It's been quiet, peaceful in the world of Tendaji. Many have grown used to the new normal between the Aishans, the Earthlings, and the Kahikinans. Because of this sense of security, a few unsavory folk are taking advantage of the distracted locals.
A pickpocket is on the prowl in the marketplace, and you find yourself involved.
This prompt will be resolved by rolling 1D100.
xxxxx1-20: Oh no! Something VERY VALUABLE was stolen!
xxxxx21-50: While not majorly valuable, you do have an important item taken from you.
xxxxx51-90: A small item is taken and you immediately identify the thief in the crowd.
xxxxx91-100: Not today - you catch the thief in the act.
[ Each participating character in this WE rolls 1d100 and roleplays their reaction. You are also welcome to have your character reacting to this event happening to someone else, if it makes more sense for your character's plot.
Or, even better, maybe your character is the thief - roleplay it out from the perspective of the thief. ]

Briallen had allowed herself to get distracted by the Oban markets again. The Alkidike had been traveling up from Matori towards Oba, her travels taking her towards Jahaur so that she could stop by Aisha for a moment before continuing on through the earthling lands. Even though she had reasoned with herself that traveling and finding treasures was her true desire the young warrior wanted to get some peace of mind by seeing the Mother Tree at least once before leaving to go on adventures. She had already said her farewells in Chiume and to the tree there after all so it was only fair that she do the same in Chibale. Even if she hadn't spent a lot of time there in the last few years it was still her childhood home where she had some connections and she still harbored a great love for Aisha. While she was lost in her thoughts, her hands trailing over some merchandise that she thought may be good to bring as gifts to some of her childhood friends still living in Jahaur, Briallen failed to notice the appearance of an Oban thief. "Hmm..." Briallen frowned as she twisted a piece of jewelry in her fingers before being knocked forward by someone slamming into her. "He-hey!" The young Alkidike called out with a frown as the man apologized and darted away before realizing something...her purse!
Not only did it have her coins but there was also the necklace that she had crafted with the yellow crystal she bought with Faenna. Her twin had an identical one that was supposed to protect them on their travels and Briallen immediately felt a sense of panic when it was gone. How could she lose something so important so quickly?! "Come back here, you thief!" A curse left her lips as she placed down the necklace she had been studying to chase after the thief instead, their chase leading her through the very heart of the market as she darted through the crowds.
