Yuna is sketching, and I'll be completing her.Basic stage: 1 collar, the main shirt change to white, cravat to off white with gold pipping. No cape, fur+teal fabric. No hanging tassels besides her belt, no shoulder tassels.
Super stage: Add shoulder tassels. Add second collar.
Eternal stage: Add fur+teal fabric. Add cape, tassels, and butt wings. Add third collar.
Attacks: -- Steal energy or strength

Sailor Scout Attack: Yo ho!After this attack is shouted, the target will begin to suddenly feel sluggish and tired, like a blanket of fatigue just got draped over them. They'll find it harder to convince themselves to move, whether initiating or dodging attacks. This attack has three uses, lasts for twenty seconds, and can affect multiple targets in a 6 foot radius. Meanwhile, for the duration, Celestia gets a minor speed boost.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: All hands!After this attack is shouted, the target will begin to suddenly feel sluggish and tired, like a blanket of fatigue just got draped over them. They'll find it harder to convince themselves to move, whether initiating or dodging attacks. Their thoughts may feel foggy and they'll have a hard time remembering what they're supposed to be doing, feeling like they should definitely be in bed RIGHT NOW, they're so tired. This attack has two uses, lasts for thirty seconds, and can affect multiple targets in an 8 foot radius. Meanwhile, for the duration, Celestia gets a minor speed boost.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Hoist the colors high!After this attack is shouted, the target suddenly feel the need to take deep sleep breaths. Their eyes are definitely closer for a little longer than a blink. Their movements feel so sluggish, like they're moving through molasses. If they are suspectable, the targets fall asleep for no more than 15 seconds. This attack has one use, lasts for 45 seconds, and can effect multiple targets in a 10 foot radius. Meanwhile, for the duration, Celestia gets a noticeable speed boost.
