently handed Zaria back to Lellum for her to hold and protect, but he turned to the man, "Im going to have to ask you to leave, because Lellum isnt your gijinka anymore, not after the abuse ive seen on her." He stated as even a nurse commented on her injuries. If he even attempted to get close to Lellum or Zaria, Ethan would step in the way and stand between them, making sure he couldnt get close.

Lellum holds Zaria close as Ethan hands Zaria back to her mother. Zach, a man who raised dark type pokemon, snickers and says "You can't prove anything. For all you know, she got those wounds in a tough battle. Besides, she may have her pokeball, but that doesn't mean she isn't mine. I caught her and raised her. Without me, she won't get far in life weak as she is. Besides that, I already have a buyer for the baby. He's paid for that brat already, and is expecting it to be delivered to him." Zach says as Lellum holds Zaria tightly but gently. Zaria was whimpering as Lellum held the little one.
