Another long day at the hospital, another day learning the correct way to pop a spine and realign vertebrae. Not her strongest suit, but when someone tells you to sit in on the chiropractic work, you do it. If nothing else it was and educational look into pressure points as well as knowing where NOT to press incase things went wrong.
Sitara had made camp at the Curry Cow, sitting at one of the back booths her books spread out of the table and a pen and paper in hand. If nothing else she was good at taking notes. It was a blessing when one could not always get in close enough to see things. Memorizing things that were said, and knowing certain locations on the body by touch alone had done her very well indeed.
She glanced up at the large, golden clock that hung on the wall. "Any time now..." She whispered. She would have to make certain that her grandparents were busy in the back, but in mere moments she would have a guest.
She rose from her seat, dashing toward the kitchen with a step the only proved she had been here many times before. Her eyesight not slowing her down this time. "Nani! I am feeling rather hungry. Do you think that I could get some rice, and maybe some butter chicken?" She made large, almond eyes at the elderly woman in the kitchen.
The salt and pepper haired woman nodded and grinned at her granddaughter. "Sita, you gave me a fright. Of course dearest you can have whatever you want. Your grandfather had to go out and get more basmati from the grocer...but I certain he will be back soon and we can start right away."
Sita smiled wider, she thinking to herself
'Wonderful, maybe this meeting will not run too long...or maybe one will get Nana talking and her will be later than normal.' She moved to give the older woman a kiss on her wrinkled cheek before heading back out into the dining room, walking up to the main door to see if her "Guest" had yet arrived.
