Weapon: Yes/No (If yes, a weapon can be created from the power regardless of charges. Charges can be used to boost the weapon instead of using the power.)
Limits: Add any limits that you want, Mods may recommend more or less limits if they consider a power to be strong/weak. Default limit for many is " Charge" (to indicate as long as the skill has a charge) Check: Power Restrictions for extra limits.
