It can only be used as a battle if there are two powered characters involved; you cannot write a solo and count this as a battle, and your character must be powered to count this for a battle. The reindeer will not respond to any commands and cannot be destroyed; it will always run away before it can be defeated.

It was shaping up to be a bad evening - no make that a terrible evening, although Sadalsuud wasn't being given much chance to dwell on just how terrible it was–
Although that may have had something to do with the fact that she was currently doing her best to run away from the reindeer that was currently doing its level best to chase her down - and was unfortunately doing a pretty good job of it.
Whilst Sadalsuud, or rather Mi-Hi wasn't really one to follow the news, it had been hard to miss the reports about how the reindeer that had been brought in for the holiday season had mysteriously gone missing one reindeer at a time.
She had been a little disappointed at the time, a part of her having hoped that she would manage to get the chance to see them and maybe pet one of them, because well they were reindeer and she had always thought that reindeer were kind of cute–
And besides who wouldn't want to go and see reindeer.
Work had been particularly busy however and the chances had kept passing her by - and then the reindeer had started to go mysteriously missing and she thought that she'd missed her chance–
And yes there had been other reports about the reindeer, reports of reindeer suddenly appearing in front of car and also apparently eating everything that wasn't nailed down, but she hadn't really been too focused on them.
Maybe she should have been.
Maybe then Sadalsuud wouldn't have found herself trying to run away from the reindeer that was chasing her down, whilst doing her level best to not look back.
Trying. She hadn't quite succeeded, although each time she had given into the urge she had found herself regretting it because it had felt like the reindeer was gaining on her - and where was a mirror when she really, really needed one - one that wasn't the one that she had stepped out of and had landed her in this mess in the first place when she had unwittingly stepped out and thus caught said reindeer's unfriendly attention–

Boon-nam had gone out with the hopes of getting something to eat for dinner, he didn't want to cook tonight, and had left his partner at home since he was picking out something to watch on tv whilst they ate. He hadn't planned on being out long, just a quick run down to a local Thai resteraunt which served authentic food. Thai food was what the pair of them ate most of the time, even though there were plenty of other options, it simply was the prefered.
It seemed his hopes of getting food would need to be put on hold, as he heard something very loud making it's way down a side street and he headed there quickly. The side street was filled with small resteraunts and tea shops, part of the cities asian district, and yet there was a reindeer....
For a moment all he could do was stare at the thing but then he did notice it was chashing after someone. Someone whom he'd seen once before and even if he hadn't seen them before he'd know what they were - dark mirror.
Ducking between two buildings he powered up. Once he'd powered up he stepped out of his hiding spot and went to confront to charging animal. "We need to stop it!" He shouted to the female. They couldn't just let it continue as it was, that would do them no good.
Moving to close to the distance between himself and the charing reindeer he waited till it was close enough before calling on his own magic. "Waltz of flowers."Quote: Super Sailor Scout Attack: Waltz of flowers Again Itokawa's hands both come out as he speaks his attack. This time rather than mushrooms it's a ring of white flowers which crop up from the ground in a six foot circle around him. The urge this time, to dance, is stronger and harder to break though the spell can be broken. Like before a person can dance out of the ring, be pulled or knocked out of the ring or in some way leave the ring and have the magic and it's effects removed. This time the spell will last 35 seconds. This attack can be used twice in battle.

Sadalsuud hadn't noticed the aura flickering into life and so it was only when a voice had called out something about needing to stop it that she realised that she was no longer alone with the murderous reindeer bearing down on her–
Well that and the figure that had appeared almost as if out of nowhere.
In fact Sadalsuud had actually run a few steps past the other before his presence had finally registered and she had almost found herself stumbling on an abandoned can that her foot had ended up landing badly on.
Now that she was focusing, Sadalsuud realised that the other was Court too, the aura suggesting another Super senshi albeit not one from the small amount of those that she knew.
"I..." Because whilst it was true that the reindeer really shouldn't be left to rampage down the street as it currently was doing, Sadalsuud wasn't sure what she could do in order to help–
And then the other Dark Mirror senshi used his magic and the reindeer started to.. Dance?
Green eyes widened, because if she didn't know better then Sadalsuud would had said that 'yes' the reindeer was attempting movements that looked almost like it was trying to dance.
She looked over at the other senshi "Is.. Is that your magic?

"Yes, fairy rings. Not something native to where I'm from, nothing in legand or anything." But he shrugged then. It was a European thing and yet it was his sphere and he was as far from European as you could get. He'd had to look up what a fairy ring was, and he'd had to explain to Clue as well.
"I wonder if we can't get it somewhere for easy capture by authorities...or get it into a cage somewhere." If that would even hold it and it wouldn't just break free again. He worried authorities might try and kill it though...but he didn't think they would, it wouldn't look good when it hit the news. It wasn't a matter of if it hit the news but when...because it would. Killing a reindeer around Christmas time would lobad for the city...so it was likely to not happen. It might keep a normal civilian, someone scared for their life, from hurting it in fact.
"We should try and get it somewhere...for it's own safety and everyone elses." And he'd explain things to Clue later, when he got home.

Sadalsuud eyed the white ring of flowers where the reindeer was still trying to do its strange stumble-dance type thing "Well I think it's pretty neat" she admitted because at least the magic was keeping the reindeer contained in its own way–
Or at the very least distracted - which meant that it wasn't currently charging her down - or anyone else for that matter.
"And the flowers are pretty too" because the ring of white flowers looked kind of elegant - at least to her.
She bit her lip anxiously as the other senshi mentioned trying to get the reindeer into the cage somehow, because Sadalsuud wasn't quite sure how the two of them would do such a thing - although maybe calling the authorities was doable - after all she could certainly try calling the petting zoo people from one of the nearby pay phones that lay littered here and there–
Well at least she could as long as she didn't need to worry about the reindeer deciding to chase her down again.
She spoke her thoughts aloud "Maybe we could call the petting zoo people," she bit her lip for a moment before admitting "As I'm not sure my magic would be really helpful here."

