Name: Eli Roland Nicknames: Apollo, to everyone but his parents, because 'Eli is my father's name', so he prefers his middle name. His girlfriend sometimes calls him 'My Hero'. Pronouns: He/him, but if you misgender him he rolls with it. Age: 22 Birthday: 1 January Occupation: Author of a fiction series called "Star Fires". Well, he's trying to turn it into a series, book 2 just barely came out. Hobbies: Reading -- Big surprise the author likes reading. Apollo's been a book hound for years and credits reading as what got him into writing. He's also the man whom writes what he loves most -- Apollo buys fiction books with grand adventures and epic tales of daring-do, and loves to imagine himself saving the world. It's a crack addiction, really. Literary mode. T abletop Gaming -- Apollo lives his fantasies of being A Hero through tablertop. He likes 3.0 and 5.0 DnD, and Pathfinder most, but he's not above runningh Call of Cthulhu. Apollo adores these adventures as a break and to feel heroic in a world he's just a big nerd, and plans to one day introduce his loved ones to it. History -- Apollo is a history buff. He doesn't specialize in one area though -- he's into Hamilton, the SCA, and even Civil War reenactments. He likes seeing cook books and reprinted books, he loves knowing where humanity has come from and where it shall go; and everyu scrap of new historic fact makes him happy! Now if he'd stop collecting old media like laserdisc and records, but he probably won't. Pros:
"Just let us adore you." Devoted -- Apollo doesn't 'do' flip. When he cares for someone, he's completely devoted to them -- as a friend, as a family member, as their partner. He feels it important to show how much people mean to him every day and takes his relationships very seriously, seriously enough to give his all for, and he makes sure his loved ones and friends know thewy mean everything to him.
"My enemies don't distract me!" Patient -- Apollo is a patient men. He doesn't rile easily in most cases, he's willing to wait and play the long game in affairs, and he's generally tolerant of things many people have no patience for. He's fairly mellow and draws people to him readily for that calm, if not is straight willing to put up with way more than most in most aspects. Things often seem to roll off his back, even if not always, and he generally doesn't ruffle or grow impatient, both with waiting, tasks, or, well, much else.
"My friends bids me come and see ravens in the library, setting quiet pages free!" Pleasant -- Apollo is on the subdued side, but speaks softly, pleasantly, and tries speaking kindly to others. He's mindful others judge him on how he conducts himself and gladly steps out into the world, speaking with others about matters of the day, or hobbies and interewsts -- Apollo is just generally pleasant and friendly to others as his default approach, and people like to talk to him because they know he listens, for all his faults, and that he's a caring, compassionate soul, deep down.
[Cons:
"Beata Maria, you know I am so much purer than the common vulgar weak licentious crowd!" Arrogant -- Apollo is, well, full of himself. It's a problem -- he thinks he's hot stuff for being successful so young, and this leads to problems when arguing. And it's not just in your face up front preening. He doesn't preen. He just hsappily points out that you're wrong, your informant was wrong, and he's right. TYhe was he shows it is by getting condescending with people he's far less attatched to and he's a nightmare to pull from the mentality. But it's not others' faults, he's just so much better, smile sweetly, walk away.
"All our fathers' backs are broken, and our prophets are insane..." Obsessive -- Apollo gets obsessed, easilyu. He has longterm obsessions like writing and such but also short term ones. He doesn't just obsess in moderation and move on though, but it instead affects his choices, his plans, and his goals. Sometimes his obsessions cool into healthy interests, and sometimes they consume him like a wildfire and he needs to be yanked back to earth before they burn him up and out and leave him a burnt out ember with no energy for anything else -- it's really unpredictable with him, and drives people whom don't 'get' it batty.
-Insert Indiana Jones Theme here- Hero Complex -- Apollo wants to be a hero. Bad. Small potatoes don't do it for him and he will rather quickly strike out trying to help better others' lives or prevent some HJORRIBLE tragedy from happening. It's.. It's prtetty bad. He doesn't ask if people need help sometimes. He barges into situations, not thinking he might be misreading something, and tries to just SAVE THE DAY! Sometimes it's small potatoes he CAN handle like giving a little kid the last cookie, or he'll mistake a guy approaching a woman in a trench for a flasher and barge over only to learn that's the lady's brother or husband. He just reacts to situations rexpecting to save someone from something petty or less petty and it usually takes someone used to his dorkness to stop him before he makes an a** of himself. And yes, when by himself, he makes an a** of himself. Sigh.
General Appearance Apollo is roughly 5'8 with pale skin with pinky undertones, brilliant indigo eyes (Like Elizabeth TYaylor), thick lashes, and layered shoulder length snow hued hair that he ties back for formal events... Like date night. Commonly he likes nice loafers, black or khaki slacks, button up shirts, and vests in various cool colors. He has a somewhat muscuylar build with a broad chest and strong featurtes. Facially, besidesw beautiful eyes, he has a small upturned nose and delicate lips that have a natural smile to them.

