Hyperborea was sitting under a tree in the park thinking about the situation she had found herself in with Theseus while the strange wisp she had found was bopping around her in the air. She knew what she had to do but she wasn't exactly sure how to get Theseus to accept it. She knew his starseed had to return to the cauldron. As much as she didn't want to lose another person who was so close to her she also knew it was wrong, especially for a knight of the Cosmos, to keep a starseed of a person that was deceased for so long. She had to convince him to move to take that next step into the cycle of reincarnation.
She was brought out of her thoughts when she felt a familiar aura approaching her. She smiled to herself as the cosmos page came into view. "Caer! It's good to see you!" Hyperborea said as she stood up to greet the younger woman. She was always happy when the girl was around, she always seem to brighten up the room.
"I was just about to go to my wonder." She said as the wisp bounced happily above her.

There were very little that could improve Caer's night like running into Hyperborea. Just seeing the other Knight made her perk up, and she jogged over, every bit the excited girl with a crush she was.
She just sort of hoped Hype didn't notice.
"Good to see you too, Hype," she said, reaching up and tucking her hair behind her ear. It was a nervous, fidgeting gesture, and she knew it. The mention of the other girl's Wonder made her frown, slightly, though.
"Ah--are things any better with Theseus, or--?"

"No he's still being hard headed about this. He says he's still needed. But I'm gonna make him listen tonight." She said clenching her fist. "I don't care what I have to do. It's my duty as a knight of the Cosmos to ensure a soul returns to the Cauldron."
She looked at Caer and she felt her heart beat quicken, she wasn't sure why but she felt like she needed her, needed her support. "Caer um if you don't mind would you come with me." She said a slight blush on her face. "I'd rather not do this alone."
She offered her hand for the other girl to take.

Caer Sidi nodded, and she squared her shoulders, extending her hand to take Hype's.
"Of copurse I'll come with you," she said. "I want to help you. And Theseus." The universe had needs, didn't it? There was supposed to be a cycle, and all of that. Not that Caer knew much, really; she'd barely been to her own Wonder, and mostly had what Hyperborea had told her to go off if.
"You shouldn't have to do this alone. And neither should he."

Hyperborea breathed a sigh of relief as she took the other girl's hand. She felt a warmth from it like it was giving her the strength to do what she knew she had to. "Merci." She whispered to the other girl before she recited the oath and the two vanished from the face the of the Earth.
They appeared not on the acropolis as normal but instead in front of the unfinished temple that the pair had discovered during their last trip. Letting goo of Caer's hand Hyperborea took a deep breath as she made her way to the hidden starseed. She took the precious little crystal into her hands holding in protectively to her chest as she returned to Caer. "Let's do this." She said as a determined look crossed her face.
She lead the way back to the Acropolis where the pair found Theseus waiting the middle of the court yard. The ghostly giant stood clearly waiting for the pair. His eyes partially hidden under his golden helmet seemed to linger on the Caer Sidi for a moment his thoughts unknown before he turned his attention to Hyperborea. "I knew you would come. Why won't you let this go Kora."
Hyperborea looked back at the other cosmos page one last time before she stepped forward. "Theseus why won't you move on, you know its dangerous to linger for so long, your starseed has almost lost it's light. You deserve to be reborn. Why are you still guarding this wonder, you said yourself that I'm it's new caretaker." Hyperborea challenged the man. For a moment it seemed the ancient giant had nothing to say in response. Then he held up his hand. "My duty is not done. But very well Kora if you think you are so ready to guard this city on your own then prove it to me. " He declared in a thundering voice.
The starseed began to move in the transcended knight's hand as it forced its way out of her grasp flying to its original owner. Theseus held the glowing crystal to his chest. "Prove to me you've the strength to protect my city." With that he placed the starseed into his ghostly, his body began to solidify as if it was given life again. Theseus holding out his hand again summoned a weapon to it, it was similar to Hyperborea's staff however this one was topped not with a star but a leaf shaped blade of gold. Theseus removed his golden helmet letting it drop to the ground, his face was ruggedly handsome like a Greek statue. He looked like some of the pictures Hyperborea had seen of her grandfather when he was much younger only with alien features. He took a fighting stance with his staff.
Hyperborea was shocked by the challenge and by Theseus' corporeal form but she soon shook off the shock. "Fine!" She summoned her staff to her hand before turning to look at the other knight. "Caer stand back. " She didn't want the other girl getting hurt because of her battle. She took a fighting stance as well.

] The unfinished temple seemed to loom large in Caer's vision when they appeared in front of it. Everything it represented--the weight of Hyperborea-the-Wonder's history and the pause in the cycle that had occurred when Theseus stayed behind.
And the end. The end that had left it unfinished.
Caer shivered, and let Hyperborea lead her away, trying not to get too lost in grim thoughts. She disliked thinking about the terrible ending that had come to every world; the thing that had signaled the fall of their ancestors and past selves and left the universe empty for a thousand years. But here, it was sticking in her chest.
Not that there was much to do about it.
They had a more direct mission, anyway, and while there was little Caer could do here except watch, watch she would. She would bear witness.
"I"ll stay right here," she said, stepping out of the way to give them plenty of space to fight.
