Finn was born to the queen and king known as Eugene and Rapunzel Fitzherbert in the kingdom of Corona.
The king had decided to give their son a name based on what he went by and had it changed up a bit.
He was raised to be a king and caring ruler. And lived the life of luxury in the palace that was meant to be his one day.
However he did end up causing quite a bit of trouble throughout the castle and had taken a bit of his fathers side more than his mothers and usually picked the wrong side of friends that would always get him into trouble.
He has learned to be a great thief much like his father once was even if it isn’t needed. He gets joy from the things that he steals from others and has quite a collection of magical objects.
When Finn was 15 he had ended up falling in love with the most beautiful person in the world and she had fallen in love with him as well. The two became close with each other and one day his princess mentioned something about the flower that his mother once had and told him that if he wanted her forever in marriage then she needed the flower.
Finn knew the stories of his mother with her magical golden hair but he also knew that the SunDrop flower was the last one in the lands and had been used to save his grandma to give birth to his mother.
One day someone had come to him and offered to tell him where the flower had been. There was one that had been in another kingdom, and he would go with that person to get it in exchange for his heart. Finn agreed to the deal and knew he wouldn’t need to love again after already finding his love and the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.
The two of them made it to the other kingdom and found the flower and in exchange the person took his heart and hid it in a secret place.
Upon returning with the flower Finn learned that his beloved had betrayed him and was only using him to get the SunDrop flower so they would be able to live forever and have the magical powers his mother once had.
So Finn ended up keeping the flower for himself and used it on him instead, giving him magical healing abilities the same his mother once had. FInn had kept the deal a secret and never told anyone about his heart being taken but now he knew he wouldn’t ever need it with the only person who he had loved betraying him in the end.
When he turned Sixteen his parents had arranged a marriage for him to marry from another kingdom. He knew he wouldn’t be able to love the person so to him it didn’t really matter who the person was that he was going to be marrying.
Though what Finn didn’t know about the flower is that it ended up taking the place of where his heart once was and over time the flower would eventually turn to darkness and dark magic the more he uses the flower's magic.
The SunDrop flower was a darker version of the original flower and would end up killing the person slowly over time instead of letting them live forever.