Sailor: Sailor Gagarin, Senshi of Ravens
Uniform Color: A Sailor Soldier will always start out with WHITE as a base color, no matter what! In addition to that they may have two additional colors. Ideally, these colors should compliment each other, but otherwise tell us what they are!
Primary Color: Outer Space (Hex triplet #414A4C)
Secondary Color: Iridescent Black; black based under a sheen of greens, blues, and purples, if possible.
Uniform:
This is JUST for your base stage. At the base stage Sailor Soldiers typically have a considerable amount in common given the simplicity of their uniforms. Their individuality comes into play between Super and Eternal, so please keep in mind that this is your BASIC design.
Collar -- Outer Space, feathered cloak-like or Historically Accurate Vikinglike
Brooch -- Itty bitty Raven. Alternatively, just go with Historically!Accurate!Vikings. Ayyyyy. All I ask is no hammers please. Technically, Mjolnir is associated with Thor andf is worn to invoke his protection, even historically; and Odin's ravens were plain looking so... forgive my Norse ramblings. |D
Chest Bow -- Iridescemt Black colored strips of fabric that tie in a bow and is connected to his collar or cloak to connect everything. Very simple..
Bodice -- It exists, Viking vibes. Nothing fancy though.
Bottoms -- Outer Space pants. Viking vibes, simplistic.
Tiara -- Simple gunmetal iron circlet with a viking theme!
Butt Bow -- Work it in, preferably something suitably leatherlike.
Accessories -- I'd like some viking vibes -- specifically, the Historically Accurate variety. Generally speaking; of especial interest are feathery accessories, or Other things would be gunmetal pieces of jewelry with precious or semi-precious stones or other shiny items.

Sailor Scout Attack: Ravens Flight
Sailor Gagarin raises an arm like a falconer, before an eight foot shadow of an ash tree sprouts from his feet, with his feet as the base, and the sihlouettes of two ravens shoot out over it, flying over it in a helix before two average-looking ravens appear on Gagarin's shoulders, whispering what they've seen in the shadow's path to him before vanishing as the spell ends.
Information collected: faction based on uniform, weapon if it's been drawn, and appearance, and 1-2 identifying features (like eye color, hairstyle/color, simple things.)
Line of sight is not required and the spell can be cast in any direction; however the shadow of the tree may be followed to Gagarin while spell is active.
Flight time: 7.5 seconds / reporting time 7.5 seconds, totalling 15 seconds.
The ravens can be struck by magic or a weapon on Gagarin's shoulders to 'poof' them into nothing and interrupt the report.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Raven's Journey

Information collected: faction based on uniform, weapon if it's been drawn, and 1 - 2 identifying features (blue eyes, hairstyle/color, ETC).
Flight time is 10 seconds // Reporting time is 10 seconds for a 20 second spell total.
When the ravens' path passes over opponents Gagarin might have encountered prior as credible foes they will attack, causing injuries equivalent to being pecked and clawed by two ravens, making enough sound in doing so to alert Gagarin so he can either join the fray OR make a hasty retreat. This effect does not affect training partners, friends/allies, or civilians. Otherwise they return to complete their report as usual.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Loyal Huginn and Muninn's Grace
Sailor Gagarin raises his arms like a falconer, and twoo semi-tangible ravens launch from his arm and fly skyward, connecting to Gagarin's thoughts and memory as a sort-of extension of the senshi. These ravens are of average size and build for local ravens and circle Gagarin and any close-in allies from on high, attacking as a combination offensive/defensive spell for 30 seconds.
The radius of the circling ravens is approximately 10 feet.
These ravens respond to memory and thought from Gagarin to identify past opponents or engage new ones, allowing them to identify threats on the fly.
Anyone who wishes to attack Gagarin and his allies during the duration of the spell will have to do so while being attacked and may find it harder to focus on attacking as a result.
Injury from the ravens is moderate cuts, bruising, and scratches as if attacked by ravens twice their size, but this is the maximum and the attack can be less as desired.

FamilyEli Roland, Sr. - Apollo's father. Stuffy, but loving, he's tried raising his son to be a businessman like he is, so while getting along, their relationship is difficult. Maria Roland - Apollo's mother, he enjoyed growing up coming home to the woman, whom helped him with homework and projects. She's entirely for her son's wor, and looks after younger siblings. Siblings? Plot with me.Sailor Minkar - Apollo's cousin Toir. He adores them to bits and often enjoys visiting their home and poartner. He hand-delivered a copy of his first book to them, and will angrily defend them, possibly explaining his hero complex. Has no idea she's a senshi. Nice one, Apollo. The Girlfriend Sailor Gagarin is dating Sailor Dubhe! They often patrol together, as thery awakened shortly after one another.
