Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Ice over.
Selinur will tap his foot gently on the ground, whilst calling out his attack, this attack can be used three times in battle and lasts 30 second each time. When he taps his foot on the ground it’ll cause the temperature to drop within a 5 foot radius of him. For the duration of his magic, it appears as though chilly rain is falling around him. Wherever the rain drops land will immediately solidify into a frozen glaze. He will be immune to the glaze but the ground beneath him and anyone or anything who comes into contact with the falling rain will be rapidly chilled by the layer of glaze that grows over them. The ground beneath him will rapidly become slippery, and any items near him will become too cold and slippery to pick up. The five foot radius of his magic moves with him, however the more he moves, the less rain coats an area and the less slippery it will be. When the magic ends, the glaze will immediately dissipate unless players want to have lasting damage.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Freeze up.
Selinur will tap his foot gently on the ground, whilst calling out his attack, this attack can be used two times in battle and lasts 35 second each time. When he taps his foot on the ground it’ll cause the temperature to drop within a 7 foot radius of him. For the duration of his magic, it appears as though chilly rain is rapidly falling around him. The seven foot radius of his magic moves with him, however the more he moves, the less rain coats an area and the less slippery it will be. When the magic ends, the glaze will immediately dissipate unless players want to have lasting damage. The rain falls much faster at this stage than it did in his basic magic, allowing him to coat more in less time.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Glaze
Selinur will tap his foot gently on the ground, whilst calling out his attack, this attack can be used once per battle and lasts for 45 seconds. When he taps his foot on the ground it’ll cause the temperature to drop within a 10 foot radius of him. For the duration of his magic, it appears as though chilly rain is storming down around him. The ten foot radius of his magic moves with him, and wherever he goes, everything around him is coated in a frozen glaze. This can be uncomfortable or painful against skin, and the glaze can build up so quickly that it becomes difficult to move. When the magic ends, the glaze will immediately dissipate unless players want to have lasting damage.

Deep Space Senshi:

Physical Features: Somewhat short, 5’6” and petite with a slight build, though well tones from many years working out and training and fighting. Selinur had fair skin and blue eyes, as the planet has more darkness than it does light. His hair is a pale blond color, super pale in fact. For other features he has the tail and ears of a marble fox as well as black under his eyes, to help deal with the reflection of sun off snow - as everyone on Selinur had. Selinur also has some markings on his face, dark ones.

Backstory/History:

Selinur’s home planet is a cold planet - always has and always was….at least till chaos came. It was swift, generally speaking, as the planet started to warm up rapidly and as the climate changed people and animals became sick, with illnesses which had never before been seen. It was a race to find why these illnesses were cropping up, how they were tied into the climate change, and once they had the answer (an ancient virus, lost to time, that had survived living under the deep ice and had awoken when the thawing and melting started). The cure was not so easy to come by and by the time it had…it was too late for most people and animals. What was left of life there fell to the lack of food, as crops couldn’t handle the new climate, and the sudden rise in water levels and more. Things they were not able to cope with and adapt to so quickly.

Before this destroyed Selinur the planet was nothing but wind swept mountains of snow, snow covered forests filled with the scent of nature. The only places glaze ice was typically found was near large bodies of water.

Speaking of bodies of water….Selinur was famous for it’s hot springs, along with cold weather sports, and attracted many people from nearby planets who wanted to enjoy the heated lakes and pools of water while surrounded by such beauty. The sports also attracted many people who wanted to try something new, or seasoned pros who came every year like clock work. The people of Selinur themselves didn’t partake as much as the visiting people did, at least not in public places. They didn’t like outsiders but tolerated it because it was what drove the economy of their planet, that and one particular snow drop flower which grew in abundance on their planet (as it had great medicinal uses). The people of Selinur lived underground in elaborate underground ice homes. They had walk paths and more dug out under the ice so they could go from home to home and travel from community to community…all under the feet of their visiting guests.

The people of Selinur had a reputation for being friendly and welcoming, it was mostly surface-level; outsiders were too liberated and treated politely, but never welcomed into their homes. The people of Selinur dealt with the people from neighboring planets as politely as needed, it was business after all, but follow a Selinurion home and you’d find yourself facing a not so nice person. They were, in reality, as cold as their planet when it came to outsiders. They just knew how to do what needed to be done in order to make money and conduct business.

The people of Selinur didn’t have need to do much of anything in order to have a booming economy. They made money off of everyone visiting them….they didn’t have to work too hard. They just had to act - a lot.

But when things started to warm up, business started to slow, pools of water became too hot, the landscape that people loved to look at changed and became less pristine and breathtaking. The cold wasn’t so cold and money stopped flowing like water for the people of Selinur. As the money slowed people had to find other means to gain money…but as things got worse those means dried up as well…till there was nothing left but illness and planet wide warming.

With little else to do, and the remaining people needing to make some living, they turned to lumber and cut down the forests till few remained by the time the last of the living beings died off. The animals had already had died out from no homes, a much too warm climate, and the water they drank becoming too warm and in some cases even toxic to drink.

Name: Ash Eaton

Nickname: His mother used to call him mischief...cause he did get into a fair bit of trouble growing up.

Gender/Pronoun: Male.

Age: He was 18 when the silver millenium fell...and his planet went to hell. So 1,018 years old.

Birthday: Not a date found on the Earth Calander...so he's not sure what to say here. N/A?

Sign: Sign, what are you talking about?

Gemstone: N/A

Blood Type: B+

Fav. Food: There is a hearty, rich, stew on his home planet made of an animal similar to a rabbit. He's not had this meal since the last of these animals died out - he does miss it very much.

Hated Food: Anything too weak in flavor and "light". His planet was cold so warm and rich foods were favored because they best sustained people.

