The trek home was a bit of an interesting one. It still hadn't quite sunken in that he didn't have to retreat to the rift anymore. He wondered, vaguely, if it ever really would. He wondered also, how long it would take him before he was entirely adjusted, if he ever would be. Ahri's gaze fell to Evan. He wondered, how long it took the smaller man to adjust.

Ahri sighed, shaking his head as he adjusted his grip. Cambria was currently sprawled on shoulder's, using one of them as a pillow. "You okay back there?" He asked softly, trying his best not to jar her to much, if she actually was sleeping. Despite having purified only a short bit ago, Ahri thought it would be a smart idea to give Cambria a piggy back ride. He was a little proud to admit that he had only almost fallen over, only once, in the very beginning. Though he had to admit, now, everything was starting to catch up with him and he was beginning to feel a bit tired.

"I think, at this point, it's safe to say that this has been the craziest day I've ever had." What time was it even right now?

Tobias walked next to Evan, fingers laced with the male’s. “...Same question for you, Ev...how are you holding up? You’ve had a hell of a day too, I don’t mind saying...I’m...sorry I was late picking you up...but damn if this didn’t turn out…”

He swallowed and shrugged. “Kind of amazingly. I...hope there’s a way I can figure out how to help youma like that too...so the burden isn’t always on you and Cammy…”

The male watched as the newly purified Ahri walked with Cambria draped across his back. “...Zac will have a fit if she gets home on the back of another man…” He tried not to sound too gleeful at that but...some glee leaked out regardless.

Ahri chuckled softly. "Are you telling me you want me to put you down then?" He asked, knowing full well she was staying put. "I admit, I'm kinda surprised you're not asleep right now..." He wondered, vaguely, about himself. How long would it take before he was starting to feel tired and drained from today's events. "Between going through magic, teleporting to some where new... and then all this... I guess I'm surprised I'm not more tired then I am..." Maybe it was adrenaline?

He seemed to stand just a bit straighter, perking up curiously when both Tobias and Evan glanced at them, but he said nothing. Instead, he returned his attention back to Cambria. "I'm.. okay? I'm not sure what to say honestly. It's just new?" Did that make sense, he wondered. "I feel.. smaller then I was, despite how tall I seem to be. I swear it feels like the ears and tail are still there too. It feels like.. there's a weight that use to be there." But Ahri couldn't tell if that was the chaos, or all the bulk he use to be. "I do not miss the spikes though." Not in the slightest.

The young man blinked tilting his head at the pair in front of them. "...I don't... feel hurt? Er... I feel fine, I mean." Confused, mostly, but okay. Ahri quickened his pace to catch up to the others before looking at them sheepishly. "...Who's Zac?"

Tobias stroked the back of Evan’s hand and he sighed softly. “Zac is all right. He’s kind of a jerk, but Cambria loves him so we put up with him.” He added to Cambria’s answer to Ahri’s question. “He’s another purified knight too, so that’s something else we all have in common. Really, if there ever was going to be a club, we’d be great members, she has a point. He punched me in the face once...that was…”

He grinned slightly and pecked Evan’s cheek. “...That’s what started all of my journey to really be with you, I don’t have to ask if you remember, but...I hope you do.”

It would be hard to forget...he had nearly given Evan a heart attack after all.

"...He shouldn't be too mad... if we explain what happened right? I mean.. If he's a Knight, he's gotta understand right?" Ahri sighed softly. "He punched you, you shot me... Let's hope I never cross paths with a Saturn Page. Lord knows what might happen." He shot a smirk at Tobi.

The girl stayed as he glanced at Cambria. "Yeah yeah, I'm a puppy. Size of a horse, but still a puppy. I'm beginning to feel like that's just what you're gonna call me from now on.." Not that he minded. "Hmmm...I looked all bark and bite but.." Ahri didn't really think he was any bite.

"...Just cause you're not a Knight doesn't mean you're not part of it though." Ahri said softly. Courts and Brigades might be made up of Senshi and Knights... But that doesn't mean they cant work together. That they can't make their own teams.." Hell, it might not be official but. He shrugged lightly, trying not to jar Cambria. "Fangite and Natron were both Negaverse, but I think they had friends in the Dark Mirror Court that they worked with... Or Maybe it was Corrupts?" Aaah details... "Either way... As far as I'm concerned, You're part of it."

Tobias glanced at the now sleeping girl on Ahri’s back and chuckled softly. “I think she knows, Ri. I think she knows that we’re all a family, and that’s wonderful...If you need me to carry her, I can. I’m the one who did the least tonight, you know.” And he was sure that he could help...most likely.

“I’m not sure where you’ll sleep tonight, but I’m sure we can find a spot for you, we don’t lack for couches, at least...um. Or we could make you a nest in our room, if you’d be okay with that, Ev? It’ll be on the floor, but lord knows we have enough pillows and blankets to make it cozy and comfortable.”

He tugged Evan a little closer so that they were Even with Ahri, so one of them could help if Cambria started to slip.

Ahri huffed softly. "I won't drop you..." He said, to the now sleeping girl.

Though he sighed shortly after. "Honestly, I'm tired... But I think carrying her is the only thing keeping me up at the moment." It gave him something to focus on instead of... everything. "I'm kind of afraid that if I put her down, I'm gonna go with her, and you can't carry both of us. But... I wills ay something if I don't think I can handle it much longer." He gave Evan a smile, hopefully that was enough.

He laughed though. "The floor isn't that big of a deal, and I like the idea of a blanket nest. I've slept on worse Evan." Evan knew that. "I use to just roam the Rift." He said to Tobias. "I didn't really need sleep but any time I felt like stopping it was where ever I decided to just hole up... But uh, after certain events.. I ended up finding a decent sized cave to just take over. With only one way in or out, it made it easy for me to keep others out and Evan safe." Probably not something Evan wanted to talk about or hear at the moment but.. "When I could, I use to put on this collar that changed how I look, and I would take whatever pillows or blankets I could find from Fangite that he wasn't using and bring it back. We went through so many blankets and pillows. It was honestly quite impressive."

"A showers probably a good idea.. But, probably when I can walk without risk of falling." He chuckled softly, let himself get quiet some. "I don't care if we talk tonight or not.. I just.. kinda don't wanna be left alone.. I'm tired of being alone."
