Hobbies:
Song and Music -- Luca has always had an affinity for music, and song is a basic emanation from her. She's a strong singer, though hasn't quite done anything career-wise with it.
Plushie Collecting -- Luca loves soft fuzzy things, cute mascots, and combining the two. She just about hoards heaps of them in her room, and frequently gives them as gifts.
Pros:
Let's DO this! Passionate -- When Luca gets into something, she gets really into it. She'll devote herself to whatever her new passion is as much as she can, and she'll try to get others into it as well.
Won't stop, just go! Energetic -- Luca is just about tireless. She is always bustling from activity to activity and rarely feels exhausted. She seems to run on sheer verve at times.
Stand back, I've got this! Confident -- Luca does not often second-guess herself. She makes her declarations firmly and proudly and will saunter right ahead into challenges. She avoids going into arrogance with a decent grasp on her limits, as knowing her strengths is the core of her confidence.
Cons:
You're going to pay for this RIGHT NOW! Rash -- Sometimes, Luca just doesn't think before she acts. She'll dash into action before whatever has happened has had time to sink in and be processed. This tendency results in Luca doing a lot of things she later regrets.
I'm still mad at them about that. Resentful -- Luca would be lying if she said she didn't hold grudges. She remembers what people have done to her for a very, very long time. She might act as though she has forgiven you... but she remembers, and she probably is still bitter over whatever happened. When alone with a friend, she may still talk about bygone wrongs and how mad she still is about the person who did them to her, and sometimes her bitterness slips out in the form of bluntness or coldness.
It was a terrible thing and I can't let it go. Ruminating -- If something troubles Luca or she's made a critical error, she will dwell on it for a long, long time and refuse to let it go. She's the kind of person to stay depressed over a mistake for a long period of time, even after she has been forgiven, because "it was so stupid."
General Appearance
Eyes: Luca's eyes are somewhat wide and dark blue.
Hair: Luca's hair is short and ginger orange, and it's got a bit on the left side where there's one long bang that curls up- it's a distinctive look.
Face: Her face is heart-shaped, starting wide and than narrowing down towards the chin. She has a scar running diagonally across her nose from a mysterious accident; it's angled so that the right (that is, the left when she's facing us) end is slightly more elevated than the left end, but the angle isn't very steep. Her skin is rather fair.
Body type: Slim and athletic.

Secondary Color: Orange? (may need retooling depending on what looks best with the adaptation)
Uniform:
This is JUST for your base stage. At the base stage Sailor Soldiers typically have a considerable amount in common given the simplicity of their uniforms. Their individuality comes into play between Super and Eternal, so please keep in mind that this is your BASIC design.
Collar -- Bog standard sailor collar.
Brooch -- It's an egg! A white egg.
Chest Bow -- Just an ordinary bow.
Bodice -- I kind of want to keep the style of her AU bodice plus the puffy sleeves, but I'm willing to work with what needs to be done.
Bottoms -- THE PUFF PANTS. Length and pattern can be adjusted, but puff pants! (unless we can't but we'll see)
Tiara -- Standard tiara, but jewel is egg shaped- maybe a bit pearly-looking too?
Butt Bow -- Nice big cute butt bow.
Accessories -- Gloves, sure (may have a suggestion for a tweak but it depends on how much is being altered). Would like to keep her boots but I do have a possible tweak if those are a thing. Also, egg earrings, maybe a bit pearly looking?
Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Egg Toss!
Megrez cups her hand to catch an egg that materializes shortly after. The egg that appears is a standard AA grade white or brown egg. This egg can then be tossed at an enemy for offense, but the goop and shell from the egg fades away after 25 seconds. This attack can be used 3 times a day.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Egg Shot!
Megrez extends her hand towards a target. A rapid-fire stream of 3 eggs (still AA grade) will manifest and shoot out from her hand; the maximum range of the shot is 10 feet. The debris from the eggs disappears after 25 seconds. This attack can be used 3 times a day.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Egg Shelling!
Megrez forms an egg shape with her fingers. One target in her line of sight will become encased in an egg that fits them. The shell will be unbreakable for about 2 posts from the inside or the outside (you can’t get out, but nothing else can get in either). After that window, the target can break the egg from the inside, or someone outside can break the egg for them. There is some variance depending on stage; stage 1-2 characters will not be able to escape till their third post, but a stage 3 character could begin breaking the shell during the second post and escape on the third. Once broken, the egg shell pieces will linger for 30 seconds before disappearing. If no one breaks the egg, the egg will naturally disappear after the target's third post (it could vanish at the end of that post). The egg can be rolled around, but it's heavy and hard to move, and it will not break over hazardous terrain (attempts to strand someone over hazardous terrain will have the egg mysteriously roll out of the way). This attack can only be used once.
