Lazurite had spied the monstrous bird and had tried to walk away, but the creature had its large, bright eyes right on her, and she had stayed frozen, not wanting to break eye contact, not wanting to move. This was not how she had anticipated spending her evening…stuck in the middle of a park, locked in a seemingly never ending staring contest with a giant owl who had talons at least as long as her forearm, and a beak that looked sharp enough to cut just about anything.
…And with her hair…she was slightly afraid that it might be mistaking her for a large rabbit…and honestly, that just wouldn’t end well. God, Jet would be so disappointed if she died by giant owl. But. Hey. She supposed that these things did happen, especially in this city but…
Damn if she didn’t wish it could happen to someone else.
The fact that she felt someone with an order aura coming closer just made the whole situation worse. Death by giant owl and a senshi? Not cool. …But if she could turn this to her advantage and get the owl to go for the senshi…
Well. That would be…fantastic.

Before the recent ambush, Alcor would have never considered approaching a chaos signature, especially not alone. Too many years spent cautioning her sister, warning Eleonora of the dangers that followed Chaos. Yet, after her near forced corruption, here she was. Powering up more times in the last month than she had in the last five years. Ok, perhaps that might be a bit of an exaggeration but she definitely wasn't counting. Nonetheless, the Senshi of Cold had learned to not only approach with care but to be prepared. So, like before, she scooped up two handfuls of snow, pressed them into tightly compacted balls, and summoned her magic to freeze them even further. Poor excuses for weapons, but when compared to the toys that pages and lieutenants usually carried, she wasn't about to complain. When finally she turned the corner to see the Corrupt, Alcor's expression deadpanned, shoulders hung in resignation and defeat. "Oh ******** me..." she muttered under her breath. Of course, the owl was back, why wouldn't it be? At least its ire was directed at someone else and for that she was glad enough to sit back and watch instead of get involved at this point in time.

Lazurite’s eyes flickered for a moment and she saw the senshi, clad in blue and soft fur…perfect for just laying down and blending into the snow…perfect for winter even. Well…now how to get her to come closer so that she could draw the owl’s attention…
“Sweet Drop…” The magic was murmured and very slowly, Lazurite moved her hand that held the small orb to her back, and smushed it against it. “Come on over, Senshi.” Her voice was a little louder, and she tried to make it sound enticing. “I’m having a bird watching session! You should join me~”
She kept her eyes on the owl again, worried that the magic might trigger it…but hopefully not. She had tried hard to keep the magic out of its sight and…well. She wasn’t sure if owls could smell either. So…hopefully it could, but not right now.Shanyume Sweet Drop Lazurite forms a golfball sized orb of shimmering nectar which draws a person’s attention to it, smelling sweet and rather alluring. The ball can be thrown or put on herself if she is trying to draw someone closer, and the alluring smell lasts for twenty seconds. She can use this magic three times per battle.

The air around her took on a scent that reminded Alcor of the times spent at her grandparent's house. All the ladies in the kitchen working together to make various sweets; cookies, pies, divinity and fudge. Such a nostalgic aroma that the Senshi of Cold hadn't realized that she'd begun moving towards the corrupt until the owl let out a startling screech. "Cute..." her voice dripped with irritation. More annoyed that a pleasant memory would be used to lure her out into the open was a disgusting tactic she added, "And to think, I might have actually helped you if you'd only asked politely." "All you corrupt are the same," rather than aim the snowball at the owl, Alcor aimed at the corrupt instead.

The…rock? It felt like a rock, but..whatever it was, hit Lazurite on the back of her leg and she huffed, scowling. “Wow! Really?” The screeching of the owl made her wince and she shuddered, looking up to see it taking off from the branch it sat on, screeching once again, eyes angry. “So now you’ve attacked me and pissed it off! Great job, b***h!”
Lazurite huffed again. “Sweet Drop!” This time she threw the golfball sized magic right at the senshi, hoping now that the owl could smell. She didn’t have to be super fast…so long as she could get some distance away…that would be all that mattered. If she could just get the creature’s attention off of her…
“Hey bird! I think you’ll do so much better with this senshi than me! She looks much tastier~” Shooting a look of satisfaction at the white moon girl, Lazurite broke into a run, going as fast as she could. All she really had to do was make it inside somewhere…one day she’d be able to teleport…and this wouldn’t be necessary…God. She hoped that day would come soon.

This time when Alcor heard the attack, she recognized it for what it was and sidestepped the glowing ball easily. And somehow I'm the b***h, she mentally mused. Wasn't the first time she'd been called something similar and likely wouldn't be the last, but this incident was kind of unwarranted. The corrupt had been the one to try and lure her out into the open and divert the owl-beasts attention so that she could get away. Had they'd been on the same side then surely she would have commended her on the tactic. However, they were enemies and in this case, the enemy of her enemy was not her friend. Then again, Alcor did have to consider that a moment ago she had been contemplating just leaving the scantly clad corrupt to deal with the ire of the creature. More than likely it was well deserved. Even so, as the blond-haired woman turned to flee, so did the Senshi of Cold. No point in sticking around to fight something that had talons that could rend flesh and fabric and had enough strength to knock her on her a**. Once was enough and she was not inclined to lose a boot again.
