Acting -- Chloe desires a life on the stage. Or on the big screen, or...honestly anywhere that she can be seen. She thrives on praise and applause, and enjoys the chance to be someone she isn't without consequences. Acting is the closest thing to lying that Chloe will allow, and that is only because it's simply being someone else, not telling a falsehood. Even though sometimes she feels a little guilty, she loves the rush more than anything.
Crochet -- A hobby started by her mother when she was younger on a cross country road trip, mostly to keep her quiet. Chloe loves how meditative crocheting can be, and very much enjoys making gifts for her family, friends and castmates.
Ice Skating -- Yet another hobby learned from her mother, Chloe has been on the ice since she was old enough to walk, having visited rinks quite often while she was growing up. She loves the freedom of gliding across such a smooth surface, and the way it feels when she's speeding across it. She has done some competitions, and is thinking of picking it back up again soon, but right now school is too important to let the career of a professional skater to get in the way.

Never going to give upPersistent-- When Chloe sets her mind to something, she sees it through to the end. She is very goal orientated, and enjoys the satisfaction of finishing. If something is difficult and she wants to quit, she'll push herself until she can't any longer, but she'll always get it done.
No Growing NosesHonest:--Chloe doesn’t like liars…and she doesn’t like to lie. When she was younger she told a lie to one of her best friends, and that utterly destroyed their friendship, and after that happened, Chloe vowed never to let something like that come to be again, and has strived not to tell any more lies ever. She’s pretty horrible at keeping secrets too due to this, but she figures that even if you think that a lie is in someone’s best interests…it really isn’t. It’ll only end up hurting them ten times worse down the line.
Cons:
Seriously?Short Fuse -- It doesn't take much to set Chloe off. She has tried to reign in her temper, but it is easily tripped, causing her to get irrationally angry and upset over the smallest of things. Perhaps the only good thing with her short temper is the fact that the explosions are over quickly too.
Don’t wanna beNeedy -- Chloe thrives on social interaction. She hates being alone and as such needs to be either with people, or at least talking with people all of the time. She knows that it can get annoying, but she just hates to think that someone might not be there, be it if something happens or of she simply has a great idea that she needs to share right then and there.
Uniform Color: A Sailor Soldier will always start out with WHITE as a base color, no matter what! In addition to that they may have two additional colors. Ideally, these colors should compliment each other, but otherwise tell us what they are!

She throws it towards her opponents, to a maximum of ten feet and it explodes when it gets near, showering a diameter of ten feet in strawberry juice. Those who are touched by it, both allies and opponents, suddenly find their pulse jump, at first a flutter like seeing a crush, quickening to the point where they begin to feel lightheaded, often to the point where breathing can also be difficult as time passes.
This feeling can be accompanied by a sudden itching sensation, as though those who have been hit with the attack are allergic to the juices, if a player chooses. The effects last for two posts, although they can last longer at player discretion and they can be more severe if a player wishes! This attack can be used once per day.

For the Eternal I'd like to make a suggestion! Going off of the way you've themed the attacks following the symbolism of strawberries, I'd like to toss the following idea your way:

MOSTLY I just took what you had and broke it down to effects that a player has to feel and ones that they can if they'd like, giving her an attack that has the potential to impact her opponents in a way that is most effective!