"I like it as well." Though he had needed to do some research on the sphere, what a fairy ring was, because he wasn't familiar with it. Once he'd done that though he wasn't upset with it, he rather liked it. He saw how useful it could be - like now.
"I think if we can keep it distracted we can get help...civilian if needed." Or, as he'd said, get it moved somewhere somehow. Nodding to her idea he smiled, that was a good idea, it was similar to what he was thinking. It would work, he hoped, if they worked together. It was also, in his opinion, perhaps safer than them trying to handle it all on their own.
He didn't know what her magic did but he took the offered clover from her. "Thanks." he assumed it was some sort of boost for his own magic, or maybe something deffensive, but he was sure it would be helpful for him. "Make a call, get someone here." He said while turning his focus back onto the reindeer as his magic seemed to be coming to an end.
"Make it fast, if it gets loose I'll get it to chase me and I'll keep it in the area so it can be captured." He'd do his best anyway, it was all he could do.
"Waltz of flowers."

Sadalsuud bit her lip again anxiously, green eyes flicking first towards the reindeer and then back towards her fellow dark mirror senshi, but after a moment she nodded "O..okay" she said and then in a more firmer voice "I can do that."
And whilst she was worried about the other super senshi and about the idea of the reindeer chasing him if he couldn't keep the reindeer distracted, Sadalsuud knew that she wouldn't be much good in that role - however the pay phone was only just up ahead and she did keep some coins on her–
Even on the rare occasions when she powered up.
"Good luck" the words were shaky but no less genuine as she turned and ran for the closest pay phone, as a part of her wondered if the coins that she had on her would be enough, before deciding that she would just have to make it be enough–
And hopefully the other senshi would be able to keep the reindeer distracted until she had made said call.

He hoped he could keep it distracted long enough, he really did, he was sure Clue wouldn't be happy when he told him about this...but the other would understand. Clue understood, and knew, him well enough to expect him to do something like this. But he'd be worried and not too happy about him risking himself. He'd deal with it once he got home and could explain things. Right now he needed all the luck he could get when it came to distracting the reindeer, as he watched his fellow senshi head for the pay phone.
While the reindeer was indeed doing it's best to dance he also was sure it wasn't happy with him, it certainly didn't look happy, he wasn't sure how an animal could give such a glare but the deer was certainly managing...and it was a bit scary to be honest.
"You better not get loose again once they come and get you."

The pay phone wasn't that far up the street - had been close enough for her to see whilst she spoke to her fellow Court member–
But running the short distance down the street had still felt like an age, even as she pushed herself to run as fast as she could - and whilst she was still determined to do her best to make sure that the call went through, Sadalsuud found that couldn't help the questions and worries swirled round her mind as she ran.
Could the other senshi really keep the reindeer distracted for long enough for her to put the call through?
What if the magic stopped working and the reindeer got free?
Being chased by the reindeer had been scary and whilst the other senshi had said that he would get the reindeer to chase him, Sadalsuud didn't want the thing to chase him too, didn't - and then she was at the pay phone and fumbling for the coins that she kept on her so that she could push them in the payphone coin slot, one coin becoming two and then three–
But maybe someone else had had the same idea, because as she was reaching out to push her final coin in the slot the sound of sirens started up.

He really wasn't surprised when his magic finally did pitter out and the reindeer semed to turn it's ire right onto him. His magic would eventually need to yeild and die, as it always did, and he dreaded it. He knew the other dark mirror was off making a call, and he heard sirens, but they weren't close enough.
By the time help did arrive, thankfully the people arriving seemed well armed to deal with the issue, Itokawa had taken to climbing up a ladder attatched to the side of a building. It was as good as it got because the reindeer was standing right under him looking ready to kill him the moment he tried to get down, or fell. He knew cops, and other officals, didn't like senshi and the like but they seemed more concerned with the animal than with him. Deciding to take advantage of that he took off before they could focus on him. He'd find his fellow dark mirror as quickly as he could and let her know all was good, he didn't want to just leave and not tell her, so they could both call it a night and head home.
Tonight had been dangerous enough and he was more than ready to get home and rest.

Whilst it had felt like a slow age before the authorities had turned up, the people turning up had arrived looking like they meant business–
And maybe they had given that the missing reindeer was relatively common news, although hopefully the others were nicer than this particular one.
She turned away, and whilst a part of her wanted to find the other dark mirror senshi that had helped her, Sadalsuud knew better than to make her presence known to the authorities.
The officials didn't really like powered people - and trying to follow after the other dark mirror senshi would mean passing through all of the gathered officials.
A shout had her pause and half turn from the shadows that she had withdrawn to, especially when it was followed swiftly by the sound of cursing.
Then there was more yelling and the sound of galloping hooves, albeit fortunately not in her direction.
Sadalsuud took the opportunity to slip away, although she didn't go away too far on the off-chance that the other dark mirror senshi was close by too–
Because whilst she wanted to do nothing more than slip home and forget about tonight and the scary, crazy reindeer it was fair to say that Sadalsuud owed the other senshi a thank you at the very least.
Either way, it was likely safe to say that even if the authorities succeeded in rounding all the missing reindeer up that she was likely to give them a wide berth–
At least for the rest of the season.
