RULES

• Raffle is open to any person who has 2 or less powered characters, of any stage or faction. (Civilians do not count)
  
• There will be three slots rolled.
  
• Each person will be able to claim one ticket in the raffle.
  
• Each slot will be for one custom basic powered character. This includes senshi, knights, negaverse officers, corrupted senshi and dark mirror senshi. (You can find info about the factions in the info subforum! ) Civilian artwork is not included.
  
• This raffle is free!
  
• You will need to fill out a basic quest profile for the character that you win. (See the Character Creation thread for information on how to do that) This will need to be filled out before I can work on your character, and will need to go through the stamping process before you can play your character as more than a civilian.
  
• The character cap and amount of slots may change, depending on the number of entrants we get.

Newbies; Please set up a quest in the questing subforum (if you haven't already), with the basics of your character's appearance, powered uniform and their sphere or weapon! After you have those set up, pick a template from our custom procedure thread and send them to your artist in a PM.

Something to note: if your quest hasn't been stamped yet, your sphere or weapon may be subject to change if the mods need to tweak things or that sphere isn't available or valid. We'll be running them past the mods, just to make sure what we put on art is okay, and we'll let you know if they need to be tweaked. (if your uniform design for a senshi isn't dependent on their sphere, then you don't really need a sphere for this)

After you receive the art, you will need their full quest filled out and stamped before you can start playing them as a powered individual.
