Horses -- Gabby has been riding horses since before she can remember, first riding them with her father back in France when she was a young girl, and now that the family has come to Mayet, she still has her three favorite horses with her, kept safe and sound in the stables on the outskirts of the city. She goes to ride them whenever she has free time, and spends most of her weekends at the stables with them. Her apartment is full of paintings of her various horses, and some others that she has seen around the stables.
Painting -- A hobby that started when she got a few paint by number pictures when she was a child, and has grown into quite a proficient hobby. Gabby finds that painting is without a doubt the second greatest way to relax…and if it’s too late in the evening to go and see her horses, it is the greatest way. A good majority of her paintings contain horses, both realistic and fictional, unicorns and pegasi, though she has been trying to branch out and paint something else…she just really enjoys how majestic the animals look!
Phone Games -- Gabby’s true guilty pleasure, and perhaps the biggest waste of money that she has in her life. Sure she likes shopping and getting new things…but if she has to blow three hundred dollars in order to complete an event in a game that she’s into…she will. Without even thinking about it. Phone games were made for the rich after all…and if she chooses to flaunt her wealth in a pixel wonderland…so be it. When she lays in bed, both in the morning and at night, her phone is up to her face, trying to beat that level or to obtain that character…she doesn’t care. If it’s there…she needs it.
Pros:
It’s lovely to know you!Respectful -- There are times that Gabrielle wonders if she were born in the wrong century. People her age these days have no respect for those in positions of higher power, and she was just raised differently. She will always treat someone older or who holds power over her with the upmost respect. It is just their due, obviously. She is polite to those that she meets, and always remains so if they are older, for those her own age, she keeps it up until they cause her to think otherwise.
I understandBenevolent-- Not everyone is as well off or as fortunate as Gabby is, and she understands that most people will have short comings. It isn’t their fault that they aren’t as talented or wealthy as she is…and she will be patent with them…their lack of social graces won’t ever send her off the handle, she’s just…help. In any way that she can.
I forgive you!Forgiving -- On the off chance someone does manage to get under Gabrielle’s skin, all it takes is for them to come and apologize and all will be forgiven. She has never been one to hold a grudge if you admit that you were wrong about whatever the quarrel was! Forgive and forget is the very best motto to live by, and Gabby takes those words to heart. She has never left someone unforgiven, so long as they have asked for it. If you wish to continue the fight and escalate...that's a different story, but she would much rather have the good times back rather than dwell on the bad.

Lemming TimeImpressionable -- Gabrielle has always been one who listens more than one who talks, and her opinions are largely formed by what the masses say. When she is on social media, she will often be swept away by the tide of public opinion, and will quickly do what she can to make sure that the popular opinion gets forced out into the open, even if it is utterly abhorrent. When someone has a good idea...or at the very least a good argument for what sounds like a good idea, she is more than likely to follow blindly.
I need to do THIS THINGSingle Minded -- When Gabrielle gets an idea in her head, it sticks. There is no real reasoning with her when she decides that she wants something. She won’t compromise and will argue her point until she is blue in the face. It doesn’t matter if what she thinks is wrong, she won’t back down once her mind is made up.

It feels quite substantial, with the warmth and breathing of a horse supporting them and the sound of massive wings beating against the air on either side. The flight lasts for 30 seconds and during the course of it an opponent can be whisked up to 15ft in the air.
While her opponent can jump off it is not recommended, especially at the height of the flight, as a 15ft fall is considered major. Best to just hold on tight and hang in for the ride! After the attack ends, the target ends back on the ground where they started.

When and where were you awakened Marci was awakened back about two years ago when she was still in high school.
What have you been doing for the past 2 years? Marci has been living her best life! She enjoys the fact she has a secret life, but doesn't get to do things much as she was focusing on school.
What stage would you like to start at? 1st!

Thank you for your interest in bringing Gabby in to play with us in By Moonlight! Let's work on getting her approved for play!
For starters, there are a couple of things that need to be updated under the 'Horses' hobby. City needs an update and there aren't dorms at the community college! Apartments off-campus, though!
Respectful -- Is it just her elders/people of power that Gabby has respect for or does this extend to being mindful of other things as well. How does she show her respectfulness?
Tolerant -- This one's coming off a little more like 'benevolent' than 'tolerant', specifically because it starts off with how fortunate she is. I'd possibly swap it over to that OR if you'd like to leave it as 'tolerant' possibly expand on how it might be more open-minded as opposed to something that she just tolerates -- if that makes sense?
Forgiving -- This trait overall would read as more of a 'Pro' if you focused on the forgiving/forgiveness aspects of it instead of making note that she's only forgiving when someone admits that they're wrong. A person who was defined by their forgiveness might have an open enough heart to forgive people no matter what if it was being written as a positive part of their personality!
Flaws are good to go!
On the powered side of things -- Marci is available as a name, Pegasi is available as a sphere!
For the attacks:
As easy as it is to make a connection between a feathered horse and 'horse feathers', we are going to have to request that you rename both your Basic and Super attack. In an attempt to be respectful to players in another shop/setting, we have been working to ensure that our players severely limit similarities/overlaps to spheres that were not originally theirs! This does extend to verbiage, and unfortunately 'Horse Feathers' is used as an attack name elsewhere.
The attacks you have are wonderfully unique, though, and I do like the visuals that you've opted to go along with!
Basic - You can up the usage to 3x per day and the effects should last for 15 seconds/equivalent of one post.
Super - You can up the usage to 3x per day and the effects should last for 20-25 seconds/equivalent of 1.5 posts!

As for her awakening:Typically, those who were awakened more then 2 years ago would've been awakened somewhere outside of Mayet. Given that Marci's coming in at 1st stage, we would probably recommend somewhere over the course of the past year or two. A more recent awakening might work out a little bit better with pretending that this isn't real up until probably the first time the Guardian responsible for her reached out for follow-up contact. They would have, at the very least, stuck around the first time long enough to make sure all of her questions were answered to reassure her that this was definitely not a dream!

Changes to the attacks look good and reflect the necessary updates. I will still need you to rename the Basic and Super attacks, however (again, I apologize, but we're trying to be respectful and I would like both us, and our players, to avoid accusations of copying).
And lastly, I'm just going to touch base on the awakening again:
If it's going to work out better for your character to convince herself that the awakening wasn't real, I'm going to recommend having been awakened within the past year -- or possibly even the past few months (which is what I'd meant by 'a more recent awakening might work out a little better...' in my last comments, sorry!).
Guardian Cats in By Moonlight are expected to play a pretty big role in the lives of Senshi and while the Watchful Guardian has been spread a little thin, he is very serious in his communications and touch-bases. In trying to work with you/get a better understanding of Gabrielle/Marci and how she views being a Sailor Soldier... Does she acknowledge things and then try to talk herself out of it/convince herself that they were all a dream after the fact or is she consistently ignoring communications/pretending that it isn't real in the moment as well?

The Watchful Guardian saw to your awakening personally, providing Marci with a henshi pen and a communication device with specific instructions to keep an eye on both of them. Touch bases came a bit more sparingly at first but follow-ups have been a bit more persistent lately. More often than not the communications come by communication device but every now and then they're in person which means it's time to practice... And soon, SOON it will mean something more.
