- Yoga -- She’s certainly no professional, but she does go out of her way to attend classes. She enjoys the serenity it brings her, never mind the flexibility.
Pros:
- Calm cool and collected Professional -- Retail can be tough, more so if you run your own business. Between stressed-out customers, and ensuring that things stay stocked and clean. Through all that, Ume can normally manage to keep a level head and a polite word.
Prepared for the storm Proactive -- Ume tries to prepare for the worst, she carries a small first aid kit with her, there is an emergency blanket in her car. She’s got wet wipes just in case someone turns up with food and no napkins. This carries into her work in that she tries to anticipate tasks rather than letting them rise to the point of ‘being a task.
Cons:
- Did I say too much? Unsure -- While she loves providing an ear to her friends, and even simply people she associates with, some of the reasons that Ume remains so quiet is she’s afraid of speaking. She’ll second guess what she wants to say, and frequently feels that it would be better not to say anything at all so that they won’t think the worst of her.
Okay, but can you not? Impatient -- It’s hard for Ume to be patient with people - especially if they are trying to do something that she can already do. Her strong desire is to take over whatever task is being ‘bottlenecked’ by someone trying to find their footing, which means she herself can end up overwhelmed and frustrated if she isn’t careful
