I can pull myself apart just fine Insecure & Self-Loathing-- Acting the way they do is a double-edged sword, and Izzy is surprisingly aware of how they’re perceived by others; yes, yes, they know you think they’re flighty and a little ditzy and foolish, and they’re trying - they really are - to not let that bother them. If you act like you believe your own self-aggrandizing talk long enough, it’s supposed to work, right? ...Right?
The thing is, Izzy doesn’t like themself very much! They put on a big show of being boastful and a little self-obsessed and convinced they’re flawless, but at its heart that’s all it really is: a show. They don’t like themself, they don’t think they’re particularly interesting or intelligent or competent or - anything, really - and there’s little anyone can say that’ll convince them otherwise.
nn Closed-Off -- For as overdramatic and overblown as Izzy can often be, if they think how they truly feel would interfere with someone they care about’s situation, then they’ll simply not express it. General Appearance
Izzy is a little below average height (5’4.5”), with a stocky build, fair-to-tan skin (depending on the time of year), and a heavy spattering of freckles. Their eyes are #ff007b bright pink; their hair is wavy, black, and usually swept up in a high ponytail. Their bangs heavily sweep to one side. When their hair is down, it reaches to their waist.
They have a generally round face and a round, flat nose. Isidore also has several piercings -- a helix piercing, an upper lobe piercing, and a lobe piercing on each ear, and a nostril piercing on one side.
As someone who’s more than a bit clumsy, there’s usually at least one bandaid/bandage on their face, and the same applies to their arms.
Their standard outfit is a sleeveless shirt or tanktop (red or orange, often high-necked), a bomber jacket with a fur collar, black denim shorts, black socks with garters, and practical shoes. They’re also often seen wearing a pair of brown-tinted gradient sunglasses.
