Hobbies:
Running -- For someone so sedimentary in personality, it's impressive how much Mehri likes to run. Pushing in a 5km every morning, and a 10 km every night - sometimes more depending on her mood - she likes to keep moving. Whether or not it's for health reasons is unknown, and Mehri certainly has made no indication that she was in any athletic clubs back in school. Still, she likes to run and owns probably more than her fair share of running shoes for uses on different terrains.
Eating -- It's hard to ever find Mehri without some sort of food or drink in her mouth. Commonly spotted with a bottle held in her teeth, or a cookie jutting out from between her lips, she is constantly snacking and shows little to no remorse over it. Where she also gets all her food from is unknown, and where it all goes is even more of a mystery. She doesn't seem to be able to cook, and most everything she enjoys appears to be junk food.
Dioramas -- Mehri absolutely loves to make complicated model and diorama sets, despite the fact she appears to have limited interest or energy to provide for anything else. While she prefers making models from scratch from her own designs, she doesn't really turn down building a model kit on the weekend. The smaller and more complicated the detail work required, the more Mehri enjoys it. There is an entire room in her apartment dedicated to completed dioramas.....or so the rumor goes.
COTE -- COTE, as mentioned above is a maid cafe that Mehri owns more as a personal hobby. As a (very rich) individual who is also supplemented by spoiling parents and the UBI of the country, a cafe was not hard to start up due to the help of parents and family friends who also run several businesses of the like. A very much hands-off owner, she has hired several managers who do the day to day, with her coming in as needed for more official works such as budgetary issues and anything else the managers may need. Mehri also comes in and works (part-time) as a waitress on the floor - because why have a hobby if you can't enjoy it? COTE was made to fuel her love of good food and cute people, so immersing herself among it all is absolutely something she loves to do.
Pros:
I saw thatObservant -- Mehri is almost always aware of her surroundings and the events going on within them. She keeps an eye on her company and their locations, not to mention the actions they're doing, with a keen interest that is sure to help her should something need to be handled. Her observation skills, coupled with a good enough memory to make use of it, allow Mehri to solve (small) problems with minimal effort. Of course, she's got to want to handle the problem...
I can fix itSkilled -- Mehri is oddly good at handling small, meticulous things that need repaired. The more intricate and delicate the task, the easier it seems to come to her. Maybe it has to do with her willingness to follow written instructions (building furniture is such a breeze!) or maybe it's due to her just liking to work with her hands. She really enjoys working and doing things that would otherwise be considered tedious.
Let it be, let it beRelaxed -- Absolutely nothing seems to ruffle Mehri's proverbial feathers. Ridiculously calm, chill, and flexible in most any situation, it's almost as though Mehri doesn't let anything get to her. She adapts to whatever comes her way with a sense of 'eh, it happens' and either ignores the outcomes or just follows along.

Girl, wash your faceLazy -- Mehri always looks...unkempt, and the amount of effort she puts into making herself presentable can only be described as "non-existent". She doesn't seem to want to put any effort into anything that doesn't hold her interest - this extends to her problems and the problems of others - and more often than not she simply just doesn't.
Yeah? NoDisinterested -- Sadly, Mehri doesn't really care much about....anything. Only a handful of things at any time can hold her attention, and her interests are often abandoned when she no longer finds a proper use or need of them. This outlook also applies to people at times, specifically those who are 'more trouble than they're worth', which means Mehri has effortlessly cut off people who were once close friends, or absolutely noped her way out of situations she didn't want to deal with.
What about second breakfast?Glutton -- As mentioned by a hobby, Mehri likes to eat - and that's somewhat of a problem. She'll go out of her way to snack, even in the most inappropriate of times, and doesn't really care if folks criticize her and remind her of time and place. Mehri is also somewhat food motivated, as it's easier to get her to do things for someone with a bribe of food.

Mehri is about 5'8", tall and lanky with piebald black/white hair and a perpetually exhausted look on her face. Her skin tone is rather pale, accented by her hair which is usually half-hazardly worn in either braids or buns, or sometimes both. Mehri has silver eyes which are rimmed by dark circles. Sometimes she wears circle-framed glasses, sometimes she doesn't - it depends on if she's remembered to put them on for the day.
She is never seen not wearing a massively oversized (and rather ratty) hoodie and large, fluffy leg warmers. Short skirts and short shorts alternate regardless of the season, though when it's colder she'll sometimes wear thick, patterned tights. Despite her usually sloppy appearance she always has a fantastic manicure. The style changes nearly every two weeks and is almost always seasonal.
When "working" at COTE, Mehri takes the time to clean herself up to fit the uniform standards of the cafe, though as the owner she has allowed for some 'self-expression' in each individual employee's style. In Mehri's case she still wears her legwarmers or tights, but at the very least she doesn't look unwashed or unkempt. She doesn't want to lose her (part-time) job after all!

Hello houllow! Thanks for your interest in joining us in By Moonlight! Let's see about getting Mehri approved for RP!
Overall, the profile reads well. Her eating habit, whether intentional or not, goes well with the fact that she's always running -- to keep up with that much physical activity she'd need to have a pretty consistent flow of nutrients so someone who knew that bit about her might not find it odd at all that she's typically nomming.
Being skilled and observant pairs well with being a business owner -- congrats to her on her entrepreneurship! Was it a business she started up on or own or was the ownership something that was passed on to her? Do any of her Pros apply to this aspect of her life or does she rely on someone else to manage the business for her? (Asking, as you mentioned it mostly being a hobby of hers!)
On the Cons side of things -- how do those effect her business and business practices? Is COTE something that she's interested in so they don't apply? Does she only pop in long enough to ghost through and drop off some things before resuming the race and running off to somewhere else?
I guess what it really comes down to is what does Mehri do for her cafe when it comes to the work that she does there? Generally speaking, Maid Cafes require a certain standard of look when it comes to the front end/customer interaction side of things and the way you've written Mehri seems to entirely go against the grain for what would be 'expected'. We either need a little more elaboration on what she does for COTE or confirmation that she puts aside some of those things to put on a face for work because it's something she enjoys enough to consider it a hobby.
