[list] [*] [i]Big Stompy Robots --[/i] Alecia grew up with a very sci-fi enthused father, who instilled in her a passion for big stompy robots. Mecha of any kind will catch her attention - be it Westernized or stuff of the more… Anime persuasion. She’s more than happy to talk shop and theory craft about what it would take to make one work as well.

[*] [i]Hiking/Camping --[/i] Another thing her father instilled a love for in her - nature. Specifically hiking through or camping in it. He also taught her some basic survivalist skills - as well as how to perfectly gut and scale a fish - something she’s quite proud of and loves any excuse to show off.

[*] [i]Sports Shooting --[/i] Making a gun is one thing - testing it out on the range against a time trial is another thing entirely. Alecia enjoys sport shooting and speed shooting, and will routinely attend tournaments whenever they come around - she’s even run a few herself out of the range. There’s just something thrilling about trying your hand against the clock and seeing if your aim is true under pressure. She also tracks Olympic shooting sports with a passion.

[*] [i]Metalwork --[/i] More an aspect of her work as a Gunsmith, Alecia quite enjoys working with metal in any capacity. Welding, forging, casting, CNCing, anything metalcraft will also catch her attention pretty hard. She is especially interested in finding anyone who might want to pick up the craft - never hurts to have an extra hand around the shop when a rush order comes in.

[list][*] [b]”One dollar becomes two dollars...”[/b] [i]Mercantile --[/i] While inheriting her father’s gun range/store came on a bit more suddenly and sooner than expected, Alecia has always had a Mercantile mind, making her money work for her even at an early age. Having grown learning to be self-sufficient from her father - she’s taken to vesting all of the money she gets from her base income into dividend returning stocks, reinvesting the dividend returns, etc. Which has generated her a fairly healthy nest egg.

[*] [b]”Did you remember to pack your…”[/b] [i]Maternal --[/i] Despite being relatively young, Alecia is the typical mom friend. She probably has whatever you need in her bag, and if she doesn’t, she’s not above taking a detour to get it for you. She takes a deep interest and care in the lives of her friends - and is always willing to lend a hand or two - or any sort of helpful advice or anecdotes she can think of for a given situation.

[*] [b]”I might not agree… But…”[/b] [i]Open Minded --[/i] While she won’t always agree with everyone’s thoughts or beliefs, she’s more than happy to hear them out. She’s also a staunch defender of speech - even stuff people don’t necessarily find tasteful or above board. But she figures, even if she doesn’t agree with what someone says - she’ll defend their right to say it… They just better be willing to back it up.[/list]

[list] [*] [b]”Papa didn’t raise no wimp…”[/b] [i]Machisma --[/i] Alecia is one of those types where if she’s not absolutely dying - she’s fine, and even if she’s dying it’s only a minor inconvenience, really, she’s fine! Very much a - walk it off and rub some dirt on it type when it comes to her own wellbeing - she tends to just suck things up and suffer in silence unless it’s a legitimate emergency. She has more than a few interesting scars because of this and her overly rowdy nature.

[*] [b]”No, no, no! Not that way...”[/b] [i]Micromanager --[/i] Alecia has a bad habit of micromanaging people - be it in her shop or on the range if they pay for an instruction course. She does not know the definition of hands off, and unless you tell her to back off and give you space - she is going to correct everything “wrong” that she sees… by touching and guiding you to correct it. This is one of her few behaviors that she can set aside with effort if it’s pointed out - otherwise she can and will micromanage everyone she deals with into the ground.

[*] [b]”Work’s Done - Let’s PARTY!”[/b] [i]Rowdy --[/i] Alecia can get a bit… Rowdy, when all things are said and done. She’s not above dragging people to the nearest bar to get hammered after a long day at work - or starting a large bonfire on a camping trip and dancing to no music in particular. She works hard - she should PARTY HARDER. Even if she feels it the next morning, it’s just the cost of living her best life. You only have one after all.

[size=11]Alecia is of mixed descent - Half African American on her Mother’s side, and Half Native American on her father’s side. Dark skinned with deep amber eyes, she usually wears her long black hair in a tight braid when she’s on the range or in the shop to keep it out of the way. When out hiking or just about town, she’s more inclined to keep her hair loose and free, letting it’s natural waves blow in the wind. She tends to wear worn, rugged clothing. Old Rock-band t-shirts and faded jeans, as well as a pair of heavy work/hiking boots depending on if she’s out on the range or in the shop. She has a full set of tactical gear that she uses on the range if she’s running a class or doing a demo.[/size]
