21-50: While not majorly valuable, you do have an important item taken from you.
As much as Sylvirah had always known that one day she would be a mother the reality of what that meant exactly never really crossed her mind. Even before her son had been born she'd lost so many hours of sleep that she had still never gotten back and try as he might to relieve the situation Zyphire couldn't really help in every aspect. Being with child was a blessing but an uncomfortable one and even once Ziya had been born she needed to be awake when he was awake to nurse him. The normalcy of having children just a few years apart also came on the tail end of her now deceased ex-husband slaughtering her village after she'd had an affair with Zyphire. In all honesty she was glad the only thing she had to worry about now was lower back pain and some lost sleep.
Still, through the ups and downs of trying to relocate her people, get them settled, having a baby, figuring out her relationship with the shifter, and all that she still made time for her new found family. Iriyana may have been married to her brother, but Sylvirah also considered her a close friend and quite possibly her only friend at this point. So, it was nice to be able to get out with her.
Little Ziya was just over half a year now and staying at home with his father so Sylvirah could have a little time away before their second child was born. She was already at the point that she wasn't exactly walking so much as waddling and that near sermal like sense of balance she'd prided herself on was non-existent. "Once this little one is weaned we should go on a hunt. A long one," She grinned.

51-90: A small item is taken and you immediately identify the thief in the crowd.
Iriyana had been giddy when she'd learned that she could spend time with her sister-in-law/best friend. Especially after such a long time apart. Life has a way of making things difficult for people at the best of times. And with everything that had happened recently neither had had time to just take a moment to simply catch up.
Despite all that, Riya walked beside the waddling Sylv with a barely contained grin. Of course when a hunting trip was brought up she had to chuckle. "That would be nice, it would give you a break." It wouldn't be for a while yet but the idea was nice. Her eyes fell to the obviously pregnant belly and her grin grew wider as she bent down just a little to address the little one there. "And you could terrorize your daddy and your uncle with your brother the whole time."
When she straightened up she looked at her friend. "If you need a break before then I would be happy to steal away my nephew and spoil him rotten." Riya had already sent many baby gifts when she'd learned of Sylv's first pregnancy, so spoiling the little one more was nothing. "And I'll gladly take you too." She cooed at her friend's belly with a giggle.

It was hard not to be a little embarrassed to have a full grown woman talking to her distended belly in public, but Sylvirah couldn't find it in her to stop smiling. She was happy; really and truly happy for the first time in her life. The fear of going without food hadn't been in her for well over two years now, she'd put on just enough weight to be healthy, her family was safe and now she was a mother!
"You'd better catch Zyphire in the spring then, otherwise he'll be south warming up." Sylvirah laughed. As much as the pair loved one another he couldn't bring himself to stay that far North all year round. The bitter cold was just something she'd grown accustomed to, but Zyphire? Not so much. Most of the year they would spend together, but she didn't blame him for the time he spent away. If she moved closer to Sauti with his family then she'd leave as soon as the summer sun hit.
Leaving the kids with Ergon, though, was still an option....
"Don't tempt me or I might take you up on it." Sylvirah snorted. "A full night's rest without a toddler kicking me in the mouth? I wouldn't know what to do with myself." Still, getting some time alone with her lover before the new baby arrived might be nice. As much as she adored her son breaks were lovely too, and having an Aunt who would gladly take him made it all the easier.
There were just enough people out and about to give life to the area around them, but not nearly enough to make Sylvirah anxious. She let her guard down while she talked to Iriyana, which in hindsight was a dumb move. Sylvirah didn't notice that a man had slipped in close to the women, presumably to avoid oncoming foot traffic, but his real goal was the pouch at her side. For all intents and purpose it looked like a real coin purse. It had the same weight, the same sound, but the coins inside were fake. They were simple bits of unusable metal Sylvirah used to toss up so that Ada could do focus training. Still, to a thief it was too good to pass up and in an instant he was slipping away.

