However, there’s a temporary ban on civilian-owned drones until this whole thing clears up.
Starlight knew there were weird things going on in Destiny City; he was on social media and he’d been keeping up with them, and he knew alien abductions sounded insane. Except, he was also able to transform into a magical warrior, so he wasn’t really sure he was allowed to call anything crazy.
When there were weird lights in the sky, it could have been anything! But he knew the city had put a ban on drones--and even if there had been, he didn’t want to be seen by one!
Everything was so complicated, but his split second frantic attempt to understand what was going on and make a plan was disrupted by a police car pulling off of the road and heading right towards him. He saw the lights flash and--
Panicked.
The car was going slowly, and maybe they weren’t even interested in him, but when people were already on edge and looking for weird things he didn’t want to be on anyone’s list of weird things.
So, he took off running, and he could have sworn that he heard someone yell for him to stop and a car door slamming.
He did not stop running, but in his frantic state he was completely oblivious to the energy signatures around him and, when he turned the corner only a block and a half away from where he’d started running, he collided into another page and sent the both of them sprawling across the ground.
He was dizzy, dazed, and in pain. “Sorry,” he said, grimacing as he tried to roll from atop of her. “--Are you okay?”
...Except…
Wait, they couldn’t stay there.
He shakily pushed himself to his feet and grabbed her wrist to help her up. “--We have to go, someone’s following me. Can you run?” he asked, trying to tug her with him so they could get out of there before he got her in trouble, too.

Silistra was well aware now that strange things happened in the city all the time, after all, sailor scouts, Nega soldiers and yoma. She wasn't sure if it was a nega soldier posing as an alien or perhaps a yoma, she didn't want to amuse anything in this situation. She was out patrolling the city. She was powered up and had her lamb in her hand even though she couldn't do much with it yet she still had the city to help protect so she would go out and do her best every chance she had. Silistra blinked as she was knocked down by yet another page this just seemed to be her week for it. "Yes, I'm alright." She said getting up ready to run with the other page. "What's going on?" She asked as they started to run.

Starlight just hurried and kept tugging her along. “I think the police are following me. I freaked out and ran, I think they were just going to--I don’t know. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, I got distracted by a light in the sky. I don’t know what it was, but I’ve been watching the news and--all those talks about alien abductions, or whatever, I think the police thought I had a drone--but I don’t. And I know how they feel about people like us. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to drag you into things.”
He turned another corner and, while he was still running quickly, he didn’t run at a pace she couldn’t keep up with. He wasn’t quite out of breath but he was clearly anxious.
“We’ll be at the park in a minute, we can lose them there for sure.”
If they hadn’t already; he was just so worried. Things were finally starting to look up for him, he didn’t want to wind up arrested!

Silistra listened as they ran, she sighed she had heard about the lights as well and a drone sorta made sense and the police being on edge certainly made sense. She just ran after Starlight and listened to what was going on. It was a strange situation and she wasn't sure what to say at the moment. She ran with the other senshi till they reached the park. "You don't think they would really arrest us do you?" She asked very softly.

Starlight was a little pink in the face from the exertion, but if he hadn’t just run all the way here and gotten upset about a hypothetical arrest, he might still have been a little pale.
“I don’t know,” he answered, making sure she was behind him as he poked his head out from around a tree to look for any movement. There wasn’t any, so he allowed himself to relax against the tree and breathe.
He glanced over his shoulder at her and said, “Hey, I’m--I’m really sorry. I’m still kind of new at this.” He extended his hand to her and introduced, “I’m Starlight. Um. Page of Polaris.”
