The Cruor is a test tribe! Their thread is found here, and their official blurb is:
"The Cruor understands that society shuns those who do not fit within the standard mold -- the abnormal, the violent, the deranged. The world has rules, both visible and not, that forces a sense of general morality and way of being that Cruor rejects. For Cruor, the freedom to live as you are is a basic right, worth fighting for. As a result, all foxes are welcomed in Cruor, with their arms open for those turned away by the general masses. The lonely, the hurt, the murderers, the villains -- they have a home within Cruor, as long as they help further the freedom of their own and remain loyal to Cruor as a whole.
Cruor understands wholeheartedly that not everyone is good, and that's more than accepted; it's celebrated. True freedom, the repeated philosophy of the tribe, is being who you were born to be. Goodness is not, to Cruor, the meaning to life -- living as yourself is. Shedding yourself of the expectations of the world is a process everyone who joins begins, with foxes encouraged to indulge in their sins as long as they do not lose their loyalty towards the tribe or harm those within. After all, if they kill one another how will they have enough power to protect the lives they so rightfully deserve?
The Cruor speak a vow upon joining the tribe, promising themselves to one another and the tribe's core belief in true freedom. Many are so passionate in their vision of ridding the world of all that has restrained their kind that they'd even die for the tribe, which is viewed as the ultimate sacrifice and action of love towards their own. This dedication is earned by the tribe's vehement and violent protection of their own -- Cruor truly does care for every soul within their tribe, mourning any loss and turning tragedy into fuel for their growing rage at the world outside of Cruor; the world that stifles many of their own.
Cruor has always been known for never shying from dirtying their paws to expand their territory and will. Aggressive towards outsiders and selfish at its core, the Cruor do not care about the damage they inflict on outsiders and their lands, often quick to annihilate whatever stands in their way. Ambitious in their goals, Cruor is often scheming, whether that be to secure more land, materials, members, or even just to wipe out an area they are particularly not fond of. Members who join the tribe with personal vendettas will find that, often, the tribe will take their grudge on as their own, adding to a list of enemies they slowly plot against.
As a result, harming a tribe member is unforgivable. To turn on the ones who not only support but also protect you is to turn your back on Cruor as a whole, and it's taken very seriously. While minor tiffs are understandable, especially due to the nature of the tribe, severely harming a tribe member or exposing the location of the tribe is immediately met either with exile or even death depending on how much danger is inflicted on the subject or tribe.
Cruor, while known for their more sinister undertones, also accepts the weak, gentle, and loving. All are welcomed, as long as they further the belief in true freedom. Everyone is protected and loved within Cruor, regardless of personality or disposition."

This fox actually failed to impress Balor, finding themselves rejected from Cruor and sent back on their way. This didn't stop the determined fox and he has set out to prove he belongs within Cruor.
This is an RP prompt where you'll tell the story of how the male goes about proving their worth! The entry can be as long as you like, but a few things you need to note are: - Do not RP any other official-Cruor member! You may utilize NPC's. - Your fox is trying to impress Balor, so wherever they are Balor is also. For the purpose of this entry, it can be assumed the fox managed to convince Balor to let him back onto Cruor land for their next attempt. - The winner's entry is canon and will be referenced / RP'd as their joining encounter.

Cruor has a few vibrant foxes within their numbers, but nothing compared to this bright beauty. Who are they, aside from colorful? Are they bubbly and sweet like their appearance, or does something sinister lay beneath?
This is a personality prompt! Fill out the form below to enter for her!

