Nasrin found herself darting about Matori. The girl had recently decided to try out a future path with Taaru and while she was delighted it was dreadfully stressful thinking about adjusting to the cold. Nasrin shook her head as she walked about the Sauti markets and looked for something warm to add to her wardrobe. At least magic was on her side but still…could she do this? The healer crossed her arms before shaking her head again. “Are there truly no good outfits here?” How cold did Zena even get? Thankfully Taaru’s family seemed to live along the borders so the climate was far better than that in the northern mountains.

“Oh!” Nasrin blinked before grinning at the other girl. For a second she thought that Taaru had come out from the corner! But that was silly considering he was away at the moment while she had taken the chance to come into town. “I appreciate the help. Do you mind coming with me? You look like someone I know from Zena so would it be bold of me to assume you’re from the area?”

Nasrin nodded. “Yes, you remind me a lot of him. You must have shifter blood as well, it would explain the pretty white hair.” She was perhaps a bit biased because of her affections for Taaru but the girl did think that way. Everything about him - well you know. She flushed lightly before focusing back on the stranger. “I’m from Belrea along the coastal area. It does get a bit colder during the winter around the mountains but I’ve never dealt with a lot of snow before. We maybe got a few inches during the winters?” Maybe once when she was a youngling there had been a rare snowstorm that had covered the ground with around a foot of snow but nothing more than that.

Nasrin chuckled. “No worries. I know it’s still an adjustment seeing someone from Belrea that has mixed heritage. It’s not often you see foreigners making a home in my country, at least not yet.” They were still fairly new to each other despite everything and her mother had been one of the very first to fall in love with a Belrean. Her parents had wasted no time in having her either. “So this shop?” Nasrin asked as she started walking alongside of the girl, her gaze searching the small wooden building with the bell that chimed when they entered.

“That’s lovely.” Nasrin reached over and took the cloak from the girl. “Thank you for your help by the way.” She stated as she folded the cloak over her arm. “I’m Nasrin and I’m glad to have met such a nice stranger.” Even if she looked oddly familiar, perhaps a bit too familiar. Surely it was just a strange coincidence, right?

“I do.” Admitted Nasrin as she started to also sort through some of the clothing that Katori had moved aside. “Belrean style is different but I didn’t bring much winter clothing since I was just planning on going to Matori. I was supposed to go home but here I am heading into Zena.” She smiled though as she spoke and it was obvious she was not troubled by the change of plans. If anything she was excited because it meant more time with Taaru and more time figuring out herself in the mainland. “I’m Nasrin.”

Nasrin blinked in surprise before glancing over towards Katori. “I suppose I don’t mind since you’re helping me with this.” She teased lightly as she held out a teal dress, the length long enough to cover her knees but short enough to fit nicely with leggings considering the layered cut. “When I was on my way towards Matori I actually got attacked by Dretch. A group of us had to escape from them as crazy as that sounds. When I escaped I made a friend and we’ve been getting closer. He stayed with me while I studied healing in Matori.” She explained before shifting towards another outfit, her pile slowly growing as Katori handed her more pieces.

“Uh, yes.” Nasrin slowly nodded, a flush decorating her cheeks. “Taaru has helped me through a lot and we stuck together after the incident.” She held up a dress towards Katori. “What about this one? I think the cream is nice.”