School/Occupation: None at the moment, trying to work out this planet first. But he's up for finding a job, he needs one, but he does need to get a handle on this planet and everything.

Hobbies:

Story telling: What else do you expect a bunch of people to do when gathered about a fire? Aside from drink and eat - they tell stories! The people of Selinur were big on story telling around fires, which they'd burn inside of carved out ice pits that they'd all huddle around. Mounds of snow and ice could be found all over the forests and open vastness of the planet, each one had a opening in the top for smoke to some out of. If one were to peer into one of these opening they'd see large pits for fires, along with seating around it. It was around these fires that meals were cooked and stories were told as people ate and drank and gathered as communities. Selinur himself loved to tell stories...nothing too scary...but he liked to go over myths and lore and entertain the children as well as teaching them of their past and pass down the history, sort to speak. This was a way for a community to spend time and children to learn their history and hear of legends, heros of the past, and even just catch up on other things.

Writing: Even before his planet began to fail Selinur enjoyed writting. It wasn't just out of enjoyment in the past though...he kept records for his people. The guests who often visited his planet were people with money or power, most of the time they had both, and what went on with these people was overheard via various means and information was collected and brought to him. He wrote everything down as acuratly as he could and filed everything in a large library for his own people to acess, in case it was ever needed. As times changed and more and more people died he took a recod of every person who died and when they died...to still give some nod to these peoples passing and to who they were and what they'd done in their lives...and how long they'd lived. He wanted to keep records in case he died and someone came and found these records...he wanted to let people know what had happened and tell them about the people who had lived here - what great people they were. So the memories didn't die out...so they didn't die out entierly.

Once everyone was gone and he was left alone he wrote stories...things to keep his mind occupied and active. If he wasn't writing stories he would write about his dreams, whatever he remembered of them. He knew the isolation would get to him eventually so he tried his best to keep on his toes and think and write down stories...whatever came to mind .There was no one alive to tell stories to so he wrote them down.

Hunting: Before all animal life had died, before it started to die even, Selinur had become a good hunter and enjoyed it. He didn't always kill what he hunted, sometimes it was just to keep his skills sharp, but the people of Selinur hunted their own food. They took only what they needed, knowing they needed a balance and taking too much would tip that balance, but they were proud people and liked to provide personally for their families as well as themselves. Hunting was a way to bring down animals, using what many might consider old fashioned weapons, so they could have dinner as well as use the furs of the animals for their own clothing as well as bedding. Nothing of the animals went to use - they found uses for everything. Selinur enjoyed the rush he got from tracking his prey through the woods and keeping as silent as he could so he wasn't spotted, it was all a matter of skill, and it was such a challenge. With nothing left to hunt and the woods nearly all gone he's found himself only able to reuse old arrows and bows while shooting at...the air...rocks. There wasn't much but he didn't want to become rusty in his skills...though he knew he was rusty when it came to tracking and hunting.

Virtues:

Strong willed: It takes a very strong person, mentally and emotionally, to live see so much death and destruction and come out mostly intact. Not only that but to then go on living on your own...on a dead and dying planet...it's no easy task and how many would really be able to do so for as long as he had? He knows it isn't something many can do but it isn't something he goes bragging about, though he certainly does let it influence his ego a bit as well as make him feel good about himself - a confidence boost. He's been pushed and knows his limit...and he knows it's higher than most. He can handle a lot emotionally and mentally and come out looking good...bring on the stresses of Earth - he can handle them!

Adaptable: Before everything happened, he'll at some point think of a name to call it all, he was good with navagating social interactions and knowing when and what to do...and when not to do or say things. He's good at adapting his behavior as needed to fit the circumstances and can read a room well and do whats needed to have things go in his favor, whatever that may be, and he's good at adapting to not just climate change but also so many other changes. If given the time to adjust and survey things there is no doubt he'll do well on Earth. Time is all he'll need.

Flaws:

Secrative: Like most from his home planet he is secrative by nature, watching and listening to others but not joining in. He doesn't talk much about himself, he doesn't have a need to (and now no way to either), but he clearly is an active person...but what he does is rather a mystery. This would have caused issues, in the past, with people visiting his planet had they really taken notice of just how secrative he was. It certainly will cause some issues on Earth once he's settled in and run into other senshi and knights who live there. You can expect he won't be giving up much information unless he absolutely needs to, but he will go seeking plenty of information from everyone else...one way or another.

Suspicious: When you are the secrative type who collects information on others...you get a little suspicious of other people and their motives as well - it goes hand in hand really. He'd learned to figure anyone looking to get into his good graces, or anyone elses for that matter, has some motice behind it. He also knows to watch what he says and around who he says things...he knows people should watch around him, and he knows why, so he assumed everyone is out to get something from him. This was perhaps why friends with those from other planets were not something he had...he didn't trust them. But he saw, and heard, what they spoke about with others. He trusted his own kind at least...they were similar enough in mind and belief.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Ice blue and narrowed in shape. The bottom eyelid is black in color, to help with the sun light reflecting off the snow and ice of his planet. His lashes are fairly thick as well, to help protect his eyes from snow that's blown up.

Hair: Super pale blond, some silvery streaks as well, but long - who has been around to help cut his damn hair?

Face:

Skin Tone: Pale as hell! His planet is dark a lot of the time so it's better to blend in, to hunt, and it's better with the lacking sunlight which they have a good portion of each day.

Body Type: slender but built and 5'6" in height. They aren't buff but they certainly aren't skinning and lacking in muscles.

Clothes: Fur, long sleeves, turtle necks, fur trimmed and lined boots, capes and cloaks as well. Comfort and warmth meets style. Expect whites, grays, blacks, silvers and greens to appear a lot in his clothing choices.
