Reading -- Sheltered with strict parents books became her escape. With books she could be anyone and go anywhere.

Pros:

After You Polite -- Soft spoken and well mannered she was raised to always mind her Ps and Qs. Courteous and reserved she tends to speak in a formal manner. If she sees someone that appears to be in need of help she will ask if they need assistance.
No Need To Rush Patient -- Never is a rush Noelle is content to take her time and doesn't mind waiting. She's a firm believer in if it's worth doing it's worth doing right. She will patiently wait in long lines and for the next book in a series to come out.

Cons:

What's This? Curious -- Noelle has a curious steak a mile wide that has gotten her in trouble in the past. When she was 5 she wondered away from her parents at a party on a boat and almost drowned because she wanted to see the fishies. She loves to learn new things be it hands on or from a book. Her curiosity often tempts her to consider exploring areas she shouldn't and it's only a matter of time before she gives in.
I Want To Do What I Want Sheltered -- For as long as Noelle can remember her parents have decided everything for her. What she could wear, eat, what toys she could play with. Even who she could be friends with. She has grown tired of being the perfect daughter and started rebelling. Currently her rebellion has taken the form of dyeing her hair and wearing clothes her parents wouldn't approve of.

General Appearance

Petite with a porcelain complexion she has a heart shaped face and big violet eyes.

White hair with the underside dyed a pale blue/lavender ombre that falls to waist length styled in an elegant half up half down style.

Gothic lolita is her style of choice when it comes to clothes.

Hello! Thanks for your interest in joining us to play in By Moonlight! We've got a little bit of feedback before we can approve Noelle for play, just to help fill out her character a little bit more!.

Pros - These should generally focus on the positive side of things. Polite, for example, needn't make mention that her manerisms are confused with coldness unless you're going to continue to expand on how politeness is just a part of who she is. Is soft spoken and well mannered the only aspect of her politeness or does it extend to things like holding doors and helping others as well?

With Patience, what kind of things does her patience apply to? Other than making sure that something is done right, what other kind of situations does her patience apply to?

Cons - In order for Curious to be a flaw we're going to need a little bit more on how it's gotten her into trouble? Has she taken things apart to see how they work and not been able to get them back together? Is she pressed to explore areas that are off-limits? Does she press the bounds of politeness by asking questions that she shouldn't?

Rebellious - With this one... If the rebellion is focused specifically towards her parents, maybe consider changing this one to Sheltered instead. Give some examples of how she grew up sheltered and, as a result it's made her want to rebel, striking out by dying her hair and dressing as she wants to.

On second thought, and thank you for bearing with me/working with me on things, I think you might be on to something with Rebellious given the additional way you've expanded on things so if you DID want to swap it back to that, the only thing I'd ask you to consider is whether or not you think the acts of rebellion might extend beyond her parents. How does she react to other types of authority or control given the way she views her parents, etc?

With Curious I do have one more follow up question as well! You've given us a great example of how being curious got her in trouble as a child, but how is this curiousity streak still problematic for her as she heads into being a young adult?

I think Sheltered fits her a bit better so going to stick with that if that's ok. At the moment her rebellion is entirely towards her parents.
