Collar -- Must be some form of 'sailor' collar or bolero jacket. All senshi must have this. Brooch -- Typically contains Sailor Scout's symbol. This holds your collar in place. Chest Bow -- Attached to/under your brooch. Bodice -- Must cover from shoulders to waist at Basic Sailor level and will ALWAYS be white for Order senshi. Bottoms -- Basic Sailors must have a skirt or shorts that fall between waist and knees to start. Skirts/Shorts can start to change forms from Super on, but MUST remain basic to start out. Tiara -- All order senshi must have this. Butt Bow -- All order senshi must have this. Sashes do not count.
Accessories -- Gloves? Choker? Shoes? Earrings? Please keep these things BASIC (think first season Sailor Moon and her squad) but here's where you can show a little bit of personality from the start!
Keep in mind that your PRIMARY COLOR will be used for your bottoms and sailor collar while your SECONDARY COLOR will be used for things like your chest bow and butt bow. Our artists will work with you to accommodate your ideas, but may simplify some things to fit the BASIC Sailor design.

Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Primrose’s Vow
Primula surrounds herself and any nearby ally with a small 'field' of spectral primroses, which cover a radius of up to nine feet; any target who is caught within or otherwise steps into the field feels a feeling akin to being hopelessly in love with her, as if they couldn't live without her, and will find themselves having trouble being able to bring themselves to be able to attack her or her allies. The primroses last for up to forty seconds, and can only be summoned once. Primula must keep her focus on maintaining the field effect, and if she's distracted or knocked unconscious during this time, the primroses disappear.
Note: The 'love' that the affected target feels doesn't necessarily have to be romantic if the character in question isn't the type to have romantic feelings towards others- it can be platonic or familial, as the intended effect is that they see her as someone they very much care for.

This is looking like a really well-written Sailor Senshi!
I would like to ask for a little clarification before we go forward!
She causes people to feel as they are in love with her, specifically her eternal power. - some people don’t feel the sort of romantic love that I t seems like is being addressed here. How would the power interact with people who don’t tend to feel that way?
Hi! I added a note about the 'love' felt being possibly platonic or familial as well, but I imagine also if preferred, a target who doesn't feel romantic feelings towards others might simply not be affected by the magic field at all!