Riya snorted in an undignified way. "Could always arrange to have the kids sent to him with one of my uncles as a surprise." As nice of a threat as it was she didn't think she could really do that. She would be too concerned with their safety to trust anyone other than herself, her husband, or the children's own parents. Iriyana was practically wrapped around their little fingers already and one wasn't even born yet! "You know I would love to spend time with my nephew anytime you need a break. Ergon and I do have a guest room." She tilted her head to the side and grinned. Was she trying to con her friend into letting her steal her nephew for a night or two? Possibly. Not that anyone really needed to know that. The icling was turning her head to look at Sylvirah, fully intending on batting her lashes at the woman, when she noticed the hand in her own belt pouch. "Hmn?" Apparently the thief had found it too irresistible to not take something from her as well. Of course she didn't travel with anything overly valuable. Most of her valuables were her jewelry and those items were things one couldn't really just pinch off her without her knowing what with them being a wedding ring and a golden collar necklace. What the man ended up with in his hands was a corded necklace of her own making that she'd been thinking about giving to her brother. "Hey!" She called attention to the thief as he moved away from her.

"Well, I wouldn't mind if you took him for a night or two." Since she was offering it wasn't as if Sylvirah was going to say no. When her son had first been born she never wanted the boy out of her sight, but over time she was slowly starting to trust others with him. The elder women of the Ild'vann chastised her for it; in their eyes the village was the safest place for a child and that he would have to get used to them eventually, anyway.
It had all been so casual that the thief may have slipped under Sylvirah's watch if Riya hadn't reacted. When she did, however, the surprised iceling look at what he'd managed to get away with and felt around on her own sides. The coins!
"Which way did they go?!" Sylvirah looked to her left, then her right and couldn't identify anyone. She hadn't gotten a good enough look before others started creeping around them, momentarily pausing at the obvious distress exhibited by both women.

"Hugs!" She called out instinctively. Her perzi, in all his sweater and bootie glory, hissed at the command but knew what to do. Someone had gotten too close to his person and he was free to attack! So off he went. As much as she wanted to continue the talk about her getting to keep her adorable nephew for a day or two she had someone's fingers to break! Though she hesitated when she heard Sylvirah beside her ask which way they went. Iriyana gave her an almost deadpan look as she snorted. "Oh I don't think so. You are not going after them." While she knew that her friend wouldn't want to be treated like she was weak simply because she was with child, Riya did not have it in her to allow the waddling pregnant woman to chase after a thief. "I'll let you punch them in the face once I have them." Riya could compromise though. And with that she took off after her familiar in the direction of the thief. Of course that also meant she couldn't prevent Sylv from following.

Sylvirah's gut instinct was to run off after the perzi and she might have gotten away with it if her sister-in-law hadn't stopped her. For a moment she simply tossed the other woman a questioning look before it dawned on her that she was pregnant. In all honesty she might have continued to question it if the sudden movement hadn't caused her to lurch forward a little and a hand to come up to her swollen womb on instinct.
"Just be careful!" The iceling called after Riya as she ran off, a pensive look on her face. As much as she adored her son and the child within her the drawbacks to pregnancy were truly awful. She felt so restricted, so held back...but really if she just jogged....surely that wasn't as bad as running?
With a smirk, Sylvirah did just that. Iriyana wasn't so far away that she couldn't see her and if Sylvirah could just keep an eye on her target then eventually she would catch up.

A grin slipped into place. "I'm always careful!" The icling managed to call over her shoulder. Of course it was a lie. Riya had done more than one thing that was dangerous and likely caused Ergon to gain a few grey hairs. An outcry of pain alerted her to where she needed to be and when she rounded a corner she was met with quite the amusing sight. Hugs, the wonderful angry beast that he was, had his claws sunk into the thief and was gnawing on their arm. Riya slowed her run down to a brisk walk until she could finally stop and stand over the thief as they struggled with the Perzi that had latched onto them. At that point she wasn't sure if she should dish out more punishment or not. Of course she had said Sylv could punch them, so there was that at least. Iriyana quickly reached down to snatch the thief by the back of their collar and hauled them to their feet. "Hugs, release." At the command the beast seemed to stop his thrashing about and hesitated for only a second before letting go. However, the familiar sat at their feet with his tail flicking back and forth angrily, waiting for another chance to attack.

