It was cold, as usual. Anniliese was so over winter. She was over the snow, she was over the cold. She hated being cold. She couldn't wait for it to be warm again. She was making her way to the park to maybe do some patrolling and looking around. She had made a resolution to be more active as a Senshi and to be more confident in herself and her abilities. She was not going to run away from battles. She was going to stick through them.

She doubt that she would keep that promise. Soon she knew she was going to go back to her ways. If she was honest with herself she felt like the whole Senshi thing was a burden. A burden that she didn't think she was capable of. She just didn't feel motivated and cared enough to continue though. She needed a reason to fight this good fight. The only exciting thing that had happened to her was meeting that Knight and helping him with his planet. Since that meeting, she had been trying to find out all she could about knights. She was so intrigued. That was the only interesting thing that had happened to her since becoming a Senshi.

Anniliese was lost in her thoughts when she heard a voice calling out. She turned around and didn't see anyone at first. She turned around in circles. Maybe she was hearing things. It wasn't till she looked down that she saw where the voice came from. It was a Mauvian. She wasn't sure and didn't remember but she met this particular cat before. She squatted down to the ground and scratched him under his chin.

"Hi there cutie. How have you been?"

She tried to process what the Guardian was telling her. Upgrade? "How would that work? What would I have to do.?" Other questions were running through her mind. Will upgrading make her stronger? Will it make her more confident?

Anniliese gave Barnard her Henshin pen. She was curious about how this little cat was going to do just that.
He didn't even thumbs. She also had questions.

"Will upgrading make me stronger? Will I get more magic?"

That was one of the questions. The other questions she had she was kinda afraid to ask..Will it make her more confident in her skills? That was the one question that she would like to know but was too afraid to voice out loud.

"So what happens after you upgrade? Is there something on my end that I have to do?"

Anniliese bent down to not only take the pen from Benard but to also steal some stomach rubs from him. He was showing his tummy after all.

"Okay here goes nothing."

She raised the pen in the air and said her power name. She couldn't wait to try it out. Once she was powered up she took a minute to admire herself. Her uniform did look a little different. She wanted to try out her magic and see how much stronger it would be and see the effects of it. But she didn't have a target and didn't want to use it without reason. The running and jumping part she could try without any problems and worrying.

"Oh Bernard thank you. I..."

Her loving and nurturing side kicked in.

"Bernard why are you out alone at night? Do you belong to someone?"

Despite the fact that Bernard was a guardian and looked quite capable of taking care of himself Anneliese was still worried. Someone could scoop him up or do things to him.

Anniliese smiled down at the guardian. "No I don't need no help getting home. I think I will spend the night getting used to my upgrade and seeing all the things I can do. Thank you so much for your help."
