A few days after this role-play.Tama’s starseed ached. It make his whole being hurt. Everything in his body — and his body was small as he found he could no longer transform into his human form — felt as if it would break at any moment. Still, he could sense a senshi nearby. Not a White Moon one, but one that matched his own aching starseed. ☆

The music box came everywhere with her now. Mostly it stayed safely hidden in subspace, but sometimes she took it out to inspect it. The music was a soft melody that always made her feel safe…and so very relaxed. It was a blessing as most of the time she was anything but relaxed anymore. The stress just kept piling up and no matter how much she baked, no matter how much she tried to just smile…it didn’t go away.
She was going to meet up with Evan and Malcolm tomorrow and that was going to be wonderful. The bright spot in her week.
Lysithea was sitting on a bench, the same place she had been sitting when she had met Solieyu, and so the feeling of a Mauvian made her head snap up, and the feeling of…sameness, brought a rush of both hope and a strange rush of utter dread to her.
Swiftly, she stood and made her way over, half expecting to see the white fluffy marshmallow with a darkened star but…no.
No, this was a completely different cat, and the relief and disappointment she felt was…
Overwhelming, to say the least. “Ah. Hey there kitty.”

Tama plodded over to the senshi. His paws felt heavy with the weight of the last few days. He was glad that she hurried over even if she was disappointed that he wasn’t another cat. How such a short time it had been since he would have gotten no where near a corrupted senshi. How he had hated them the most of all the chaotic forces. How he had been repulsed at one that would forsake a whole world. But now he was glad that she would approach him and call him ‘kitty’ as if he had not turned into a monster as he felt. “Who are you? Do I know you?” He mewed. “And what was that pleasant music I just heard?”☆

Lysithea shook her head and gave a sad little smile at the question. “I don’t know you, so I doubt that you know me.” She reached out and stroked the cat’s head, enjoying the sensation of fur once again. “Oh, that…was just my music box. I…I find it to be very relaxing…um. I just got it recently.”
She plopped down onto the ground and made a lap for him, patting it gently. “I’m Lysithea. What’s your name? It’s very nice to meet you.” Falling quiet for a moment, she seemed thoughtful. “...Are you new to the Negaverse? I had issues with my memory too when I was brought in. Do you have any questions?”
Perhaps she could help him if he did…that sounded nice.

New to the Negaverse. He wondered how many had come before him, starseeds newly taken by Chaos. He knew he was not the first nor the last. And she did not know him. Perhaps that was a good thing. You see, he did not know who he knew or didn’t know. All his powered memories of other people had been taken. “My name is Tama.” He said sadly. “My memories of people are gone. So if I knew you once before, I don’t remember anyway.”He leaned into the senshi’s hand and curled up in her lap. “Tell me of yourself, Lysithea. What is it like to be a senshi here?”☆

Lysithea gave a small smile, pleased with the weight of the mauvian in her lap, stroking him softly as she listened and considered her answer. “It’s not bad. It…there are many nice people here. I hope that you’ll find happiness. If you ever just want to chill, you’re always welcome to visit me.”
She let her index finger stroke from his nose to the back of his head and sighed. “I’m sorry that you lost all of your memories too. It’s hard, trying to figure out who you are, and trying to deal with people that know more about you than you do…it’s so frustrating to try and live up to expectations that you have on yourself but…”
Shrugging, she leaned to kiss the fluffy forehead. “...It gets easier. You’ll make new memories and that’ll help a lot.”

Tama let out a gentle and content purr as Lysithea drew with her fingers along his nose and head. She seemed to know just the right places to stroke a cat. His eyes slow blinked and, for a moment at least, he forgot his troubles. He remembered the time (long ago it seemed now, but it wasn’t all that far behind him) when he was in Japan and lived without any trouble at all with that other person. Ah, yes. It was that person where all these troubles began. “Expectations? It was because I could not live up to them that I am here now.” He said, melancholy. “I did not have the power to protect the person I cared for most. And because I did not, he is gone now.”☆

“It’s not your fault, Tama. I’m sure that it wasn’t your fault. You have the chance to make up for whatever mistakes you might have had in the past, and you have the chance to get stronger to protect those that you have now.”
He was so soft, and so cute…and so sad. Lysithea understood the sadness so well. “Now that you’re here. I know that you’ll have the power that you need to protect the people you care for most. That’s just…how it is. You’re home now, Tama. You’re where you’re supposed to be.”
…Right? That was…the jist of everything. This was how things were, and how they were meant to be, and that was all there was to it. She had accepted it…and he would too. She was sure.

Tama felt the pain in his chest grow again. Could be believe her? Was she right? Was it not his fault? He had not been strong enough to protect him. Was it not his own lack of power that had caused everything? Was it not his own weakness that led to such misfortune? “Can I really get stronger here?” He questioned her. “What power could I possibly gain here?”He looked down at his own small paws. “What can I do as I am now? I have no power like a senshi does.”☆
