Collecting Crystals -- Though it started as collecting them purely for her spell sachets, it's quickly gotten out of hand the amount of crystals she's bought for her own collection. She has many a piece, in different sizes, of varying types. At least one can be found on it's own shelf through out her apartment, though her favourite pieces are an Opalite Ganesha stature gifted to her by her grandmother, a rose quartz fox statue that rests on her beside table, and a decently sized lavender jade dragon egg that sits on the living room table.
Witchy Business -- Outside of school and work, Midnight has an online store where she sells little sachets filled with spices, "spells", and usually a crystal or mineral for all occasions; almost like her own take on the Omamori. She also sells decorative "potions", moon water, rain water, and sea water; either as jewelry or decorations, for whatever the buyer may want. If needed she provides discreet shipping.
While most of her selling is done through online, she has been known to sell her wares at conventions and such on occasion. She can attempt tarot readings but she isn't all that good at them, she can't tell if her cards just hate her or not though. She also sells astrology charts.
Ghost Hunting -- A newer hobby she picked up, mostly out of curiosity, Midnight is starting to wonder around Mayet in search of signs of ghosts. She doesn't have much but her phone for video and a tape recorder in hopes of catching voices, but it's a start.
Working Out -- Perhaps not technically a hobby and more a life style brought about by obsession with her weight, if asked about her hobbies she lists it so it totally counts, right? She thinks so. Thankfully her apartment comes stocked with a gym she can use 24/7 so she makes a point to visit it at least once for a couple of hours.
Swimming at the pool, using the elliptical, she's even doing a bit of weights! There's also jogging, though she does that mostly at night time. On the off chance she can't make it to the gym for whatever reason, she will at least do yoga for her exercise of the day.

You never know what kind of day someone it having~Kindness -- Midnight is always willing to offer compliments to others or doing her best to build them up whenever she talks about them. She's full of warmth, encouragement and respect for others and just generally seems to get on well with others.
Expect the UnexpectedAdaptability -- Perhaps due in part to her upbringing and part her vanity, Midnight always seems to be prepared for anything. Unexpected situations never seem to catch her off guard and she always seems to have the necessary items for things that come up as well.
Her purse is more a book bag then an actual purse, big and able to hold anything she might need. Umbrella for those unexpected showers, make-up/beauty products if something happens and she needs to touch up or reapply, a change of clothes, plenty of snacks, water bottles, medicine, feminine products, etc. If you can think of it she probably has it.
She also never seems to be blind-sided by changes in her schedule (work or otherwise), always ready to shake things up or be some place if someone needs her.

She has a routine she follows obsessively, using expensive and imported products that she keeps well stocked up on. Make-up is always done on point, what little she uses, and her hair takes minimum an hour to do. She tries to avoid weather that will ruin her look and if she can't you can bet she is prepared with all items she'd need to fix whatever got ruined; her bag is so big for a reason after all.
She's "almost" (her words) obsessive about her weight, watching not necessarily what she eats but how much of it, counting her calories so she knows how much to work off later. And she has to hit up the gym every day, grateful that her apartment has a 24 hour one available to it's tenants. She has to be careful about how much social media she interacts with because of this, able to quickly fall into comparing herself to others even if she knows a lot of it is Photoshop or the right angles. She doesn't use Photoshop on her own pictures whenever selfies are posted to her own accounts but you can bet any posted (with her permission of course) are all in flattering angles to get her best looks.
Avoid the numbers 13 and 4Superstitious -- Midnight can't be sure what exactly started it but for as long as she can remember she's been superstitious. It's seems silly and she does her best to keep it on the down low, but it kind of affects her life more then she wished it would.
In order to counter a lot of things that she can't control, she can often be seen wearing items she considers lucky. Mostly in the form of jewelry; a couple of necklaces with pendants that have become good luck charms for her, a couple of obsidian rings that she often has to replace, and even earrings of shooting stars in one ear. Outside of that Midnight absolutely goes out of her way to avoid anything that has the potential to give her bad luck.
A pinch of salt over the shoulder if the salt shaker falls over, horse shoes over her bedroom door and by the front door. She avoids ladders, anything in 3s or 13 of anything (thirteen stairs? she'll take the elevator. Thirteen story building? she'll catch up with you later.). 4th floor anything is on thin ice. She's passed out trying to hold her breath as she walked past a graveyard before and she knew someone who had died because of incorrectly knocking on wood (his wife had knocked on his head as she said "knock on wood" and he died in a car crash that night. Since then it's always "knock on [whatever she's actually knocking on]*" ). She's even careful around mirrors, despite how often she looks in them.
So far the only thing she doesn't subscribe to is the whole thing about black cats. Black cats are nothing but good luck and she refuses to believe otherwise. Have you seen them? Stunning~

Midnight's parents have always worked in a social setting, both of their parents having been high society people. Neither of them wanted for anything and they certainly made sure their daughter didn't want for anything either. Of course this meant that Midnight has always had to live up to their standards... And they have very high standards. Thankfully she doesn't have to worry about what they think of her usual style of dress as she is good about dressing to their standards if she has to see them outside of work. Which, thanks to the money her family has they'd been able to open a maid/butler cafe that's been in business for as long as she can remember. The Grand Palace sports a very royal feel to it's inside, resembling almost a grand banquet hall one might find in a European style palace. The cafe supplies it's employees with uniforms that must be kept at work and replacements are given when it needs washing or is damaged. Both uniforms have detailed design. Employees who wish to actually tend to guests must be 18+ though 16+ can be employed to work as greeters or clean tables after a guest has left. Midnight works as a maid part time to work around her school schedule. She also is in charge of overseeing the new hires and anyone under 18, as her parents trust her to train them well as well as to keep any potential creeps from harassing the minors. Scent/perfume: Moroccan jasmine, chrysanthemum, tea leaf, white musk, and acai berry.

Hello! Quick bit of feedback so we can get her approved and ready for play!
Pros:
Charismatic - As is, this one reads a little more like a genuine kindness rather than charisma. She's supportive and encouraging, wanting to see others do their best as well versus charisma takes it that one extra step by making others want to get along with her and be in her presence too. You could probably get away with not mentioning the vanity here as well, giving the Pro a chance to shine through for what it is on its own!
Prepared - While this word works, another one to consider is Adaptable! This would tie in not only the fact that she's got a go-bag prepped for any occassion but also how she just rolls with things changing at the last minute!
Cons:
Vain - I sat here thinking about this one for a moment because I couldn't quite figure out what was striking me as 'off' about this one, then it clicked. While I could see that someone on the outside might consider her 'vain' the rest of her personality traits and the way you describe her in general doesn't really come off as either self-absorbed or self-obsessed because she does care about others.
I think you've kind of nailed it in what you've written to describe this trait with Obsessive, which would kind of tie in with the Superstitious as well. Vanity isn't necessarily who she is, it's just something that she does and adheres to as the result of her obsessiveness.