Sylvirah was slow to catch up, but determination was a powerful motivator! After this one I'm taking a break. She wanted a big family, but the huntress hated being held back! If there was a way for her to have a gaggle of children and not feel like she was constantly packing a stone under her tunic then she would gladly take it!
By the time she made it to Iriyana she was out of breath and wheezing. It would have been embarrassing as all get out if she actually cared. "Goo...good jobs, Hugs." At first she'd had her doubts about the worth of a creature that small and visibly dainty, but he'd more than proven his value.
Sylvirah pressing a firm hand to her hip with a wince. "If this baby comes early I'm blaming you." She snarled at the thief.

Riya looked at Sylv with some concern before she added her bit to the blame game. "If that baby comes early... Chi help save you from her man." The thief seemed to pale a bit in her hand. Still the icling smiled at her sister-in-law before she motioned to the person she held with her free hand. "Want to punch them in the face to make you feel better? I have them, they aren't going anywhere." And if they tried then she'd let Hugs have at again. Her familiar had anger issues and sometimes it helped to let him just release some of it. Granted most of it stemmed from her forcing the poor thing to wear clothing. But she was also pleased to see that the new boots did what she wanted them to do. The had small holes for his claws in the even that he needed them. "Oh, remind me to tell your brother I need to order more of those little booties for Hugs." Riya spoke as though their outing was still as normal as could be.

The man looked absolute traumatized already. He kept shifting a scared eye toward the perzi, flinching anytime the smaller creature would so much as blink, and when Iriyana talked his breathing would hitch. Could she really do anything to him that they hadn't already? "I'll settle for getting my things back,-" She leveled a pointed look at him, "-as well as anything else you've taken today. Otherwise we'll take you to the guard." Normally she didn't like involving the guard; to Sylvirah they were overpaid for a job she could do herself. Still, they DID seem to scare people...
"Tell Zyphire about what he did today and he'll reimburse you." She waddled casually up to the man and snatched his chin with her hand to turn his attention her way. "You're not going to ruin this day by being stupid, are you?"

Well she wouldn't lie and say she wasn't disappointed. Riya kinda wanted to see Sylv punch the thief but oh well. So she nodded her head and looked at the thief expectantly. "You heard her, hand it over." Her free hand made a 'gimmie' motion before being held out palm up for things. Mention of the guard had her looking up and then around. "What's today? I think Khoa is working." Riya had gotten to know some of the guards over the years so she didn't seem to mind them too much. "Orrrrr... I can have my lovely husband spend the money on them. You know how much he adores my familiar." The teasing tone in her voice was enough to say what she didn't. Not many were a fan of her Perzi. Riya chuckled lightly and waited for the thief to empty their pockets of the things they'd taken.

At the mention of Khoa the thief was all too happy to hand over the goods. Sylvirah got her coins back, as well as Riya's necklace, and a few other trinkets. Once she'd looked over everything with a critical eye Sylvirah 'hmmed', nodded her head....and sucker punched him in the gut.
As soon as he started sputtering and gagging she grinned, then pressed the same hand back to her hip. "I knew that was going to come back and bite me, but I couldn't resist."

She hummed happily as the thief handed everything over then was pleasantly surprised as Sylv put her fist in his gut. Riya let go then so that the thief could drop to the ground. "I said face not gut. We should really work on your communication skills sister." Despite her words there was no real scolding there. In fact she sounded and looked more amused than anything. With the issue handled she motioned for her sister-in-law to walk with her again. "Come on, I'm hungry now." And she wanted to make sure mother and baby were alright after all the excitement.
