How long had he been gone? He could count the days. Each day of the past two blissful years when that boy had decided to take him along with him to study abroad… But those days were over. Tama, as a Mauvian, knew what the streets of Destiny City held and they were not so benign as Japan had been for them. He needed to find out what was going on in this city and what had happened the night they came back, that night on the Moon… Tama needed to find out what he had missed. ☆

Winter was fully setting in now, and Androncius kept her hood up to keep her ears warm from the cold when she went on patrol. Tonight, she'd claimed a open rooftop in the city to watch the alleys below and the sky above. Considering an entire race of people from outer space had taken up residence after being stranded here... It seemed appropriate to watch the sky too.
Had it really been two weeks since Lyndin had sacrificed them to Chaos in order to claim Caedus' starseed? Had it really been two weeks since Archideus had exploded and something shifted among the worlds and wonders of Order? It seemed like it had been yesterday... and yet an eternity. Stars...
She'd almost died that day... In more ways than one.
Andronicus shifted, turning slightly at the gentle flare of an order aura nearby. Felt a little like a cat, though she wasn't exactly sure. The purple haired knight pulled her hood back to reveal bright green eyes under the fringe of purple bangs that fell in her face. "Hey there, don't usually run into your kind when on patrol," she said, greeting Tama with a wave and a smile. She could count the number of Guardian cats she'd met on... one hand, actually.
Meighei Thank you for your patience!

A knight! Well, he had been quite inclined to get his news from another cat, but he could hardly be picky now, could he? Besides, he himself was a bit unconventional and lived with a knight and knew they could be quite useful. Daft, but useful. “Well, consider yourself lucky.” Tama replied coyly. Were all knights like this? The Mauvian wondered if they were all so honest and forthcoming. It was true that he rarely came across other knights other than Erytheia. “My name is Tama. What is yours, knight?”☆

Andronicus snorted a little at the 'lucky' comment. Lucky was, ah, subjective. Usually she found herself dealing with people with thumbs and not tails. Though, she wondered with all the aliens if there wouldn't be more odd looking people in the coming months. Truth be told, she was a little envious of the Velencians and their neutrality. She'd wanted something like that for so damn long, and she couldn't even join up. Oh well.
"Andronicus, Knight of Uranus. Pleasure to meet ya, Tama," she said with a tip of her head. "What are you doing out here on this wintery evening?" The cat obviously wasn't Chaos - she would have felt it - but they usually stuck close to their senshi right? She hadn't seen any cat that looked like him when s**t went down, so either he'd been underground at the time or slept through it, as cats were want to do.
He was the lucky one, in that case.

“Information gathering.” He answered honestly. Tama wasn’t one to get straight to business, but he couldn’t hold his own curiosity for much longer. “I’ve been out of town on… business.” The cat said vaguely, but with all the hints of self-importance. “So, tell me!” He purred. “What have I missed?”☆

Andronicus raised a brow. "Depends on how long you've been gone. For a while things were pretty quiet - the normal level of youma attacks and weird magical s**t happening around holidays. But then back in September, Caedus showed back up. Caedus, if you don't know, is an alien. Like legit, alien. Several years ago he helped us try to destroy Metallia and free a Code piece in the Rift. It went as you'd expect," she said with a wince, and a shrug. If anyone had actually expected that to go over well... well they were set right, real quick.
"Well, he showed up with an army and the promise of destroying Metallia once and for all. Needless to say... Lyndin - the army's commander - betrayed us to Metallia in order to extract Caedus' very mutated starseed so it could be reborn. Something about how Caedus never awoke as a senshi because the Silver Millenium wouldn't send a cat out there over the way Velencians handle energy, and so they experiemented, and the only way to save their old planet was to have the starseed reborn. Anyway. Left us all to be corrupted. Some of the Velencians split and fought with us, some with Lyndin. Every single General Sovereign and their Queen just sort of... penned us in. So we blew up the generators, a comet was destroyed and Cosmos did that thing she does where she saves us at the last minute.
"Otherwise, it's been pretty calm," she closed, as though she hadn't just dumped the sparknotes version of the last four months on the cat like she was talking about the weather. At this point, nothing really surprised Andronicus. She was so desensitized to the war that it probably should have scared her, or sent her to therapy, but here she was. Talking to a talking cat. Commenting that everyone almost died, but it's fine now because they didn't.
"Oh, also the aliens are here to stay. They can't get home now so they're just... here."