The Determined Fighter
Username: lisais-fire619 Fox Name: Webster Fox Gender:Male Fox Rank: Mimic
Prompt Response: Webster couldn't believe it. He had been rejected from a tribe that seemed to pretty much accept anyone. How could that even be? But that was fine...kind of. He was persistent and probably very annoying but he finally got Balor a second chance. This time he had a new plan or well argument. "I would make a perfect mimic. Think about it. You have rejected me once which would mean that you find something that doesn't mesh with your ideals. Others will hear of this news and as word spreads no one would even think that I have actually been accepted allowing me to get very close and find out anything you want. I would blend in perfectly and no suspicions would arise. "
Username: ~Spazzy_the_Wolfie~ Fox Name: Akhet (“Horizon” in Egyptian.) Fox Gender: Male Fox Rank: Warrior (Commander, eventually, if Balor feels like he'd be a good fit!)
Prompt Response:
TW: fighting, death (all stuff you'd expect from most foxes in Cruor though!)
“You foolish old man, do you even know what you’ve done?!” Rounding on his father after his attempt at impressing the elder had been interrupted, Akhet snarled, teeth bared furiously. The one moment he had to display his skills to Balor, a clean brawl between himself and one of the tribe’s warriors, swept away in an instant thanks to his frantic father’s sudden appearance. The fight hadn’t even begun! An embarrassment was what this was!
“Yes! Of course I do, yes!” The older male tried to plead with his child, ears pinned back and worry written on his face. “Akhet, my son, do not join this tribe. Surely there are others you could join? Good tribes, with good intentions! We can find a better place to call home! Don’t go down this path, please.”
Akhet fell silent, chest heaving as he restrained himself. “Don’t tell me what I can and cannot do! I’m not a child. Not anymore.” His gaze softened, just a bit, as he took a step back. “...You should go. Leave these lands, go and travel the world. I’ll be fine on my own.” His eyes were beginning to sting, tears threatening to appear, but he blinked them away quickly. “Go.”
“Your mother wouldn’t want this for you, Akhet!”
Mother this, mother that. “Who cares about what mother thinks?!” He was so tired of hearing about this long-dead mother of his. Something in Akhet snapped, a frayed cord that had been barely hanging on. “Bring her to me, have her speak directly to me, and maybe then I’ll give a damn about what she thinks. Oh wait, we can’t do that now, can we, father? Because she’s dead.”
The two faced each other, silent.
No. Akhet could not show weakness, not to anyone. Mother had been born weak and died as a result soon after his birth. And here father was, displaying weakness by allowing fear of the unknown to take hold of him, fear of this tribe that he just couldn’t understand. No. Akhet could not show vulnerability. He would not allow himself to become another weak link. He refused. Joining this tribe would benefit him, allow him to grow stronger. “I intend to stay here and prove my worth.” Inhaling sharply, he stared his father down. “Go. Leave me.” His tone had grown insistent, urging his father to let him live his own life.
His father tried to approach him once more, and that was the final straw.
Akhet lunged, catching his father by surprise and bringing him to the ground with one fell swoop. Clamping teeth around his opponent’s neck with a snarl, his grip grew tighter and tighter. The younger fox refused to let go, ignoring the strangled cries of his father and the feeble scratches he left while trying to escape his attacker. No, Akhet would hold on until enough time had passed, intent on proving his strength to Balor and any other members of Cruor, until all movement had ceased and the only sound he could hear was his own heavy breathing.
Finally pulling away from his father, ignoring the numerous scratches now marking his body and the soreness he was beginning to feel in his jaw, Akhet turned his attention to Balor. “Bear witness to what I’ve done. I’ve removed the last thing holding me back from my full potential.”
(I feel like this would happen, like, not even a few minutes after his initial attempt at impressing Balor. An unexpected second attempt, not even something Akhet himself was planning on, BUT HEY.)
Username: StarshineAngel01 Fox Name: Charlotte Fox Gender: Female Fox Rank: Carer
Personality: Charlotte is a very caring girl she loves to help out anyone when its needed and she will go out of her way to make sure they get help. She has a big heart and sometimes this gets her into trouble depending on the situation. She is also a social butterfly and will talk to about just anyone and will give them the time of day. She also fusses and acts on her motherly instincts even though she has no kits of her own yet, she will treat any kits born in the tribe the way she would treat her own kits.

The Bright Mystery
Username: Melomar Fox Name:Primrose Piroske Fox Gender: Male Fox Rank: Prisoner
Personality: Piroske symbolizes everything that Primrose could not be. Confident, angry, and strong. Creative. Unafraid. Happy, or at least satisfied.
(Spoiler because potentially triggering.)
Primrose actually hated the color pink. She was expected to be pretty, delicate, and proper. She didn't want to be. When she was young she was only given feminine things to play and do. She wasn't allowed to play like the other boys. She was forced to play the damsel instead of the hero. But she liked the colors black and blue, and getting dirty and swearing, and other "boys only" things. She wanted to be a boy, and in her mind she was a boy and referred herself as 'he.'
He was used to being oppressed and harassed by an older brother especially. He thought it was all normal, even for Cruor, but in fact the brother hid the worst behavior from public. He said the kit was too sensitive and blew teasing out of proportion, or worse, had imagined it. This brother, being a sibling, knew how to press the kit's buttons. "That's all."
So... when "no one" not even family will accept you for who you are, how can you accept yourself? The real you? Suffering slander, name-calling, and omissions at a time in life when you're just trying to find yourself. Hasn't life become unbearable?
One night, he snapped. His brother was proud to be in Cruor and now his brother doesn't walk among them anymore. (My thought is that Piroske broke the brother's leg and now he limps everywhere, if he even goes out at all in his shame... since murder in the heat of the moment would probably get Piroske executed?) Prisoner status and backstory are flexible.
