A man struggled in his grip, his hand on the back of his neck pressing him into the rough brick side of a building in a dirty back alley. This was not Fafnir's preferred way of doing things, but he'd run out of time. The photoshoot had run long, frustratingly so, and traffic back to the office had been mind-numbingly, skin-itchingly slow, to the point he'd very nearly stepped out of the car, powered up and teleported the remaining distance.
Time was too valuable to the corrupt. He had too little of it to waste on other people's ******** ups, and more and more he found himself with very little patience for it. When you could run faster than the fastest racer, jump higher than a building, the limitations of others started to feel more like chains weighing you down, knowing you were so much better than they were.
He'd been trying to drain this man from a distance, but he'd gotten suspicious of the oddly-dressed man loitering nearby. His uniform wasn't exactly subtle... and the man had tried to get away from him, growing more concerned when Fafnir had tried to follow at a discreet distance that still let him drain him. It hadn't taken long for his patience to snap and he'd used his superior speed and strength to pin the man to wall, ruthlessly pulling energy from him and into the little ball of light floating above his palm.
He was going to get this done, and then he was going home, and ******** this day all together. Fafnir's normally serene face was a thundercloud, threatening murder if anything else should show up to further ruin his day.

Dejanira wasn't in a rush, she didn't like to do things in a rush. She liked taking her time with her school work, baking, everything in her life she took step by step. It was better to measure everything out calmly and not hurry through daily life. She was thinking about the chaos figures she had met recently she wanted to help the ones that could be helped and she was hopeful some would be willing to allow themselves to be helped. She had spoken to that one who had then attacked that poor owl with light which she considered a cruel act. She wanted to believe that everyone had good in their heart and she still believed that but some days it was harder to hold on to hope than others.
She was out on patrol again when she sensed an energy she decided to check out, which was how she found herself in the dirty alleyway where she found the chaos member with a civilian pinned to a wall. She had to get them away from the victim so she could attack since she didn't want to risk hitting the victim with her attack. "Stop!" She shouted at them trying to draw their attention to her and away from the person they had been draining.
Fafnir swore as he heard a shout from behind and felt the sickly sweetness of an order powered signature. Releasing his captive, the corrupt jumped back as the man slump down to his knees, drained enough he had very little fight left in him.
Of COURSE he'd get interrupted when he was already behind schedule. A fight with some over-enthusiastic good Samaritan was exactly what he didn't need tonight. Snarling, his fine features dark with anger, he tucked the glowing energy into the front of his uniform and faced down his new adversary. Senshi. Young. Not overly aggressive, as she hadn't attacked him from behind, but he wasn't going to trust that she'd stay that way.
"What a lovely lady to join me on this lovely night." Fafnir growled sarcastically, finding it impossible to keep his usual suave manner. His job was supposed to be giving the Negaverse a good name and facilitating consolidation of their control, but he had not patience for it today. "I'm sorry to disappoint, but I really should be going, I'm late for another appointment. So if you don't mind... Fafnir's Blight."
Drawing in a deep, deep breath, he pursed his lips and blew out a stream of dark, sickly purple miasma, the cloud of it building and rushing towards the senshi. It stank like a swamp, swirling and shifting as it moved.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Fafnir's Blight Fafnir blows out a cloud of sickly purple gas that saps the energy and health of those who stumble into it. Those caught within the cone will see signs of disease on expose skin and eyes, and are significantly sickened by it as it saps their energy and health, affecting their performance. The gas can travel up to ten feet, but fades away after a few seconds. The effect can last up to 30 seconds. Breathing does not affect it, and he can use it twice per battle.

Dejanira was hit by the blight and she felt horrible for the 30 secs. still, she moved to position herself between the chaos member and the victim she didn't respond to their taunt and it didn't seem like they were going to stick around for long, she felt like they were in a rush perhaps. Once she regained her composure she attempted to throw a raspberry smash at him. She wasn't sure if it would actually hit, but this jerk was even pushing Dejanira's limits of patience and kindness. They had only barely come into contact with each other and they had thrown a horrible power at her. Still, that was the risk she had to be willing to take in order to help the civilian. She watched the movements of the figure closely to see if they were going to throw that blight attack at her again. She hoped they wouldn't and would just flee but it was hard to be sure. After all they were chaos.
She stood there steady, but still feeling the echoes of the power that had fallen on her it was a terrifying power, she refused to run away though. She knew she had to get this person who had been drained somewhere safe. Since they were in a dirty alley there was little chance they would be found and helped if a senshi didn't take the time to help them. She wasn't sure how much energy they had taken and if the figure would be able to easily recover or needed medical attention. She didn't think the negaverse member would care about anything she said so she kept her mouth shut and just waited to see what they would do.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Raspberry jam blast (twice per battle)
Sailor Dejanira jumps into the air and shoots a ball of raspberry jam at her target. The attack has a slightly longer stinging sensation (must be skin contact), that lasts about 30 sec. range about 10 meters
Fafnir watched with narrowed eyes as the senshi repositioned herself, his body tensed for her return volley...
Senshi magic was all so unique that when her magic came, it was an utter surprise to him, throwing him off balance enough that it managed to strike him. Throwing an arm up as the ball of... whatever it was flew at him, he felt a sticky, goopy substance impact his forearm and splatter across his torso. It smelled... like fruit? Fafnir's face twisted in disgust as he pulled his arm away, trying to shake off what clung to his body as the magic of it finally hit him.
A sharp hiss escaped his lips as it stung... every bit of skin it touched sent needles of pain into him, further flaring his temper.
He didn't need this. This whole thing was bullshit. The corrupt snarled at the girl who'd interrupted him, losing all sense of self-control.
"You better hope you don't run into me again!" He shouted, baring his teeth at her. "You can be sure I'll remember you." Still shaking his arm in an attempt to remove the jam from it, he teleported away, swearing to himself the whole time. If this stuff didn't come off, he was going to have a hell of a time getting back on schedule.

Once he was gone she breathed a sigh and she knew she would not forget him either, that power was terrifying. She carefully gathered up the civilian so she could take him to a hospital to make sure he was alright. It wouldn't be her first drop off and at this rate, it seemed like it wouldn't be the last, regardless she had a job to do and she planned to do it.
